Beloved and respected blessed families throughout the world,
We have now entered the first week of July, opening the door to a new half of the year. True Parents have spoken of July as a time of bright daylight and revelation, and of the number seven as representing completion and a new turning point. In that spirit, I pray that this week will be a fresh beginning for each of us, as we move forward with renewed determination and hope before Heaven.
Last week, under the title “Father’s Promise and Mother’s Love Encountered in Heavenly Europe,” we reflected on how the promise left by True Father is being inherited through the love of True Mother as I witnessed directly during my tour in the Heavenly Europe and Middle East Continent. In particular, we shared a vision of hope as we witnessed the emergence of leaders from the younger generation, the transition of leadership between generations, and the growth of providential businesses and public foundations—all clear signs that Heaven’s providence is being successfully passed on to the next generation.
Beginning this week, we take our first steps in earnestly studying together with blessed families around the world The Great Epic of the Chosen Han People of Korea, a work that True Mother has repeatedly emphasized.
Beloved brothers and sisters,
Today, the only way we can victoriously navigate this age of spiritual confusion and great transition is by having a clear understanding of our identity before Heavenly Parent—knowing with certainty exactly who we are.
Just as the 4,000-year biblical history of salvation unfolded through the nation of Israel in preparation for the coming of the only begotten Son, we blessed families today must come to understand the other great providential narrative that Heaven has prepared if we are to become one in heart with the only begotten Daughter and realize Cheon Il Guk, the kingdom of heaven on earth.
Just as the history of Israel did not remain the history of one people alone but became a Great Epic for all humanity, this is also why we must learn The Great Epic of the Chosen Han People. This epic is by no means a history limited to any single nation; rather, it is a story of salvation for all humankind. It is the “blueprint of Heaven’s providence,” through which Heavenly Parent prepared, over the course of human history, for the advent of the only begotten Daughter, True Mother. At the same time, it is the “genealogy of heart” through which we are established today as the true, direct children of True Parents.
And as the Bible transcended the history of Israel to become the sacred scripture of salvation for all humankind, this Great Epic likewise serves as our common guidepost, establishing blessed families throughout the world as Heaven’s true chosen people.
At present, in Heavenly Korea, the Inheritors of Heaven’s Love and Blessing, Missionaries Moon Shin-chul and Moon Shin-heung, together with President Song Yong-cheon, are traveling throughout the nation sharing the heart of this message through vivid personal testimonies. Through these testimonies, members are coming to experience True Mother’s tearful course in fulfilling Heaven’s Will, leading to deep spiritual awakening and renewed vitality within our community
This past February, as we marked the anniversary of Foundation Day, we joined together in devotion around the world as we all read The Great Epic of the Chosen Han People. Then, at the International Symposium on The Great Epic held this past May, together with our leaders from around the world, we took time to reflect more deeply on its value.
The Old Testament concept of the chosen people was limited by its national boundaries. The reason True Father so strongly emphasized restoration through indemnity and lineage throughout his providential course was that he was striving earnestly to complete the necessary vertical providential foundation as the extension of the Old Testament and New Testament ages.
However, the providence that is unfolding today under True Mother’s leadership is one that is completely new, made possible because we have entered the Cheon Il Guk era, which fully transcends even the Completed Testament Age. This Great Epic proclaims the sacred truth that all humankind is one family attending Heavenly Parent, and that all blessed families throughout the world are the direct children of True Parents. Before this absolute declaration, all the limitations of the past imposed by the concepts of physical lineage and exclusive nationality melt away like snow.
True Mother is now expanding the realm of True Parents’ heart to embrace the whole world. That realm is not confined by the limitations of blood lineage but expands to embrace one human family united by true love and the bonds of heart.
The fire of revival inspired by the message of The Great Epic that has begun to rise in Heavenly Korea will now spread powerfully to every continent. Through the worldwide study of The Great Epic, which will begin in earnest around the time of Father’s Seonghwa anniversary in August, all of us will be newly filled with pride as we realize that we truly are the direct children of True Parents and Heaven’s true chosen people, having inherited those bonds of heart. In each of our continents and nations, we will become the central figures who actually put into practice a world of substantial peace.
Beloved brothers and sisters,
About 2,400 years ago, the ancient Greek philosopher Plato related a meaningful story in his famous dialogue Phaedrus. When Theuth, the Egyptian god of wisdom, introduced his newly invented writing system to King Thamus and explained its benefits, the king responded unexpectedly. Rather than increasing human wisdom, he warned, having a writing system could actually weaken people’s ability to remember and reflect for themselves by making them dependent upon the written word.
This story offers the profound insight that while new technologies may bring great convenience to humanity, they can never take the place of true wisdom. Living as we do in the age of AI, it challenges us once again to ask ourselves: What is true wisdom?
From this perspective, The Great Epic of the Chosen Han People, which True Mother has given us out of her earnest desire that her children never lose sight of their identity but remain victorious to the very end, must not remain merely in the realm of historical knowledge or theories understood only by the mind.
Rather, it must become the living breath of the heart and spirit through which we deeply experience Heavenly Parent’s tearful providence of restoration and become one with True Mother’s heart. We must make this part of our very lives. Only then will The Great Epic of the Chosen Han People become more than a record explaining the past. It will become an unchanging compass that faithfully guides our lives and our mission to the very end.

Every great journey of learning begins with the simple practice of preparing both our hearts and our surroundings.
During this coming week, let us begin by creating a practical environment in our daily lives where we can keep The Great Epic of the Chosen Han People close at hand and reflect upon it. Obtain a copy of the text, or print the translation prepared in your own language, and place it somewhere you will see it often—on your desk, right next to your portrait of True Parents, or in another prominent place in your home. Wherever our eyes naturally rest, our hearts and our attention will soon follow.
Small acts like these change the way we think. That changed thinking, in turn, transforms our actions, and changed actions ultimately become the great power that transforms our lives and our culture.
It is my heartfelt prayer that this week will become a blessed beginning, as The Great Epic of the Chosen Han People helps each of us awaken more deeply to our mission as blessed families, center that mission on becoming one with True Mother in heart and fulfill it by putting the life of the kingdom of heaven on earth into practice, starting in our own families.
And, as we begin this new second half of the year in July, I pray that the love and blessings of Heavenly Parent and True Parents will always be with you, your families, and your daily lives.

새로운 하반기의 문을 여는 7월 첫째 주를 맞이했습니다. 참부모님께서 7월을 밝은 낮과 드러남을 상징하는 시간으로 말씀하시며 새로운 출발을 강조하셨고, 또한 7수를 완성과 새로운 전환을 향한 의미 있는 수로 말씀하신 것처럼, 우리 모두가 하늘 앞에 새로운 결의와 희망으로 힘차게 출발하는 한 주가 되기를 바랍니다.
1. 지난주 메시지 요약
지난주는 ‘신유럽에서 만난 아버지의 약속, 어머니의 사랑’이라는 제목으로, 신유럽중동대륙 순회를 통해 참아버님께서 남기신 약속이 참어머님의 사랑 안에서 어떻게 계승되고 있는지를 살펴보았습니다. 특히 미래세대 지도자들의 등장과 세대교체, 그리고 섭리기업과 공적기반의 성장을 통해 섭리가 다음 세대로 이어지고 있음을 확인하며 희망의 비전을 함께 나누었습니다.
2. 전 인류를 위해 예비된 거룩한 섭리의 족보
이번 주부터 우리는 참어머님께서 거듭 강조하고 계시는 ‘한민족 선민 대서사시’를 전 세계 식구들과 함께 본격적으로 배우는 첫걸음을 내딛습니다.
사랑하는 전 세계 식구 여러분,
오늘날 우리가 영적 혼돈과 대전환의 시대를 승리적으로 돌파할 수 있는 유일한 열쇠는 바로 ‘하늘부모님 앞에 내가 누구인가’를 명확히 아는 정체성에 있습니다. 국경과 인종을 넘어 우리 모두에게 이 배움이 반드시 필요한 이유는, 이 대서사시가 결코 특정 민족의 갇힌 역사가 아니기 때문입니다. 이것은 하늘부모님께서 천주적 독생녀 참어머님을 이 땅에 현현케 하시기 위해 인류 역사 전체를 관통하며 엮어 오신 ‘거룩한 섭리의 설계도’이자, 오늘날 전 세계 축복가정 한 사람 한 사람을 참부모님의 온전한 직계 자녀로 접붙이기 위한 ‘영적 족보’입니다.
과거 인류 역사가 독생자를 맞이하기 위해 이스라엘이라는 국가를 중심으로 성경 4천 년의 서사를 기록하며 예비해 왔듯이, 오늘날 우리 전 세계 축복가정이 천주적 독생녀와 심정적으로 일체되어 지상천국을 실현하기 위해서는 하늘이 예비하신 또 한편의 위대한 섭리 서사를 바르게 알아야만 합니다. 성경이 초기에는 이스라엘을 중심한 역사였으나 이를 넘어 전 인류의 구원 경서가 되었듯, 이 대서사시 또한 전 세계 축복가정을 하늘의 참된 선민으로 바로 세우는 위대한 공통의 이정표입니다.
현재 신한국에서는 문신출·문신흥 선교사와 송용천 협회장을 비롯한 지도자들이 전국을 순회하며 이 말씀의 핵심을 생생한 간증으로 전하고 있으며, 이를 통해 식구들은 참어머님의 눈물겨운 뜻의 여정을 체휼하며 강력한 내외적 부흥을 체험하고 있습니다.
3. 피의 혈통을 넘어 ‘말씀의 혈통’으로 여는 천일국 시대
우리는 지난 2월 기원절을 기해 전 세계적으로 대서사시를 훈독하는 정성을 모았고, 지난 5월 열린 ‘국제심포지엄’을 통해 세계 각국의 지도자들과 함께 그 천주적 가치를 깊이 고찰한 바 있습니다.
과거 구약의 선민사상은 타 민족을 배척하는 혈통적 폐쇄성에 갇히기 쉬운 한계를 가지고 있었습니다. 참아버님께서 섭리 노정 속에서 탕감복귀와 혈통을 그토록 강조해 오신 것 역시, 구약과 신약의 연장선상에서 종적인 섭리 기반을 완수하셔야 했기 때문입니다.
하지만 오늘날 참어머님께서 펼치시는 섭리는 성약시대를 완전히 넘어선 ‘천일국 시대’의 전면적인 새 섭리입니다. 이 대서사시는 ‘전 인류는 하늘부모님을 모신 한 가정이요, 전 세계 모든 축복가정은 참부모의 온전한 직계 자녀’라는 거룩한 사상의 선포인 것입니다. 이 절대적인 선언 앞에서는 과거의 그 어떤 육적인 혈통도, 배타적인 민족성의 한계도 모두 눈 녹듯 사라지게 됩니다.
도리어 ‘인류를 널리 이롭게 하고 구원한다’는 홍익인간의 보편적 가치를 품고, 인종과 국경을 완전히 초월하여 전 인류를 하나의 가족권으로 묶으시려는 참어머님의 원대한 말씀의 선언입니다. 참어머님께서는 이제 피의 혈통적 한계를 넘어선 ‘인류 한 가족의 참된 사랑’과 ‘위대한 말씀의 혈통’으로 전 세계를 참부모님의 심정 영토로 확장해 가고 계십니다.
이 말씀 앞에 신한국을 시작으로 피어오른 부흥의 불길은, 이제 전 세계권 전역으로 힘차게 확산될 것입니다. 오는 8월 성화절을 기점으로 본격화될 전 세계 교육을 통해, 우리 모두는 참부모님의 당당한 직계 자녀이자 말씀의 혈통을 이어받은 참된 선민이라는 자부심을 품고 각자의 대륙과 국가에서 실질적인 평화세계를 실천해 나가는 주인공이 될 것입니다.
4. 플라톤의 예화와 참된 지혜
사랑하는 식구님 여러분,
고대 그리스의 철학자 플라톤은 그의 대화편 ‘파이드로스’에서 외적인 기록과 문자에만 지나치게 의존하다 보면, 오히려 스스로 깊이 성찰하고 기억하는 내적 능력이 약화될 수 있다고 이야기했습니다. 지식과 정보가 넘쳐나는 시대를 살아가는 오늘날 우리에게도 ‘무엇이 참된 지혜인가’를 돌아보게 하는 깊은 울림을 줍니다.
이러한 관점에서 볼 때, 참어머님께서 자녀들이 정체성을 잃지 않고 승리하기를 바라시는 간절한 심정으로 주신 ‘한민족 선민 대서사시’는 단순히 머리로 외우는 역사적 지식이나 이론이 되어서는 안 됩니다. 그것은 하늘부모님의 눈물겨운 섭리를 가슴으로 체휼하고, 참어머님과 심정적으로 완벽히 일체되는 ‘살아 있는 영적 호흡’이어야 합니다. 그럴 때 이 대서사시는 과거의 기록을 넘어, 다가오는 8월 성화절을 승리하게 하는 힘이자 우리 삶을 인도하는 사명의 나침반이 될 것입니다.
5. 이번 주 실천: 영적 환경 정비와 말씀의 생활화
사랑하는 식구 여러분,
모든 위대한 배움은 마음과 환경을 정돈하는 작은 실천에서 시작됩니다. 이번 한 주, 우리가 먼저 삶의 현장에서 ‘한민족 선민 대서사시’를 가까이하고 성찰할 수 있는 실천적 환경을 만들어 갑시다.
첫째, 말씀 중심의 환경 조성: 교재를 구비하거나 각국 언어로 번역된 자료를 출력하여 책상 위나 참부모님의 존영 앞 등 가장 눈에 잘 띄는 곳에 두시기 바랍니다. 우리의 시선이 머무는 곳에 자연스럽게 마음과 관심이 생겨나기 때문입니다.
둘째, 말씀의 생활화와 심정 공유: 이번 주부터 매일 조금씩이라도 가족 및 구역 식구들과 함께 대서사시의 구절을 훈독하고, 깨달은 심정을 단 한 문장이라도 서로 나누는 신앙적 실천을 시작해 보시기 바랍니다.
이러한 작은 관심이 생각이 되고, 그 생각이 우리의 행동과 습관을 변화시키는 위대한 힘이 될 것입니다. 이번 한 주가 대서사시를 통해 축복가정의 사명을 깊이 각성하고, 참어머님과 심정적으로 일치되어 지상천국 생활을 가정에서부터 실천해 나가는 복된 첫걸음이 되기를 진심으로 바랍니다.

敬愛する全世界の祝福家庭・食口の皆様、新しい下半期の扉を開く7月最初の週を迎えました。
真の父母様は、7月を「明るい昼」と「全てが明らかになる時」、そして「7数」を完成と新しい転換の数であると語られました。そのみ言のように、私たち皆が天の前に新たな決意と希望を抱き、力強く出発する一週間となることを願います。

先週は、「神ヨーロッパで出会った父との約束、母の愛」というタイトルのもと、神ヨーロッパ・中東大陸巡回を通して、真のお父様が残された約束が、真のお母様の愛の中でどのように継承されているかを共に確認しました。特に、未来世代の指導者たちの出現と世代交代、そして摂理企業と公的基盤の成長を通じて、摂理が次の世代へと着実に受け継がれていることを確認し、希望のビジョンを共に分かち合いました。
2. 大叙事詩は、摂理の設計図であり、心情の系譜
今週から私たちは、真のお母様が繰り返し強調しておられる『韓民族選民大叙事詩』を、全世界の食口の皆様と共に本格的に学ぶ第一歩を踏み出します。
愛する全世界の食口の皆様、
今日、私たちが霊的混乱と大転換の時代を勝利的に突破することのできる（乗り越える）唯一の鍵は、まさに「天の父母様の前に私誰なのか？」を明確に知るアイデンティティーにあります。
過去の人類歴史が、独り子を迎えるため、イスラエルという特定国家を中心に聖書4千年の救援歴史を繋いできたように、 今日、祝福家庭が独り娘と心情的に一体となり、地上天国を実現するためには、天が備えられたまたもう一つの偉大な摂理の叙事詩を正しく知らなければなりません。
イスラエルの歴史が決して彼らだけの歴史にとどまらず、人類全体の大叙事詩となったように、私たちが『韓民族大叙事詩』を必ず学ばなければならない理由も、まさにここにあります。この大叙事詩はある特定の民族だけに限定された歴史ではなく全人類のための救援物語だからです。これは、天の父母様が独り娘・真のお母様をこの地に備えるために、人類歴史を通して準備された「摂理の設計図」であり、 同時に、今日の私たちを真の父母様の完全なる直系の子女として立てるための「心情の系譜」です。
国境や人種を越え、私たち全てにとって、この学びが必ず必要な理由は、この大叙事詩が決して特定の民族だけの閉ざされた歴史ではないからです。
これは、天の父母様が独り娘・真のお母様をこの地に予定し供えられるために、人類歴史を通して準備された「摂理の設計図」です。同時に、今日の私たちを真の父母様の完全なる直系の子女として立てるための「心情の系譜」でもあります。
過去の人類歴史は、独り子を迎えるため、イスラエルという国家を中心に聖書4千年の救援歴史を繋いできたように、今日、祝福家庭が独り娘と心情的に一体となり、地上天国を実現するためには、天が備えられたまたもう一つの偉大な摂理の叙事詩を正しく知らなければなりません。

現在、神韓国では、天愛祝承子・文信出・文信興宣教師と宋龍天協会長をはじめとする指導者たちが全国を巡回し、このみ言の核心を生き生きとした証しとして伝えており、これを通して食口たちは、真のお母様の涙に満ちたみ旨の路程を体恤し、深い霊的覚醒と共同体の復興を体験しています。
3. 血統を超え、「心情の因縁」で開かれる天一国時代
私たちは去る2月の基元節を期して、全世界的に大叙事詩を訓読する精誠を積み重ねてきました。また5月に開催された「韓民族選民大叙事詩 国際シンポジウム」を通じて、世界各国の指導者たちと共に、その価値を深く考察したことがあります。
かつて旧約時代の選民思想には、民族的な境界を越えられないという限界がありました。真のお父様が摂理路程の中で蕩減復帰と血統をそれほどまでに強調してこられたのも、旧約と新約時代の延長線上で縦的な摂理基盤を完遂しなければならなかったからです。
しかし、今日、真のお母様が展開されておられる摂理は、成約時代を完全に超えた「天一国時代」の全面的な新しい摂理です。この大叙事詩は、「全人類は天の父母様に侍る一つの家族であり、全世界の全ての祝福家庭は真の父母の完全なる直系の子女である」という聖なる思想の宣布なのです。
この絶対的な宣言の前では、過去のいかなる肉的な血統も、排他的な民族性の限界も、すべて雪が溶けるように消え去ることになります。
真のお母様は今、血を中心とした血統的限界を超えた「人類一家族の真の愛」と「偉大な心情の因縁」によって、全世界を真の父母様心情の領土として拡張しておられます。このみ言の前に神韓国をはじめとして燃え上がった復興の炎は、全世界の各大陸へと力強く広がっていくでしょう。
来る8月の聖和節を契機とし、起点に本格化される全世界の教育を通じて、私たちは皆、真の父母様の堂々たる直系の子女であり、心情の因縁を受け継いだ真なる選民であるという自負心を抱き、各自の大陸と国家において実質的な平和世界を実践していく主人公となることでしょう。
4. [プラトンの寓話と真なる知恵]
愛する食口の皆様、
約2400年前、古代ギリシャの哲学者プラトンは、彼の代表的な対話編『パイドロス』の中で、意味深い話を伝えています。
エジプトの知恵の神テウトが、新しく発明した「文字」をタムス王に紹介し、その有益さを説明したところ、王は意外にも、文字は人間の知恵を育てるどころか、むしろ文字に依存して、自ら記憶し省察する能力を弱めてしまう可能性があると警告しました。
この話は、新しい技術は人間に便利さをもたらすことはできても、それが決して真の知恵に取って代わることはできないという深い洞察を伝えており、AI時代を生きる今日の私たちに「何が真なる知恵なのか？」を改めて問いかけています。
このような観点から見るとき、真のお母様が、子女たちがアイデンティティーを失うことなく最後まで勝利することを願われる切実な心情で下さった『韓民族選民大叙事詩』は、決して頭だけで学ぶ歴史知識や理論にとどまってはなりません。
それは、天の父母様の涙ぐましい復帰摂理を胸深く体恤し、真のお母様の心情と生命のように一つとなる、生きた霊的呼吸でなければなりません。その時こそ『韓民族選民大叙事詩』は、過去を説明する記録を超え、私たちの人生と使命を最後まで導く変わらぬ羅針盤となるでしょう。
5. [今週の実践：学びのための環境準備]
愛する食口の皆様、
全ての偉大な学びは、心と環境を整える小さな実践から始まります。
この一週間、私たちがまず生活の現場で『韓民族選民大叙事詩』を身近にして、省察することのできる実践的な環境を整備していきましょう。教材を準備したり、各国の言語に翻訳された資料を印刷し、机の上や真の父母様のご尊影の前など、最も目につきやすい場所に置いてみてください。
私たちの視線が留まる所に、心と関心も自然と集まるからです。このような小さな実践は考えを変え、考えは行動を変え、行動は、結局私たちの人生と文化を変化させる偉大な力となります。この一週間が、『韓民族選民大叙事詩』を通じて祝福家庭の使命をより深く自覚し、真のお母様と心情的に一つとなって、地上天国の生活を家庭から実践していく祝福された出発となることを心から願います。
新たな下半期が始まる7月、天の父母様と真の父母様の愛と祝福が、食口の皆様のご家庭と生活の中に常に共にありますよう祈願いたします。ありがとうございました.
