BARCELONA, Spain — On September 26, the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) Center in Barcelona opened its doors to the public as an active participant in the “Night of Religions 2026.” Supported and recognized by the Barcelona City Council, this citywide initiative brings together diverse faith communities to promote open dialogue, mutual understanding, and deep respect across traditions.
The evening began with welcoming introductions, setting an inviting tone for guests from across the city. David Pique then delivered an insightful presentation introducing the Family Federation and the core teachings of the Divine Principle. Following his address, attendees viewed a featured video highlighting the extensive international interreligious efforts of True Mother. The screening sparked dynamic questions and discussions, particularly around the nuanced understanding of God as both our Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother.
The program concluded with a powerful performance by an interreligious choir featuring FFWPU member Dulce Bali, who served as the primary organizer and driving force behind the center’s participation in the event. Throughout the gathering, visitors and hosts experienced an atmosphere marked by warmth, genuine curiosity, and a shared commitment to unity. The Night of Religions offered a meaningful platform for the Family Federation to share its core values and build lasting bridges of peace within the Barcelona community.
