On Sunday, August 23, 2026, following the weekly service, FFWPU Thailand hosted a special commemorative event honoring the anniversaries of the 30,000 Couples and 360,000 Couples Blessings.
Shifting from previous years’ practice of hosting a general celebration for all members, this year’s gathering focused specifically on the couples of these two historic Blessings, providing approximately 50 attendees an opportunity to reflect on their shared memories and providential journey.
Event Highlights
- Commemorative Videos & Congratulatory Messages: The program opened with nostalgic videos recalling the moments of each Blessing. Participants received congratulatory video messages from Continental Director Rev. Yamada Yutaka and Rev. Moonnoie.
- Celebration & Fellowship: Rev. Raweetheewath and his wife, Editha, performed a special song, followed by a cake-cutting ceremony, a toast, and a fellowship lunch.
- Reflection & Group Sharing: Attendees broke into two distinct groups—the 30,000 Couples and 360,000 Couples—to reconnect and share their personal experiences. Though originally allotted five minutes each, conversations naturally extended as members eagerly caught up, creating a warm, joyful atmosphere filled with attentive listening.
- Benediction & Recommitment: The event concluded with special benediction prayers offered by Rev. Moonnoie and Rev. Sutin for each group.
A Renewed Commitment
The anniversary event provided members a meaningful space to rekindle bonds with fellow Blessed Couples, celebrate their history, and renew their commitment to building harmonious families centered on True Parents’ example.
