As part of the program to raise awareness among the youth leaders on the importance of Hyojeong, Purity, and CheonBo Works, the HJ Cheonbo Asia Pacific Branch in partnership with the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU), and the International Association of Youth and Students for Peace – Asia Pacific (IAYSP) co-hosted the Cheonbo Youth Education last December 4-5, 2021, with the theme “HJ Cheonbo Youth: Living Saints for World Peace.” The purpose of the event is to impart a more profound understanding of the value of Hyojeong and Purity.
The two-day online event was participated in by 680 1st generation and 2nd generation single members from sixteen nations in the Asia Pacific.
In preparation for the HJ Cosmic Blessing 2022, the need for youth education on the importance of Hyojeong Purity and Cheonbo Works is vastly amplified to pave the way in receiving the Blessing. The two-day event was greatly strengthened by having top leaders and lecturers from the Asia Pacific as speakers and lecturers.
Dr. Kim In Cheon, President of HJ Cheonbo Asia Pacific Branch, gave special remarks. The participants received the lectures on Hyojeong and Purity: Historical and Cheonbo Works Perspectives by the Cheon Eui Won Chair, Dr. Robert S. Kittel, and Dr. Edgar T. Tanate, the main lecturer of HJ Cheonbo Asia Pacific Branch. The Blessing and Ideal Family was also presented by Mrs. Ursula McLackland, the Secretary-General of UPF Asia Pacific.
The Blessed Family Department also works side by side with the HJ Cheonbo and IAYSP in sharing their testimonies on receiving the Blessing and family life to the participants. A Chanyang Yeoksa session on the second day was led by the Cheonbo Team of Asia Pacific.
The online event was streamed worldwide via YouTube and Facebook Live.
