Italy workshop

COLLE MATTIA, ITALY — Nestled in the picturesque hills near Rome, Colle Mattia recently served as the vibrant backdrop for the annual Pure Water Summer Workshop. From July 10 to July 16, fifteen enthusiastic participants aged 8 to 15 gathered for an unforgettable week dedicated to spiritual growth, energetic fellowship, and dynamic outdoor discovery.

Nurturing Mind and Heart: Lectures & Evening Reflections

Throughout the seven-day retreat, each morning opened with engaging educational sessions centered on Heaven’s principles. These daily lectures offered the youth strong moral foundations and fresh insights to guide their everyday lives.

As night fell, the energy shifted into quiet contemplation. Evening reflection sessions gave the young participants a space to digest what they had heard and experienced during the day. Through open dialogue and heartfelt moments of self-discovery, the youth gained the motivation to invest their hearts fully in the program, approaching each day with clear intention to grow and mature.

Joyful Fellowship in Colle Mattia

Faith and fun went hand-in-hand throughout the entire week. Between study sessions, the workshop grounds resonated with laughter as the youth immersed themselves in lively team activities and outdoor games with their peers.

  • Team-Building Games: Energetic activities that cultivated trust, teamwork, and healthy competition.
  • Peer Connection: Ample free time that allowed the “Pure Water” youth to bond as friends and supporting companions.
  • Nature Walks: Outdoor moments that allowed participants to appreciate the beauty of the surrounding Italian countryside.

Building Bonds That Last

The true success of the workshop lay in its holistic approach. By weaving together deep spiritual instruction, intentional reflection, and uplifting play, the program helped participants forge lasting bonds on multiple levels.

“All activities helped to unite everyone even more, laying down the foundation for long-lasting relationships with each other, with nature, and with God and True Parents.”

As the event drew to a close on July 16, the 15 young participants returned home with cherished memories, strengthened faith, and vibrant friendships set to last a lifetime.
