On September 12, 2026, twenty-four second-generation parents gathered at the national headquarters of the Family Federation in the Dominican Republic for a dedicated seminar. Organized by the Blessed Families Department and led by its president, Mrs. Carmen Belliard, the workshop aimed to help parents guide their second-generation children of blessing age toward receiving the Blessing from True Parents.
Mrs. Carmen Belliard opened the event with welcoming remarks, encouraging parents to utilize the gathering to learn how to guide a proper matching process for their children.

- The Proper Life of Faith for the Second Generation as Preparation for the Blessing: Presented by Hope Gómez, President of Youth Providence for the Dominican Republic and Caribbean region.
- Blessing Requirements and Documentation: Outlined by César Regalado, Education Director of the Family Federation in the Dominican Republic, detailing the essential candidate paperwork and qualifications.
- Family Interaction: Delivered by Bernardo Cruz Peralta, National Leader of the Dominican Republic and Regional Director of Celestial Caribbean. Centering his talk on the words of True Parents, he emphasized initiating the matching process through reciprocal family interaction and open communication.
The seminar concluded with a reflective Q&A session and a warm atmosphere of fellowship among the parents.
