Hyojeong Report
Joint Report by the World Mission Headquarters and the Future Talent Development Institute, presented by Special Envoy Chan-moon Kim (Mission Department, World Mission Headquarters) during the Cheon Sim Won Night Vigil Devotion on August 4, 2026.
Dearest and respected Cheon Il Guk leaders and blessed family members around the world, how are you? I am Special Envoy Chan-moon Kim from the Mission Department of the World Mission Headquarters.
In today’s Hyojeong report, I would like to share the moving heartistic testimonies of our UPA Heavenly Top Gun missionaries, who are practicing True Love at mission sites across the globe to find and establish Heavenly Parent’s precious children.
I would like to introduce the letters of two missionaries who, united solely through Cheon Sim Won night vigil devotions and a heart of hyojeong, are creating miracles of hope on the front lines of witnessing.
First is the letter from Tomoka Sawada, a 2nd-generation UPA missionary in Toronto, Canada. With the heart of a mother who never gives up on a single soul, she offered name-calling prayers and was reunited with a prepared righteous person chosen by Heaven.
Letter from Missionary Tomoka Sawada
Dearest and deeply missed True Mother, how are you? I am Tomoka Sawada, a 2nd-generation Heavenly Top Gun missionary serving on the Toronto Team in Canada. I will offer devotions and prayers with all my heart until the day You fully recover Your health and return to the Palace as soon as possible.
This month, two Korean Heavenly Top Gun missionaries joined us in Toronto, Canada, allowing us to begin street witnessing in earnest with a renewed heart.
On that very first day, I was able to meet a woman again whom Heavenly Parent had prepared for us. Her name is Chantel. Chantel was someone we first met while street witnessing last winter. The moment she saw me back then, she shed tears and poured out the hardships of her life. After that, we invited her to various events several times, but she was unable to attend due to her busy schedule. Although we kept in touch for a while, she eventually stopped replying, and we hadn’t seen each other for a long time.
Even though she did not reply, I never stopped my name-calling prayer (Ho-myeong prayer). With the heart of a mother waiting for a departed child, I offered devotions in desperate hope that we might meet again someday.
Before our team made this new start this month, we offered earnest devotions together at Cheon Sim Won. During those prayers, I desperately prayed to Heavenly Parent and True Parents: “Please let me meet the one daughter whom You wish to meet most today.”
And the moment I approached people on the street for the first time that day, the person who appeared right in front of me—after more than half a year—was Chantel from last winter.
In that moment, I felt an indescribable joy and a deep heartistic experience I had never felt before. I was fully convinced that Heavenly Parent had heard my prayer.
As soon as Chantel saw us, she said: “You are the people Heaven sent for me. I definitely need to go to where you are today.”
She then came to the church with us.
At the church, she shared the story of her life during the time we were apart. She expressed that she had been going through an extremely painful time due to various hardships, including family difficulties and accidents. Reflecting on how I had continuously invited her to events over the months, she said: “Heaven was reaching out a hand to me, but I wasn’t able to take it. Now, I must hold Heaven’s hand. I must not miss the voice of Heaven calling me.”
She also expressed her desire to participate in more church activities moving forward.
Later, we gave her a lecture on the Principle of Creation. Deeply moved, she said: “This teaching is truly necessary for so many people.”
She is still continuing to study with us today.
Through her, I was able to deeply feel how long Heavenly Parent has been calling and waiting for a single soul, and with what desperate love He has been reaching out His hand. Furthermore, I realized that this love is not directed toward Chantel alone, but is Heavenly Parent’s love directed toward all of humanity at this very moment.
Furthermore, through this reunion, I was able to experience a small glimpse of True Mother’s heart. I realized deeply once again that we are able to exist today because of the devotion True Mother offered and the heart She poured out until She could find even a single small needle. I, too, will inherit Mother’s heart and become a missionary who loves this daughter, Chantel, until the end, offering my utmost devotions with an unchanging heart.
Even though we are currently facing many difficult environments, we will move forward to the very end in unity of heart with Only Begotten Daughter, Holy Mother, True Mother, who always embraces humanity with an unwavering heart.
While carrying out my mission this month, I realized one more thing: everyone around me is a grace and blessing given by Heavenly Parent. Last year, the senior missionaries who served with me all left Toronto, leaving me as the only one remaining. Though I was in a situation where I had to continue my mission alone, Heavenly Parent immediately sent UPA Heavenly Top Gun missionary Yo-na Shin. This month, He also sent two Korean Top Gun missionaries, In-hye Go and Young-bin Seo.
Moreover, as I drew closer in heart to the 2nd-generation members of the Toronto Church, my desire to help them know True Parents’ love more deeply and to bring joy to True Mother together grew even stronger. Furthermore, each and every contact I am currently witnessing to—I feel every time I meet them that they are precious souls prepared by Heavenly Parent.
I cannot express how grateful I am to each member of my missionary team, the Canadian and Toronto church leaders, the blessed family members, the 2nd-generation youth, and our guests. At first, I wondered why Heavenly Parent had left only me here, but I have come to realize even more deeply what a great grace it was for Him to send me to this place.
True Mother, we will never fall. We, as Heavenly Top Gun missionaries, will always remain True Parents’ Top Guns as sons and daughters of Heavenly Parent and True Parents. We will always press forward without losing our original mind and gratitude. We will pray with all our devotion so that True Mother may recover Her health and return to the Palace (Hwangung) as soon as possible. True Mother, we sincerely thank You and love You!

Next is a letter from Yeon-jung Kim, a 3rd-generation UPA missionary currently serving in Pécs, Hungary. Through Cheon Sim Won devotions, she is resonating with True Parents’ heart and fulfilling Heaven’s providence on the front lines of witnessing, where 1st and 2nd generations are united as one.
Letter from Missionary Yeon-jung Kim
Beloved Only Begotten Daughter, Holy Mother, True Mother, how is Your holy body and health? Looking back on my two months of devotion in Hungary, I offer this letter so that the seeds of True Love that Holy Mother, True Mother has scattered across the world may bear fruit.
Holy Mother, True Mother has taught us that love is something visible, and that the results of the devotions (jeongseong) and prayers offered for True Parents must manifest without fail. She also taught us that if we become one through the Holy Spirit, Truth, and Cheon Sim Won devotions, there is nothing we cannot achieve.
As I engraved these words in my heart and offered prayers at Cheon Sim Won, a confession came out of my lips: “Before True Mother leaves the detention center, I will restore Pécs, a major city in Hungary where I am serving.”
I believe this was by no means my own determination, but rather the result of True Father’s desperate heart—wishing to help True Mother—resonating in my heart.
In that moment, I recalled True Father’s wish: to live even a single day in the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. I became deeply conscious of our shortcomings for failing to fully fulfill that wish before Father’s Seonghwa (ascension). Furthermore, I reflected upon myself, wondering in what state I would face that moment when Holy Mother, True Mother eventually ascends to Heaven in the future.
A profound heart of repentance welled up from deep within me, and with the thought that we cannot remain as we are, I resolved to press forward through Cheon Sim Won devotions so that True Father—who is one with True Mother—may personally descend to Earth to work, and so that Holy Mother’s touch may reach every place.
I will march forward, conversing with Holy Mother in every moment and practicing True Love, so that Cheon Sim Won devotions may dwell in every place I pray for and visit.
I already know that Heavenly Parent and True Parents have long prepared righteous people here in Pécs, Hungary. In light of this, I would like to report on a recent witnessing experience.
That day was a particularly precious opportunity where I was able to witness together with the pastor’s wife (Samo-nim) of the Pécs Church. After the 1st generation and 2nd generation united as one and prayed earnestly, we went out onto the streets to witness.
During that process, we met Michelle from Zimbabwe. When we first approached her, Michelle greeted us with a bright smile and willingly participated in our survey. The survey consisted of four questions: the cause of human suffering, how to create a better world, the existence of God, and the purpose of life. Michelle pondered deeply and answered each question sincerely, telling us that it was a very meaningful time to reflect on her life through these questions.
When we subsequently introduced our community, she showed great interest, saying that she had been looking for a place like this all along, and even took the proactive step of contacting us first. She has currently completed the lecture on the Principle of Creation and has reached the stage of studying the Fall of Man.
Michelle shared that she used to have a Christian faith in the past, but had set it aside due to various doubts. Through this, I felt that Heavenly Parent guided our meeting with the providential intention to help her correctly realize the essence of Christianity. Furthermore, she shows deep interest and joy in the lectures, and we continue to build our relationship steadily.
Moving forward, I pledge to offer my utmost devotion to raise such precious heavenly children so that I will not fall short in fulfilling Holy Mother’s will.
Lastly, praying earnestly for the sacred health, longevity, and safety of Only Begotten Daughter, Holy Mother, True Mother, I offer this letter to Holy Mother, True Mother, who is the root of my faith and the root of my life. True Mother, thank You. I love You!

Beloved blessed family members, the two missionaries who testified today have conveyed deep into all of our hearts the love and heart of True Parents that they experienced on the front lines of witnessing.
Through the testimony of Missionary Tomoka Sawada—who never gave up on a lost connection and finally found and established her through name-calling prayers—and the testimony of Missionary Yeon-jung Kim—who found and established a righteous person in Hungary through Cheon Sim Won devotion to fulfill True Parents’ wish—we were able to catch a glimpse of what kind of person the spirit world works through.
We clearly witnessed the fact that the spirit world works through missionaries who feel True Parents’ desperate heart as their own heart and long to convey that love to their neighbors, bringing about miraculous fruits! As deep as the devotions we offer, and as great as our earnestness, Heaven is preparing righteous souls!

Moving forward, the World Mission Headquarters and the Future Talent Development Institute will devote all our efforts to support these Heavenly Top Gun missionaries so that they can grow into outstanding leaders who practice True Parents’ love in field operations across the globe.
