On October 3, 2026, the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU)–Dagupan held the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the official Dagupan Center, marking a significant milestone in the revival of the Center and the continuation of the providential journey in Pangasinan.

The first part of the program was attended by FFWPU Philippines Regional Director Rev. Leo Angelo T. Halog and Rev. Sergio Degamo, Head Pastor of La Union Church, together with pioneer members from Pangasinan. Hosted by Rev. Sergio Degamo, the ceremony included the signing of a commemorative document, followed by the digging and placement of a time capsule to mark this important chapter in the history of the Dagupan Center.

The project was made possible through the collective efforts and support of the Pangasinan members. Archt. Philip Millare, a 2nd Generation member, took responsibility for overseeing the architectural plans of the Center. The occasion also provided an opportunity to reunite pioneer members, including the Kibra couple, whose return was made possible through the efforts of the Navalta couple, further highlighting the bonds of heart and unity among the members.

The second part of the program featured a message from Mr. Joseph Navalta, whose sharing revived the spirit of enthusiasm, sacrifice, and dedication that characterized the members’ earlier years in the Church. Mr. Alberto Ramos, who has faithfully cared for and maintained the Dagupan Center, was also recognized and honored as a Senior Pastor in appreciation of his years of service and dedication.

Tokens prepared by the Cernardo Family were shared with the participants, followed by a fellowship lunch that brought together 1st Generation, 2nd Generation, and present members. The gathering provided a meaningful opportunity for the members to reconnect, reminisce about their experiences, and share hopes and plans for the future. In this way, the occasion became a living representation of the past, present, and future coming together at the Dagupan Center.

The occasion also carried special significance in light of the challenges currently being faced by our True Mother, Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, in Korea. Handmade bookmarks prepared by the wife of Rev. Leo Halog carried a message of True Mother’s love for all generations, emphasizing that no one should be left behind.

In this spirit, the revival of the Dagupan Center and the renewed unity among its members serve as a meaningful expression of hope and determination. The gathering demonstrated that the Church community in Pangasinan continues to stand together, honoring the foundation laid by the pioneers while encouraging the present generation and preparing the way for future generations to contribute to the development of the Center and the greater providential mission of True Mother.
