European Witnessing & Missionary Report: Spreading True Love, Purpose, and Community
Across Europe, Heavenly Top Gun (HTG) missionaries, Universal Peace Academy (UPA) cadets, and local witnessing teams are creating vibrant touchpoints for spiritual education, campus outreach, and warm community life. From creative street initiatives and university campuses to cultural workshops, young seekers and local communities are coming together with purpose.
Hungary: Heart-Centered Action and Youth Dialogue
In Hungary, HTG missionaries hosted an inspiring one-day Shimjeong Workshop focused on the theme of “True Love.” Joined by two guests and three supporting local members, the gathering opened with an energizing icebreaker before transitioning into a personal testimony on the workshop’s central theme.
Putting principle into practice, participants engaged in two hands-on activities:
Street Inspiration: Writing down motivational quotes and distributing them directly to passersby in public squares, followed by an open reflection on their interactions with strangers.
Caring for One Another: Preparing homemade rice burgers for their peers with care and heart.
Parallel to the workshop, the mission team held its third Youth Café session, welcoming two guests alongside two members. The gathering sparked meaningful conversation around the topic, “Your life changes when you set a goal,” blending guided discussion, personal goal-setting, and open fellowship over refreshments.
Ukraine: Multi-Center Educational Momentum
Witnessing centers serving the Ukrainian community across Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Warsaw saw steady educational engagement, welcoming 16 guests into foundational learning tracks:
13 guests attended introductory lectures exploring core spiritual values.
3 guests completed intensive one-day workshops to study the teachings more deeply.
In Lviv, outreach received a boost as Anna Kalmatskaya joined the local youth center’s witnessing team. Her visit featured joint street outreach, educational presentations, and encouraging fellowship meetings with local brothers and sisters to strengthen community resolve.

Germany: Campus Connections and Community Life
German communities maintained strong momentum across university campuses and local centers:
Stuttgart Campus Outreach: The Stuttgart witnessing team, led by Yoshiko Arnoldi, continues its focused outreach among students at the University of Stuttgart. Their sustained engagement has fostered deep connections, with four guests now regularly attending the center for ongoing Divine Principle studies.
Frankfurt Street Outreach & Seminar Preparations: On September 26, the Frankfurt outreach team took to the streets for a successful day of witnessing, connecting with the public and inviting seekers to an upcoming seminar scheduled for October 31.
Frankfurt Community Gathering: Following outreach, members gathered at the local community center for an uplifting program. Attendees studied the illustrated Divine Principle booklet “Life in Two Worlds,” while senior members shared their personal insights on the spiritual world. The community also joined together in song and heartfelt prayer at the Cheonshim Won on behalf of Tomi’s mother, closing the day with a warm joint birthday celebration for Benhard and Tomi.
Czech Republic: Cultural Exchange Through Culinary Arts
Cultural witnessing took center stage in the Czech Republic on Saturday the 10th. Organized by Suhyon Kim alongside UPA missionaries, the team hosted an interactive Korean Cooking Class.
The event drew 18 guests, who gathered to learn the step-by-step preparation of traditional Japchae (Chapche). The culinary setting created a natural, joyful environment for building friendships, fostering cultural appreciation, and introducing new participants to the community.
United Kingdom: Joint University Mobilization
In London, collaborative witnessing efforts united the North Thames missionary team and River South members for targeted outreach at Greenwich University.
Engaging directly with university students, the combined team shared core values and raised awareness for an upcoming one-day Principle seminar hosted at Lancaster Gate on October 18, 2026. The focused campus presence established valuable new student contacts leading into the weekend intensive.
Portugal: Youth Engagement via the Peace Passport
In Lisbon, UPA cadets sustained active outreach across the University of Lisbon campus through the Peace Passport project.
Through this initiative, the team welcomed new guests for regular witnessing, shared meals, and facilitated open dialogue on peace and personal growth. Over the weekend, the cadets took part in a Saturday Home Group meeting, building personal relationships and reinforcing a family-centered community spirit.
