As the summer of 2026 progressed, YSP Moldova and the Empower team marked the completion of a powerful, transformative chapter. Through a series of heartfelt events, international volunteers and missionaries gathered to reflect on their profound experiences, celebrate their educational outreach, and pass the torch of inspiration to the next generation.
June 26: “The Journey Continues…”
The concluding celebrations kicked off at the local Youth Club, where YSP Moldova, in close collaboration with the Empower team, hosted the final meeting for international volunteers. Guided by the forward-looking theme, “The Journey Continues…”, the event bridged the gap between gratitude for the past and hope for the future.
Key Highlights:
- The Mother of Peace: Participants delved into the life and vision of Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon, the founder of YSP. A detailed presentation of her autobiography sparked an interactive and vibrant discussion among the young attendees.
- A Vibrant Conclusion: Proving that profound reflections can comfortably coexist with pure fun, the gathering wrapped up in a joyful, friendly atmosphere. The afternoon was filled with snacks, team games, and a special artistic dance performance choreographed and performed by the Empower team.
June 28: A Heartfelt Farewell & Monumental Impact
Two days later, the focus shifted to a deeply spiritual and emotional milestone. The Sunday Service (SS) was dedicated entirely to honoring the Empower missionaries, marking their final service of the 2026 Moldova mission.
The service was defined by a warm, heartfelt Q&A session. Missionaries faced reflective questions covering various facets of life, faith, and their personal growth on the mission field, yielding deeply thoughtful responses that moved the congregation.

Over the course of their four-month journey, the missionaries worked tirelessly to plant seeds of education and inspiration. Their collective achievements include:
- 300+ local youth reached directly with Divine Principle lectures.
- 900+ total lectures conducted across the region.
