Beloved and respected blessed families of the Unificationist community around the world,

As we welcome a new week, I sincerely pray that the love and grace of our Heavenly Parent will abundantly fill your families and workplaces.

I offer my deepest gratitude to all of you who, even amid the changes and challenges of this time, continue to boldly advance in hope, centering on True Parents’ will. In this era of the firm settlement of Cheon Il Guk, I extend my heartfelt respect to you who are united with True Mother and are devoting your utmost sincerity in the global mission field to become the driving force for future generations.

1. Summary of Last Week’s Message

In last week’s message, I shared that Bolivia is emerging as a global model for youth witnessing. Bolivia recorded the second-highest witnessing results in the world for the year 2025. I introduced the testimony of one sister whose transformed life led all eight siblings to join our movement. Through this, we were able to reaffirm that the essence of witnessing lies not in sophisticated techniques, but in the testimony of genuine love and a sincere life.

2. Background and Identity of the Cranes Club

Following True Mother’s request, I have completed my tours in Heavenly Africa and Heavenly Central and South America, and am currently continuing my tour of the Heavenly Asia-Pacific region. As I directly encounter young people in the providential mission, I am realizing deeply what it is that we must prepare anew for this era.

In this process, I have come to recognize anew the profound significance of the fact that in December 2014, together with the proclamation of the only begotten Daughter, the first gift that True Mother bestowed for the blessing of new generations was the Cranes Club.

Established on December 20, 2014, in Las Vegas, this community was founded to create synergy among the young professionals of our movement. Centered on True Mother’s blessing  that “you must be different from the people in society and become new ancestors of noble lineages,” it was established to develop and implement providential initiatives.

Thus, it goes beyond being a fellowship group. It is a community with the essential mission of inheriting True Mother’s vision and practicing true love, thereby preparing a warm foundation to which members of the younger generation can return.

3. The Deepening Generational Conflict and the Need for Professional Talents

Today, we face two major challenges.

First is the intensification of generational disconnection. The pace of change is so rapid that even a difference of just a few years can result in different vocabulary and ways of thinking. Beyond the gap between the first and second generations, we now live in a rapidly changing society where even among young people within the same community, a sense of distance is emerging. Therefore, it is urgent that we find a language of empathy that can bridge generational differences, across all age groups.

Second is the changing talent profile required by the current times. In the pioneering age, spiritual leaders who moved forward with sacrificial dedication and a spirit of struggling forward were needed. However, in this age of settlement and realization, there is a pressing need for professionals who can exercise real influence in every field of society.

We are coming to realize that for the settlement of Cheon Il Guk, it is essential to have individuals who can exert good influence and guide others in all sectors of society—doctors and scientists, scholars and educators, entrepreneurs and artists, legal professionals and political leaders.

Therefore, for this age, we must also expand the scope of leadership training. We must go beyond merely establishing leaders who guide the church, and instead cultivate people of professional capacity who shine through their responsibility and competence in the world. The future of the church does not depend solely on leadership within the church sanctuary, but on the number of people living in society, embodying and practicing their mission in their daily lives. The success or failure of Cheon Il Guk depends on this.

4. The Practical Role of the Cranes Club: Mentorship and Creating an Environment for Growth

The Cranes Club must become a practical solution to the providential challenges of our time.

First, those elder members who have pioneered their paths in various fields of society must become steadfast mentors for the new generation. When they offer realistic guidance and direction in life to adolescents and young adults who are thinking deeply about their future paths, those members of the younger generation can grow with clearer vision and firm dreams. Furthermore, as a bridge connecting the significant generation gap between the first and second generations, the Cranes Club—composed of the intermediate generation of young adults—must now step up to fulfill its role.

Second, the community must become a broad environment where young people can freely challenge themselves and grow. Just as Koi fish cannot grow large in small containers, the potential of young people cannot fully blossom within narrow frameworks. Even if there are times when we feel they are focusing too much on their studies or professional field than on church activities, rather than judging hastily, we should trust and wait so that they can become the best in their respective fields and contribute to the providence. A culture of support and encouragement is the very soil that nurtures the future.

Of course, there may still be countries and churches with circumstances that do not allow a sufficient foundation for this yet. Nevertheless, what is important is the recognition that the era has already progressed into the stage of the firm settlement of Cheon Il Guk. Now is the time for the community to newly reflect on the meaning of the Third Blessing—perfection of dominion—not only on the individual level but all through our communities.

5. This Week’s Practice: A Conversation That Connects Generations

Beloved blessed family members,

During this week, I encourage you to take time to deeply understand the young people around you, including your own children. As the gap between generations has widened further in this rapidly changing era, rather than trying to teach first, we need an attitude that acknowledges and respects the thoughts and lives of the younger generation as they are. Sincere interest and a heart of acceptance are the greatest forces that reinforce relationships.

At the same time, the younger generation must also respect the experiences and life values of their elders, and be able to recognize the love and concern contained within their guidance. When we understand and respect each other’s sincerity, trust and bonds that transcend generations will deepen.

Raising one young person is raising one generation, and this is precisely what we need to do to prepare for the future of Cheon Il Guk. I pray that this week, small acts of love that narrow the distance between generations may bear great fruit. I sincerely pray that the love and blessings of our Heavenly Parent will always be with you and your families.

새로운 한 주를 맞이하며 하늘부모님의 사랑과 은혜가 여러분의 가정과 일터 위에 충만하시기를 간절히 기원합니다.

어떠한 시대적 변화와 도전 속에서도 참부모님의 뜻을 중심에 모시고 소망 가운데 담대히 전진하시는 식구님들께 깊은 감사를 드립니다. 특히 천일국 안착 시대를 맞이하여 참어머님과 하나 되어 미래 세대를 위한 동력이 되고자 현장 각지에서 정성을 다하시는 여러분께 진심 어린 존경의 마음을 전합니다.

1. 지난주 메시지 요약

지난 주간 메시지에서는 볼리비아가 청년 전도의 세계적 모범 사례로 부상하고 있음을 전해 드렸습니다. 2025년 기준 세계 2위의 전도 성과를 기록한 볼리비아에서, 한 자매의 변화된 삶이 여덟 남매 전체의 입교로 이어진 사례를 소개하였습니다. 이를 통해 전도의 본질은 화려한 기술이 아니라, 진실한 사랑과 삶의 증거에 있음을 다시금 확인할 수 있었습니다.

2. 크레인스클럽의 설립 배경과 정체성

참어머님의 말씀에 따라 저는 신아프리카와 신중남미 순회를 마치고, 현재 신아시아태평양 대륙 순회를 이어가고 있습니다. 여정 속에서 섭리 현장의 청년들을 직접 목도하며, 시대가 요구하는 새로운 준비가 무엇인지 깊이 실감하고 있습니다.

그 과정에서 2014년 12월, 참어머님께서 ‘독생녀’선포와 더불어 미래 세대를 위해 하사하신 첫 번째 축복의 선물이 바로‘크레인스클럽(Cranes Club)’이었다는 것을 새삼 깊이 깨닫게 되었습니다.

2014년 12월 20일 라스베이거스에서 창설된 이 공동체는, 젊은 전문인재를 양성하여 “세상 사람들과는 달라야 하며, 명문가의 새로운 조상이 되어야 한다”는 참어머님의 말씀을 중심에 두고, 섭리적 이니셔티브를 구현하기 위해 세워졌습니다.

이는 단순한 친목 단체를 넘어, 참어머님의 비전을 계승하고 참사랑을 실천함으로써 미래의 젊은 세대가 다시 찾아올 수 있는 따뜻한 터전을 마련하는 본질적 사명을 지닌 공동체라 할 것입니다.

3. 분화되는 세대 갈등과 전문 인재의 필요성

오늘날 우리는 두 가지 과제에 직면해 있습니다.

첫째는 세대 간 단절의 심화입니다.

변화의 속도가 너무 빨라 불과 몇 년의 차이로도 언어와 사고방식이 달라지고 있음을 실감합니다. 1세대와 2세대 간의 세대 차이는 물론 청년들 사이 공동체 내에서 조차 거리감이 형성되는 급변하는 사회에 살고 있습니다.

따라서 우리는 각 연령층별로 세대 차이를 느끼지 않도록 공감의 언어를 찾는 것이 필요한 때라 생각합니다.

둘째는 시대가 요구하는 인재상의 변화입니다.

개척의 시대에는 헌신과 투쟁 정신으로 전진하는 영적 지도자가 필요했습니다. 그러나 이제 정착과 실현의 시대에는 사회 각 영역에서 실제적 영향력을 발휘할 전문 인재가 절실합니다.

의사와 과학자, 학자와 교육자, 기업가와 예술가, 법조인과 정치인 등 사회를 구성하는 모든 자리에서 그들을 이끌 수 있는 선한 영향력을 발휘하는 인재가 천일국 안착을 위해 반드시 필요한 시대임을 자각하게 됩니다.

따라서 오늘날 지도자 양성의 의미도 확장되어야 합니다만, 교회를 이끄는 지도자를 세우는 데 머무르지 않고, 세상 속에서 책임과 실력으로 빛을 발하는 인재를 길러내야 합니다.

교회의 미래는 성전 안의 리더십만이 아니라, 세상 한가운데서 사명을 자신의 삶 속에 녹여 실천하며 살아가는 사람들이 얼마나 있느냐에 천일국의 성패가 달려 있습니다.

4. 크레인스클럽의 구체적 역할: 멘토십과 성장 환경 조성

크레인스클럽은 이러한 시대적 과제에 대한 실천적 대안이 되어야 합니다.

첫째, 사회 각 분야에서 먼저 길을 개척해 온 선배들이 다음 세대의 든든한 멘토가 되어야 합니다.

진로를 고민하는 청소년과 청년들에게 현실적인 조언과 삶의 방향을 제시해 줄 때, 미래 세대는 보다 선명한 비전과 확고한 꿈을 품고 성장할 수 있습니다.

아울러 1세대와 2세대 사이에 존재하는 큰 세대적 간극을 잇는 가교로서, 중간 세대의 청년들로 구성된 크레인스클럽이 이제 우리 신앙공동체의 본연의 역할을 감당해야 할 때라 생각합니다.

둘째, 공동체는 청년들이 마음껏 도전하고 성장할 수 있는 넓은 환경이 되어야 합니다.

작은 그릇에서는 큰 물고기가 자랄 수 없듯이, 청년들의 가능성도 좁은 틀 안에서는 꽃피우기 어렵습니다. 때로 교회 활동보다 학업과 직업 현장에 집중하는 모습이 있더라도 조급히 판단하기보다, 각자의 영역에서 최고가 되어 섭리에 기여할 수 있도록 믿고 기다려 주어야 합니다.

지지와 격려의 문화가 곧 미래를 키우는 토양입니다. 물론 아직은 여건상 이러한 기반이 충분하지 않은 국가와 교회도 있을 것입니다. 그러나 중요한 것은 시대가 이미 천일국 안착의 단계로 나아가고 있다는 사실입니다.

이제 공동체는 제3축복인 주관성완성의 의미를 개인 차원을 넘어 공동체적차원에서 새롭게 성찰해야 할 때입니다.

5. 이번 주 실천: 세대를 잇는 한 사람과의 대화

사랑하는 축복가정 식구님 여러분,

이번 한 주는 나의 자녀를 비롯한 주변 청년들을 깊이 이해하는 시간을 가져 보심이 어떠십니까?

급변하는 시대 속에서 세대 간의 간극은 더욱 커졌기에, 이제는 가르치려 하기보다 먼저 젊은 세대의 생각과 삶을 있는 그대로 인정하고 존중하는 자세가 필요합니다. 진심 어린 관심과 수용의 마음이야말로 관계를 잇는 가장 큰 힘일 것입니다.

동시에 청년 세대 역시 어른들의 경험과 삶의 가치를 존중하며, 조언 속에 담긴 사랑과 염려의 마음을 헤아릴 수 있어야 합니다. 서로의 진심을 이해하고 존중할 때 세대를 넘어선 신뢰와 유대가 깊어질 것입니다. 한 사람의 청년을 세우는 일은 한 세대를 세우는 일이며, 곧 천일국의 미래를 준비하는 길입니다.

이번 주, 사랑으로 세대 간의 거리를 좁히는 작은 실천이 큰 열매로 이어지기를 진심으로 축원드립니다. 하늘부모님의 사랑과 축복이 여러분과 가정 위에 늘 함께하시길 기원드립니다.

尊敬し、愛する全世界の統一家、祝福家庭の食口の皆様、

新しい一週間を迎えるにあたり、天の父母様の愛と恩恵が皆様のご家庭と職場の上に満ちあふれますよう、切にお祈り申し上げます。

どのような時代的変化と挑戦の中でも、真の父母様のみ旨を中心に据え、希望の中で雄々しく前進していらっしゃる食口の皆様に、深い感謝を捧げます。

特に天一国安着時代を迎え、真のお母様と一つになり、未来世代のための動力となろうと、現場各地で精誠を尽くしていらっしゃる皆様に、 真心からの敬意を表します。

１．先週のメッセージ要約

先週のメッセージでは、ボリビアが青年伝道の世界的模範事例として浮上していることをお伝えいたしました。

2025年基準で世界第2位の伝道成果を記録したボリビアで、一人の姉妹の変化した生き方（生活）が、八人兄弟姉妹全員の入会へとつながった事例を紹介いたしまし た。これを通じて、伝道の本質とは華やかな技術ではなく、真実なる愛と生き方（生活）の証しにあるということを、改めて確認することができました。

２．クレインズクラブ（Cranes Club）の設立背景とアイデンティティ

真のお母様のみ言に従い、私は神アフリカと神中南米の巡回を終え、現在は神アジ ア太平洋大陸の巡回を続けております。旅路（たびじ）の中で、摂理現場の青年たちを直接目の当たりにし、時代が求める新たな準備とは何であるかを深く実感しております。

その過程で、2014年12月、真のお母様が「独り娘（独生女）」の宣布とともに、未来世代のために下さった最初の祝福のプレゼントこそが「クレインズクラブ（Cranes Club ）」であったという事実を、改めて深く悟るようになりました。

2014年12月20日、ラスベガスで創設されたこの共同体は、若き専門人材を養成し、 「世の人々とは違わなければならず、名門家の新たな先祖にならなければならない」 という真のお母様のみ言を常に中心に置き、摂理的イニシアチブを具現化するために立てられまし た。

これは単なる親睦団体を超え、真のお母様のビジョンを継承し、真の愛を実践することによって、未来の若い世代が再び訪ねてくることのできる温かい基盤を築くという、 本質的な使命を担った共同体であると言えるでしょう。

３．分化する世代間の葛藤と専門人材の必要性

今日、私たちは二つの課題に直面しています。

第一は、世代間の断絶の深化です。変化の速度があまりにも速く、わずか数年の差であっても、言語や思考方式が変わりつつあることを実感します。

1世の世代と2世の世代間の世代差異（ジェネレーションギャップ）はもちろんのこと、青年たちの間でさえも共同体内に距離感が形成されるという、激変する社会の中に私たちは生きています。

したがって、私たちは各年齢層において世代差異（ジェネレーションギャップ）を感じることのないよう、「共感の言語」を見つけることが必要な時であると考えています。

第二は、時代が求める人材像の変化です。

 開拓の時代には、献身と闘争精神をもって前進する霊的指導者が必要でした。しかし、今や定着と実現の時代には、社会の各領域で実体的な影響力を発揮できる 専門人材が切実に求められています。

医師や科学者、学者や教育者、実業家や芸術家、法曹人や政治家など、社会を構成する全ての場において、人々を導くことのできる 「善なる影響力」を発揮する人材が、天一国安着のために必ずや必要な時代であることを自覚するに至ります。

したがって、今日の指導者養成の意味も拡張されなければなりませんが、教会を導く指導者を立てるだけにとどまらず、世の中において責任と実力をもって光 を放つ人材を育て上げなければなりません。

教会の未来は、聖殿の中のリーダーシップだけではなく、世の真ん中で使命を自らの生き方（生活）の中に溶け込ませ、実践しながら生きていく人々がどれほどいるかによって、天一国の勝敗がかかっています。

４．クレインズクラブの具体的役割：メンターシップと成長環境の造成

クレインズクラブは、このような時代的課題に対する実践的な代案とならなければなりません。

第一に、社会の各分野で先んじて道を開拓して来られた先輩たちが、次世代の心強いメンターとならなければなりません。

進路に悩む青少年や青年たちに、現実的な助言と生き方（人生）の方向性を提示して あげる時、未来世代はより鮮明なビジョンと確固たる夢を抱いて成長することができます。

あわせて、1世の世代と2世の世代間に存在する大きな世代的隔たりをつなぐ架け橋 として、中間世代の青年たちで構成されたクレインズクラブが、今こそ、私たちの信仰共同体の本然の役割を担うべき時であると考えます。

第二に、共同体は青年たちが心ゆくまで挑戦し、成長できる広範な環境とならなければなりません。小さな器では大きな魚が育たないように、青年たちの可能性も狭い枠組みの中では花開くことが困難です。

時に、教会活動よりも学業や仕事の現場に集中する姿があったとしても、焦って判断するのではなく、各人（それぞれ）の領域で最高となり、摂理に寄与できるよう信じて待ってあげるべき です。

支持と激励の文化こそが、未来を育む土壌です。もちろん、まだ状況的にこのような基盤が十分ではない国家や教会もあるでしょう。

しかし、重要なことは、時代がすでに天一国安着の段階へと進んでいるという事実です。今や共同体は、第三祝福である「主管性完成」の意味を、個人レベル（次元）を超えて、共同体的レベル（次元）で新しく省察すべき時です。

５．今週の実践：世代をつなぐ一人との対話

愛する祝福家庭、食口の皆様、

今週の一週間は、ご自身の子供をはじめ、周辺の青年たちを深く理解する時間を 持ってみてはいかがでしょうか。

急変する時代の中で、世代間の隔たりはさらに大きくなっているからこそ、今は教えようとするよりも、まず若い世代の考えや生き方を変に否定せず、ありのままに認め、尊重する姿勢が必要です。

真心を込めた関心と受容の心こそが、関係をつなぐ最大の力です。同時に、青年世代もまた、大人たちの経験や人生の価値を尊重し、助言の中に込められた愛と懸念の心を汲み取ることができなければなりません。 お互いの真心を理解し尊重し合う時、世代を超えた信頼と絆（きずな）が深まっていくことでしょう。

一人の青年を立てることは、一つの世代を立てることであり、とりもなおさず天一国の未来を準備する道です。

今週、愛をもって世代間の距離を縮める小さな実践が、大きな実りへとつながることを祝願いたします。天の父母様の愛と祝福が、皆様とご家庭の上に常に共にありますようお祈り申し上 げます。
