On January 7, the second generation of Dominicans centered on the leader of the second generation, Mr. Hope Gomez began two HARP seminars. One from 7 to 12 years old and another from 13 to 18 years old. They shared in some games but the contents of the conferences were different.
Junior Seminar for Age 7-12 ( with 9 Participants)
We had 5 lectures on True Parents’ Life course. The little ones were given education on the life of True Parents, especially the childhood of True Parents, studying their lifestyle and major events until their imprisonment in Heung Nam. The lectures given were: Preparation for the birth of True Father, The Birth of True Father, The Birth of True Mother, True Father’s Childhood, True Father’s encounter with Jesus, True Father in Heung Nam
Apart from the conferences, the children, together with the older ones, made HDH in the holly tree, played as a team together with the older ones, cleaned the surroundings of the farm and visited the river on two occasions.
Seminar for Age 13-18 (with 11 Participants)
We had 6 lectures; one on character education entitled Disc, which consists of identifying the characteristics of the personality, the DISC also detects certain abilities, since we can find out how we understand the world and react to different circumstances, a very good conference given by Diana Javier.
We had 4 conferences on the Divine Principle (Principles of Creation, Human Fall, Restoration, Mission of the Messiah and Dream of Hyojeong) given by Mr. Cesar Regalado, general secretary of UPF.
This seminar consisted of coupling the conferences of the divine principle to everyday experiences, that is, how to identify a situation that merits practicing the principle, all these conferences well adapted to young people by Mr. Cesar Regalado and in which everyone had their reflection material and shared experiences in front of everyone.
HyoJeong’s last dream conference consisted of setting short-term and long-term goals, especially identifying what the mission of our lives is, seeing our talents and how to connect those talents to providence, studying our high and low points and how we can achieve them. said dreams within a period of time.
Apart from the conferences and the internal environment, we made a small attempt to visit a natural place such as the hatillo dam and we made a fishing attempt, although we did not have any fishing results, the experience was very rewarding.
We played together with the Juniors, we sang together, but above all we tried to bring harmony to both seminars at the same time.
We deeply appreciate all the staff and volunteers who made this seminar possible, especially the leaders: regional, the national leader, Mr. Regalado and all those who supported us in some way.
