Beloved and respected blessed families throughout the world,

This week we will commemorate the 64th Day of All True Things. As we reflect on the precious value of everything Heavenly Parent created and the love rooted therein, I pray that this will be a grace-filled week when we renew our commitment to the mission of creating the environment of Cheon Il Guk.

1. Summary of Last Week’s Message

Last week, I shared the results of the Cheon Il Guk Leaders’ Open Forum and reported that the regulations for pastors and public officials, and for public asset management, are evolving to build a more realistic and healthy faith community by reflecting diverse opinions in the mission areas.

I also promised that we will continue working together to strengthen communication between the headquarters and the mission field, establish foundations for self-reliance, improve administrative systems, and solidify our vision in order to create a stable environment for the next generation.

2. The Two-Stream Strategy

This week, as we are entering the era of the settlement of Cheon Il Guk, I would like to briefly discuss the “Two-Stream Strategy” that we must practice together going forward.

In line with the changing times of today, the World Mission Headquarters seeks to establish more clearly the direction and structure of mission work appropriate to the era of the settlement of Cheon Il Guk. Accordingly, we are promoting a two-stream strategy consisting of the “Providential Stream of Human Salvation and World Restoration, namely the Purpose of the Whole,” and the “Stream of Life in the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth and the Formation of a Community of the Culture of Heart, namely the Individual Purpose.”

Just as a train can run only on two rails and a bird can fly through the sky only with two wings, this signifies that if either one is lacking, we can never achieve the settlement of Cheon Il Guk.

The first stream is that of absolutely following the providential direction of the True Parents. The second stream is realizing the Cheon Il Guk culture of heart, true love, and the values of a true family in our daily lives as blessed family members. Most notably, this second stream is not optional; it can be said to be the very “breath” that sustains our spiritual life.

3. Principled Foundation: Harmonizing the Vertical and Horizontal

This strategy is not merely an organizational management strategy, but a fundamental mission paradigm based on Heavenly Parent’s Principle of Creation. According to the Principle of Creation, every being has both an individual purpose and a whole purpose, and true value is realized only when these two purposes are brought into harmony.

These two streams are like the relationship between the vertical and the horizontal. If the purpose of the whole directed toward True Parents’ providence is the “vertical axis” connected to Heaven, then the individual purpose of embracing and caring for our family and neighbors is the “horizontal axis.”

Likewise, if a flower’s individual purpose is to emit a beautiful fragrance, then its whole purpose is to attract butterflies and bees through that fragrance and thereby contribute to the flourishing of the ecosystem. Just as we see in nature, true creative value is completed only when the vertical and horizontal fully intersect and harmonize.

4. A Change of Era: “Before Seeking Dominion over the Universe, Achieve Dominion over Yourself”

Until now, we have advanced centered on the providential mission of the salvation of humankind and the restoration of the world. Yet we must also reflect on the fact that, in that process, we may not have given sufficient attention to our growth and maturation as individuals and families—that is, to the fulfillment of our purpose as individuals.

Long ago, True Parents taught, “Before seeking dominion over the universe, first achieve dominion over yourself.” This was a solemn admonition that the achievement of self-mastery, the spiritual perfection of our own inner selves and families, must precede building the great fortress of providential victory—dominion over the universe.

How can we speak of peace for humanity and the restoration of the world if we have not first achieved inner peace and family happiness?

Now, as we enter the era of the settlement of Cheon Il Guk, we stand at a clear turning point. If the paradigm of the past emphasized sacrifice for the sake of the whole, we must now move “from sacrifice to security.” The purpose of the whole should not be a structure that sacrifices the individual purpose; rather, it should be a structure that guarantees and fulfills the purpose of each individual. This is the very essence of the Two-Stream Strategy.

5. The Two Streams: Like Two Sides of the Same Coin

The first stream is the providential stream of the salvation of humankind and world restoration—that is, the purpose of the whole. This stream is like the “North Star” of the providence. Centered on True Parents’ words and the providential coordinates they provide, it presents the absolute direction in which we must go. It is the stream of Cheonshim (Heavenly Heart), which seeks Heavenly Parent’s Will, establishes the standards for global mission work, and affirms absolute values centered on True Parents’ teachings.

The second stream is the stream of life in the heavenly kingdom on earth and the formation of the culture of heart—that is, the individual purpose. This stream is like the “root” of faith. It includes an individual’s life of faith, harmony within the family, the practice of true love, and the life of a tribal messiah who loves his or her family and tribe.

In the era of Cheon Il Guk, the statement, “Life itself is witnessing,” is the most precise truth. As each person fulfills his or her life as a true child of Heaven and experiences the heavenly kingdom on earth, that will become the most powerful testimony for people in society.

6. The Core Principle: A Structure in Which the Whole Guarantees the Individual

The essence of the Two-Stream Strategy is not only the pursuit of two parallel streams, but the restoration of the proper relationship between the whole purpose and the individual purpose. The purpose of the whole provides direction, while the individual purpose substantiates that direction in daily life.

Just as a tree can grow tall only when its roots are strong, the purpose of the whole—the salvation of all people and world restoration—can be substantially realized only when it is built upon the foundation of personal spiritual maturity and family stability. Only upon the foundation of happy members and healthy families can the purpose of the whole truly blossom.

7. A Biblical Insight: The Center of the Community Is Where the Pain Is

This principle is also presented in Scripture as an important standard by which to view a community. In 1 Corinthians 12, the Apostle Paul compares the church to a single “body” and emphasizes the equal value of all its members: “If one member suffers, all suffer together; if one member is honored, all rejoice together.” (1 Cor. 12:26)

This passage teaches that the center of a true community is not the most visible or strongest part, but rather, it is the member or family that is currently suffering the most and carrying the greatest burden. Only when we take collective responsibility for one suffering person, or one family in crisis, and help them stand again can we stand as one body.

Likewise, our missionary strategy must not move in a direction that sacrifices individuals for the sake of the whole. Rather, it must move in a direction where the whole is revived by saving even a single life.

8. This Week’s Practice:

Beloved members,

Ultimately, the Two-Stream Strategy is not a new policy or slogan. It is a reaffirmation, in the context of the present time, of Heavenly Parent’s Principle of Creation and the principles of life that True Parents have emphasized throughout their lives. When the purpose of the whole (the salvation of humanity and world restoration) and the individual purpose (the life of the kingdom of heaven on earth and the formation of a community of the culture of heart) are fulfilled together, we will be able to stand as true owners of the Cheon Il Guk settlement era.

During this week, I hope you will take time to discuss with your family, fellow members, or close acquaintances why both the purpose of the whole and the individual purpose are necessary. Reflect together on which stream you have been focusing on more, what changes you might expect in your life of faith and family when the two wings are brought into balance, and how this balance may influence the realization of the ideal world that we have pursued together with True Parents.

With the grace of the Day of All True Things, I pray that this coming week will be a one in which we practice life in Cheon Il Guk, where the whole and the individual exist in harmony. I pray that each of us may grow as a true owner of the era of the settlement of Cheon Il Guk.

이번 주는 제64회 참만물의 날을 맞이하는 한 주입니다. 하늘부모님께서 창조하신 만물의 귀함과 그 속에 담긴 사랑을 되새기며, 천일국 환경창조의 사명을 새롭게 다지는 은혜로운 한 주가 되시기를 바랍니다.

1. 지난주 메시지 요약

지난주는 천일국 지도자 오픈포럼의 주요 결과를 공유하며, 공직자 규정과 공적자산관리 규정이 현장의 다양한 의견을 반영하여 더욱 현실적이고 건강한 신앙공동체를 세우는 방향으로 발전해 나가고 있음을 보고드렸습니다. 또한 본부와 현장 간 소통을 강화하고 미래세대를 위한 안정적인 환경을 조성하기 위해 자립 기반 구축, 행정 체계 정비, 비전의 구체화 등을 함께 추진해 나갈 것을 약속드렸습니다.

2. 두 축(Two-Stream) 전략

이번 주는 천일국 안착 시대를 맞아 앞으로 우리가 함께 실천해 나가야 할 ‘두 축(Two-Stream) 전략’에 대해 간략히 말씀드리고자 합니다.

오늘날 시대적 전환에 발맞추어, 세계선교본부는 천일국 안착 시대에 걸맞은 선교의 방향성과 구조를 보다 명확히 정립하고자 “인류구원과 세계복귀 섭리 축, 즉 전체목적”과 “지상천국생활과 심정문화공동체 형성 축, 즉 개체목적”이라는 두 축 전략을 추진하고자 합니다.

이는 마치 기차가 두 개의 레일 위에서만 달릴 수 있고, 새가 두 날개로만 창공을 비행하듯, 어느 하나라도 부족하면 결코 천일국 안착이라는 목적지에 도달할 수 없음을 의미합니다.

다시 말해, 첫째는 참부모님의 섭리적 방향을 절대적으로 따르는 축이며, 둘째는 축복가정으로서 천일국의 심정문화와 참사랑, 참된 가정의 가치를 삶 속에서 실제로 이루어 가는 것입니다. 특히 두 번째 축 역시 선택사항이 아니라, 우리의 영적 생명을 유지하는 ‘호흡’ 그 자체라고 할 수 있습니다.

3. 원리적 기반: 수직과 수평의 조화

이 전략은 단순한 조직 운영 방식이 아니라, 하늘부모님의 창조원리에 기초한 근본적인 선교 패러다임입니다. 창조원리에서 밝히고 있듯이, 모든 존재는 개체목적과 전체목적을 동시에 지니며, 이 두 목적이 조화를 이룰 때 비로소 참된 가치가 실현됩니다.

이 두 축은 수직과 수평의 관계와 같습니다. 참부모님의 섭리를 향한 전체목적이 하늘과 연결된 ‘수직적 축’이라면, 우리 가정과 이웃을 품고 살아가는 개체목적은 ‘수평적 축’입니다. 또한 꽃이 아름다운 향기를 내뿜는 것이 개체목적이라면, 그 향기로 말미암아 나비와 벌을 불러 생태계의 번영을 이루는 것은 전체목적이라 말할 수 있을 것입니다. 이러한 자연의 이치처럼, 수직과 수평이 온전히 교차하여 조화를 이룰 때 비로소 참된 창조적 가치가 완성된다고 말할 수 있습니다.

4. 시대적 전환: “우주주관 바라기 전에 자아주관 이루자”

지금까지 우리는 인류구원과 세계복귀라는 섭리적 사명을 중심으로 전진해 왔습니다. 그러나 그 과정에서 우리 개인과 가정의 성숙, 즉 개체목적에 충분한 관심을 기울이지 못한 측면도 있었음을 돌아보게 됩니다.

참부모님께서는 일찍이 “우주주관 바라기 전에 자아주관부터 완성하라”라고 말씀하셨습니다. 이는 섭리적 승리 즉, 우주주관이라는 거대한 성탑을 쌓기 전에, 우리 자신의 내면과 가정의 신앙적 완성, 자아주관이 선행되어야 함을 엄중히 훈계하신 것입니다. 내면의 평화와 가정의 행복을 이루지 못한 채 어떻게 인류의 평화와 세계의 복귀를 말할 수 있겠습니까?

이제 천일국 안착 시대를 맞이하여 우리는 분명한 전환점에 서 있습니다. 과거의 패러다임이 전체를 위한 희생을 강조했다면, 이제는 “희생에서 보장으로” 나아가야 합니다. 전체목적이 개체목적을 희생시키는 구조가 아니라, 오히려 개체목적을 보장하고 완성시키는 구조로 나아가는 것, 이것이 바로 두 축 전략의 핵심입니다.

5. 동전의 양면과 같은 두 축

그렇다면 두 축 전략은 구체적으로 무엇을 의미할까요?

제1축은 인류구원과 세계복귀 섭리 축 즉, 전체목적입니다. 이 축은 섭리의 ‘북극성’과 같습니다. 참부모님의 말씀과 섭리적 좌표를 중심으로 우리가 어디로 가야 하는지 절대적 방향을 제시합니다. 하늘부모님의 뜻을 살피고, 글로벌 선교의 기준을 확립하며 참부모님 말씀 중심의 절대적 가치를 정립하는 ‘천심(天心)’의 축입니다.

제2축은 지상천국생활과 심정문화공동체 형성 축 즉, 개체목적입니다. 이 축은 신앙의 ‘뿌리’와 같습니다. 개인의 신앙생활, 가정의 화목, 참사랑의 실천, 그리고 가정과 종족을 위해 사랑을 실천하는 종족메시아의 삶 역시 여기에 포함됩니다. 천일국 시대에는 “삶이 곧 전도다”라는 말이 가장 정확한 진리입니다. 한 사람 한 사람이 하늘의 참자녀로서 자신의 삶을 완성해 가고 지상천국을 경험할 때, 그것이 세상 사람들에게 가장 강력한 증거가 될 것입니다.

6. 핵심 원리: 전체가 개체를 보장하는 구조

두 축 전략의 핵심은 두 축의 단순한 병행이 아니라, 전체목적과 개체목적의 올바른 관계 회복에 있습니다. 전체목적은 방향을 제시하고, 개체목적은 그것을 삶 속에서 실체화합니다.

뿌리가 튼튼해야 나무가 높이 자랄 수 있듯이, 개인의 신앙 성숙과 가정의 안정이 기반이 될 때 전체목적인 인류구원과 세계복귀도 실체적으로 이루어질 수 있습니다. “행복한 식구, 건강한 가정” 위에서 비로소 전체의 뜻이 꽃을 피우게 되는 것입니다.

7. 성경적 통찰: 공동체의 중심은 아픈 곳에 있습니다

이러한 원리는 성경에서도 공동체를 바라보는 중요한 기준으로 제시되고 있습니다. 사도 바울은 고린도전서 12장에서 교회를 하나의 ‘몸’으로 비유하며 모든 지체의 동등한 가치를 강조했습니다. “만일 한 지체가 고통을 받으면 모든 지체가 함께 고통을 받고, 한 지체가 영광을 얻으면 모든 지체가 함께 즐거워하느니라” (고전 12:26)

이 말씀은 참된 공동체의 중심이 화려하고 강한 곳이 아니라, 지금 가장 아파하고 힘들어하는 식구와 가정이어야 함을 가르쳐 줍니다. 고통받는 한 사람, 위기에 처한 한 가정을 우리가 함께 책임지고 세워 갈 때 비로소 온전한 몸으로 서게 됩니다. 우리의 선교 전략 역시 전체를 위해 개인을 희생시키는 방식이 아니라, 한 생명을 살림으로써 전체가 함께 살아나는 방향으로 나아가야 합니다.

8. 이번 주 실천:

사랑하는 식구 여러분,

결국 두 축 전략은 새로운 정책이나 구호가 아닙니다. 그것은 하늘부모님의 창조원리와 참부모님께서 평생 강조해 오신 삶의 원리를 오늘의 시대에 맞게 다시 확인하는 것입니다. 인류구원과 세계복귀를 향한 전체목적과 지상천국생활과 심정문화공동체 형성을 위한 개체목적이 함께 이루어질 때, 우리는 비로소 천일국 안착 시대의 주인으로 설 수 있을 것입니다.

이번 한 주는 가족이나 식구, 혹은 가까운 지인과 함께 ‘전체목적과 개체목적은 왜 모두 필요한가’에 대해 이야기를 나누어 보셨으면 좋겠습니다. 나는 지금 어느 축에 더 집중하고 있었는지, 그리고 두 날개가 균형을 이루었을때 내 신앙생활과 가정 안에서 어떤 변화를 기대해 볼 수 있을지, 또한 우리가 참부모님과 함께 추구해왔던 이상세계 구현에 어떤 영향을 미칠 것인지 함께 나누는 시간이 되기를 바랍니다.

참만물의 날의 은혜와 함께 전체와 개체가 조화를 이루는 천일국의 삶을 실천하며, 우리 모두가 천일국 안착 시대의 참된 주인으로 성장하는 한 주가 되시기를 기원합니다. 감사합니다.

敬愛する全世界の祝福家庭の皆様

今週は第64回「真の万物の日」を迎える週です。天の父母様が創造された万物の尊さと、その中に込められた愛を改めて心に刻みながら、天一国の環境創造の使命を新たに決意する恵み深い一週間となることを願います。

1．先週のメッセージ要約

先週は、天一国指導者オープンフォーラムの主要結果を共有し、公職者規程と公的資産管理規程が、現場のさまざまな意見を反映し、より現実的で健全な信仰共同体を築く方向に発展していることを報告いたしました。

また、本部と現場間の意思疎通を強化し、未来世代のための安定的な環境を造成するために、自立基盤の構築、行政体制の整備、ビジョンの具体化などを共に推進していくことを約束いたしました。

2．二つの軸（Two-Stream）戦略

今週は、天一国安着時代を迎え、今後私たちが共に実践していくべき「二つの軸（Two-Stream）戦略」について簡潔にお話ししたいと思います。

今日における時代的転換に歩調を合わせ、世界宣教本部は、天一国安着時代にふさわしい宣教の方向性と構造をより明確に定立しようと、

「人類救援と世界復帰摂理の軸、すなわち全体目的」と、「地上天国生活と心情文化共同体形成の軸、すなわち個体目的」という二つの軸による戦略を推進しようとしています。

これは、まるで列車が二本のレールの上でのみ走ることができ、鳥が二つの翼によってのみ大空を飛ぶことができるように、そのどちらか一方でも欠ければ、決して天一国安着という目的地に到達することができないことを意味します。

言い換えれば、第一の軸は、真の父母様の摂理的方向に絶対的に従う軸であり、第二の軸は、祝福家庭として天一国の心情文化と真の愛、真の家庭の価値を生活の中で実際に成していくことです。

特に第二の軸もまた選択事項ではなく、私たちの霊的生命を維持するための「呼吸」そのものであると言うことができます。

3．原理的基盤：垂直と水平の調和

この戦略は、単なる組織運営方式ではなく、天の父母様の創造原理に基づいた根本的な宣教パラダイムです。創造原理で明らかにされているように、すべての存在は個体目的と全体目的を同時に有しており、この二つの目的が調和を成すとき、初めて真の価値が実現されます。

この二つの軸は、垂直と水平の関係と同じです。真の父母様の摂理に向かう全体目的が天と繋がった「垂直的な軸」であるならば、私たちの家庭と隣人を抱いて生きて行く個体目的は「水平的な軸」です。

また、花が美しい香りを放つことが個体目的であるならば、その香りによって蝶や蜂を呼び寄せ、生態系の繁栄をもたらすことは全体目的であると言えるでしょう。

このような自然の理のように、垂直と水平が完全に交差し調和を成すとき、初めて真の創造的価値が完成されると言うことができます。

4．時代的転換：「宇宙主管を願う前に、自己主管を成し遂げよう」

これまで私たちは、人類救援と世界復帰という摂理的使命を中心に前進してきました。しかしその過程において、私たち個人と家庭の成熟、すなわち個体目的に十分な関心を持つことができなかった側面もあったことを振り返らざるを得ません。真の父母様は早くから、「宇宙主管を願う前に、自己主管を完成せよ」と語られました。

これは摂理的勝利、すなわち宇宙主管という壮大な聖塔を築く前に、私たち自身の内面と家庭の信仰的完成、自己主管が先行しなければならないことを厳粛に訓戒されたものです。

内面の平和と家庭の幸福を成し遂げずして、どうして人類の平和と世界の復帰を語ることができるでしょうか。今、天一国安着時代を迎え、私たちは明確な転換点に立っています。

過去のパラダイムが全体のための犠牲を強調したとすれば、これからは「犠牲から保障へ」と進まなければなりません。

全体目的が個体目的を犠牲にする構造ではなく、むしろ（全体目的が）個体目的を保障し、その完成させる構造へと進んでいくこと。それこそが、二つの軸（Two-Stream）戦略の核心です。

5．コインの表裏のような二つの軸

それでは、二つの軸（Two-Stream）戦略は具体的に何を意味するのでしょうか？

第一の軸は、「人類救援と世界復帰摂理の軸」、すなわち全体目的です。この軸は、摂理の「北極星」のようなものです。真の父母様のみ言と摂理的座標を中心として、私たちがどこへ行くべきかという絶対的方向を提示します。

天の父母様のみ旨を察して、グローバル宣教の基準を確立し、真の父母様のみ言を中心とした絶対的価値を定立する、「天心」の軸です。第二の軸は、「地上天国生活と心情文化共同体形成の軸」、すなわち個体目的です。  この軸は、信仰の「根」のようなものです。

個人の信仰生活、家庭の和睦、真の愛の実践、そして家庭と氏族のために愛を実践する氏族メシヤとしての生き方もまた、ここに含まれます。

天一国時代においては、「生活[生き方]そのものが伝道である」という言葉こそが、最も正確な真理です。一人ひとりが天の真の子女として自らの人生を完成させ、地上天国を経験する時、それこそが世の人々にとって最も強力な証しとなるでしょう。

6．核心原理：全体が個体を保障する構造

二つの軸（Two-Stream）戦略の核心は、二つの軸を単に並行して進めることではなく、全体目的と個体目的の正しい関係性の回復にあります。全体目的は方向を示し、個体目的はそれを生活の中で実体化します。

根がしっかりしていてこそ木は高く成長できるように、個人の信仰の成熟と家庭の安定が基盤となるとき、全体目的である人類救援と世界復帰も実体的に成し遂げることができます。「幸福な食口、健全な家庭」の上にこそ、初めて全体のみ旨が花を咲かせることになるのです。

7．聖書的洞察：共同体の中心は痛んでいるところにあります

このような原理は、聖書においても共同体を見つめる重要な基準として提示されています。使徒パウロは、『コリント人への第一の手紙第12章』において、教会を一つの「体」に例え、すべての肢体の同等な価値について強調しました。

「もし一つの肢体が苦しめば、ほかの肢体もみな共に苦しみ、一つの肢体が尊ばれると、すべての肢体がみな共に喜ぶのです。」（コリント人への第一の手紙：12章26節）

このみ言は、真の共同体の中心が華やかで力のある場所ではなく、今まさに最も痛み、苦しんでいる食口や家庭でなければならないことを教えてくれます。

苦しんでいる一人の人、危機に直面している一つの家庭を、私たちが共に責任を持って支え立てるとき、初めて共同体は完全な体として立つことができるのです。

私たちの宣教戦略も、全体のために個人を犠牲にする方式ではなく、一つの生命を生かすことによって全体が共に生き返る方向へ進まなければなりません。

8．今週の実践：二つの翼について語り合う

愛する食口の皆様

結局、二つの軸（Two-Stream）の戦略は、新しい政策やスローガンではありません。それは天の父母様の創造原理と、真の父母様が生涯を通して強調してこられた人生の原理を、今日の時代に合わせて再確認することなのです。

人類救援と世界復帰に向かう全体目的と、地上天国生活と心情文化共同体の形成の為の個体目的が共に成される時、私たちは初めて天一国安着時代の主人として立つことができるでしょう。

今週は、ご家族や食口、あるいは身近な方々と共に、「全体目的と個体目的はなぜ両方必要なのか）」について話し合ってみられたらいかがでしょうか。

今、私が今どちらの軸により集中していたのか、そして、二つの翼がバランスよく調和した時、自分の信仰生活と家庭の中でどのような変化を期待することができるか。

また、私たちが真の父母様と共に追求してきた理想世界の具現にどのような影響を与えるか、共に分かち合う時間となることを願います。

真の万物の日の恩恵とともに、全体と個体が調和を成す天一国の生活を実践し、私たちすべてが天一国安着時代の真なる主人として成長する一週間となりますことを祈願いたします。
