Beloved and respected blessed families of the Unification movement around the world,
Korea, the homeland of our faith, is now in the heart of spring, filled with the life-giving energy of the re-awakening of the creation.
The beautiful flowers and green shoots before us are not simply the result of the passing of time. Like going through the labor of childbirth, they break the silence of the cold winter earth, burst through its hardened shell, and finally emerge into the light.
Even if our current environment weighs on us like the final cold days of winter, we believe this is a holy course preparing us to welcome a greater spring of victory and glory. Amid severe trials, the love True Parents have invested for the salvation of humanity does not cease to flow, but continues to bring forth new life—and they continue to work anew within our lives.
Throughout this week as well, I sincerely pray that this sublime love and grace may deeply dwell in your families and workplaces.
1. Summary of Last Week’s Message
Last week, I spoke of how four South American nations—Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and Paraguay—are providential nations reflecting the providential positions of Adam, Eve, Cain, and Abel, and are becoming important milestones for the establishment of Cheon Il Guk.
In these nations, various public foundations imbued with the devotion and works of True Parents have been established and developed. These are precious assets that embody both the tradition and future vision of the South American providence. I therefore emphasized that systematically inheriting and developing these foundations is important for us as we move forward.
2. Bolivia Revived Through Youth Witnessing
This week, during this final report on our visit to the Central and South America continent, I would like to speak about our time in Bolivia, a nation where witnessing to young people is bringing new hope.
The missionary history of the Family Federation in Bolivia has been built upon the devoted efforts of Japanese missionaries. In 2016, leaders including the Japanese national messiah were unjustly accused and imprisoned. However, in 2018, they were found innocent and released, having preserved their faith with integrity through the trial.
Recently, a new turning point in witnessing has emerged through the combination of the “Cheon Il Guk witnessing system,” the dispatch of witnessing teams from the continental headquarters, and sincere devotions offered at Cheonshim Won. As a result, as of 2025, Bolivia ranked second in the world in number of new members (after the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Africa), achieving a remarkable increase in membership of more than 20 percent over the previous year.
Based on their diligent character as a people and the traditional educational foundation established by the missionaries, Bolivia is actively continuing the work of witnessing to and teaching young people who then devote themselves as full time volunteers, preserving the pure passion and atmosphere of the unification movement of the 1980s.
In particular, under the leadership of Regional Director Hilda Claros, whose husband is Japanese, many key public leaders in Bolivia are in their 20s and 30s. About 60 percent of the members are first-generation youth under the age of 40, making Bolivia a nation with great potential for future growth.
3. The Path of Witnessing Where the Person Becomes the Gospel
On the journey toward the ideal village of Cheon Il Guk, our witnessing is not about shouting slogans. Rather, it begins with demonstrating our identity as citizens of the kingdom of heaven through our lives before family and neighbors who know us best—in other words, winning the hearts of those close to us. This path is impossible without conviction in and inspiration from the community to which we belong.
During our visit to Bolivia, I encountered a precious story that deeply revealed the true essence of witnessing. From a strict educator’s family, the eldest daughter was the first to join our church. The natural changes and spiritual fragrance that flowed from her new life touched her seven siblings, who then, one by one, through works of grace, returned to the embrace of our Heavenly Parent.
This was not the result of meticulous strategy or a technical approach, but the fruit of the warm, family-centered community cultivated by the Bolivian church members, a spirit that touches hearts beyond unfamiliar religious boundaries.
In particular, the decision of the third sister—who gave up a stable teaching career to choose a public mission before Heaven—left a deep impression on me. It showed that the practice of true love that sincerely values others and embraces them to the end inevitably led to the blooming of eight flowers one after another.
This touching story clearly testifies to the reality of witnessing in the “era of the firm settlement of Cheon Il Guk” that True Mother emphasizes. The eight siblings from Bolivia eloquently demonstrate to us that witnessing carried out not through programs but through life, not through theory but through heart, is a most essential and powerful force for moving the world.
Just as, 2,000 years ago, the resurrected Jesus told his disciples, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation” (Mark 16:15), True Mother today has continually emphasized the mission of witnessing and teaching in every circumstance. This reminds us once again that the deeper essence of witnessing lies not in methods or outward results, but in the person who embodies true love in his or her life. Ultimately, the true gospel of Heaven is revealed and conveyed most clearly and vividly through the life and love of each blessed family member.
4. This Week’s Practice: Sharing Heaven’s Warm Heart with One Person
Beloved blessed families,
For life to emerge, there must first be a warm environment in which it can dwell. The moving spiritual works that took place in Bolivia were also possible because a beautiful family environment had first been prepared. Caring for and devotedly tending for our personal space and surroundings is a sacred mission that creates a sanctuary for the heart where members who have drifted away can return and experience new life taking root.
For this coming week, I would like to suggest a small commitment for us to practice together:
First, cultivate an environment of heart.
Call to mind a brother or sister in your community whose footsteps have grown distant. Take a moment to offer sincere prayers, filling your heart with warm love, so that whenever they return, they may find rest in our embrace.
Second, share that warmth.
Reach out to that person through social media, or a phonecall, and convey your sincere heart. A simple message—“I remember you and I hope to see you”—can become the key from Cheon Il Guk that opens even a firmly closed heart.
Third, prepare a welcome.
Let us make our homes and workplaces into peaceful and restful places for anyone who comes, cultivating our surroundings with our smiles and thoughtful care.
Within this warm environment we prepare through our devotion, the precious relationships that Heavenly Parent has prepared will come to fruition.

신앙의 조국 한국은 어느덧 봄의 한가운데로 들어서며 만물이 소생하는 생명의 기운으로 가득 차고 있습니다.
우리가 마주하는 저 아름다운 꽃과 푸른 새싹은 단순히 시간이 흘러 피어난 것이 아닙니다. 차가운 겨울 대지의 침묵을 깨고, 단단한 껍질을 터뜨리는 ‘해산의 수고’와도 같은 탄생의 아픔을 딛고 비로소 세상에 그 빛을 드러낸 것입니다.
지금 우리 앞에 놓인 환경이 비록 겨울의 끝자락처럼 매섭고 무거울지라도, 이는 더 큰 승리와 영광의 봄을 맞이하기 위한 거룩한 과정임을 믿습니다. 모진 시련 속에서도 인류 구원을 향한 참부모님의 사랑은 멈추지 않고 새 생명의 싹을 틔우며 우리 삶 속에 새롭게 역사하고 계십니다.
이번 한 주도 그 숭고한 사랑과 은혜가 여러분의 가정과 일터 위에 깊이 임하시기를 진심으로 기원드립니다.
1. 지난주 메시지 요약
지난주에는 남미의 아르헨티나, 브라질, 우루과이, 파라과이 4개 국가가 아담·해와·가인·아벨의 원형적 질서를 반영한 섭리적 국가로서, 천일국 창건을 향한 중요한 이정표가 되고 있음을 말씀드렸습니다. 이들 국가에는 참부모님의 헌신과 역사가 깃든 다양한 공적 기반이 축적되어 있으며, 이는 남미 섭리의 전통과 미래 비전을 동시에 보여주는 귀중한 자산입니다. 그러므로 이러한 기반을 체계적으로 계승하고 발전시켜 나가는 것이 앞으로의 중요한 과제임을 강조드렸습니다.
2. 청년 전도로 부흥하는 볼리비아
이번 주는 신중남미 대륙 순회 보고의 마지막 세 번째로, 청년 전도의 새로운 희망을 보여주고 있는 볼리비아 방문에 대해 말씀드리고자 합니다.
볼리비아 가정연합 선교 역사는 일본 선교사들의 헌신 위에 축적되어 왔습니다. 2016년에는 일본 국가메시아를 포함한 지도자들이 부당한 투고로 어려움을 겪었으나, 2018년 무죄로 석방되는 과정을 통해 시련 속에서도 신앙의 정통성을 지켜낸 바 있습니다. 이러한 과정을 지나 최근에는 천일국 전도 시스템, 대륙본부 전도팀 파견, 그리고 천심원 정성이 결합되면서 전도에 새로운 전환점이 마련되었습니다. 그 결과 볼리비아는 2025년 기준 전도 인원은 신아프리카 DR콩고에 이어 세계 2위, 성인 재적 대비 전도율 20%를 넘는 괄목할 성과를 이루었습니다.
성실한 국민성과 선교사들이 이어온 전통적 교육 기반 위에서, 볼리비아는 1980년대 통일운동의 순수한 열정과 분위기를 간직한 채 청년 전도와 훈련, 헌신의 흐름이 지금도 활발히 이어지고 있습니다.
특히 일본인 남편을 둔 힐다 교구장을 중심으로 주요 공직자들의 다수가 20~30대로 구성되어 있으며, 전체 식구의 약 60%가 40세 미만의 1세 청년으로 이루어져 있어 미래 성장 가능성이 매우 큰 국가로 평가됩니다.
3. 사람이 곧 복음이 되는 전도의 길
천일국 이상촌을 향한 우리의 여정에서 전도는 결코 거창한 구호에 머무르지 않습니다. 오히려 나를 가장 잘 아는 가족과 이웃 앞에서 나의 정체성을 삶으로 증명해 내는 일, 곧 ‘가까운 이들의 마음을 얻는 것’에서 그 출발이 이루어집니다. 이는 내가 속한 공동체에 대한 확신과 감동이 전제되지 않고서는 결코 가능하지 않은 길이기 때문입니다.
이번 볼리비아 방문에서 마주한 귀한 광경은 전도의 본질이 무엇인지를 깊은 전율 속에 깨닫게 해주었습니다. 엄격한 교육자 가정의 맏딸이 먼저 입교한 이후, 그녀의 삶에서 자연스럽게 흘러나온 변화와 향기에 감동한 여덟 남매가 차례로 하늘부모님의 품으로 돌아오는 은혜로운 역사가 일어난 것입니다.
이는 치밀한 전략이나 기술적 방법이 만들어낸 결과가 아니라, 낯선 종교적 경계를 넘어 그들의 마음을 움직인 볼리비아 교회 식구들의 ‘따뜻한 가족 공동체 문화’에서 비롯된 결실이었습니다.
특히 안정된 교직의 길을 내려놓고 하늘 앞에 공직의 사명을 선택한 셋째 자매의 결단은 깊은 울림을 전해줍니다. 상대를 진심으로 귀하게 여기고 끝까지 품어내는 참사랑의 실천이야말로 여덟 송이 꽃이 연이어 피어나는 필연적 열매로 이어졌음을 보여주기 때문입니다.
이 감동적인 장면은 참어머님께서 강조하시는 ‘천일국 안착 시대’ 전도의 실체를 여실히 증거합니다. 프로그램이 아닌 ‘삶’으로, 이론이 아닌 ‘심정’으로 전해지는 전도야말로 세상을 움직이는 가장 본질적이고 강력한 힘임을, 볼리비아의 여덟 남매는 우리에게 웅변하고 있습니다.
이천 년 전 부활하신 예수께서 제자들에게 “온 천하에 다니며 만민에게 복음을 전파하라”(마가복음 16:15)고 당부하신 말씀과 같이, 오늘날 참어머님께서도 어떠한 환경 가운데서든 교육과 전도의 사명을 거듭 강조해 오셨습니다. 그러나 그 말씀의 깊은 본질은 방법이나 외형적 성과에 있는 것이 아니라, 참사랑을 삶으로 구현하는 ‘사람’ 그 자체에 있음을 새삼 깨닫게 됩니다. 결국 하늘의 참된 복음은 축복가정 한 사람 한 사람의 삶과 사랑을 통하여 가장 분명하고도 생생하게 드러나며 전해지는 것입니다.
4. 이번 주 실천: 한 사람에게 하늘의 따뜻한 마음 전하기
사랑하는 축복가정 식구 여러분,
생명이 움트기 위해서는 먼저 그 생명이 머물 수 있는 따뜻한 온기가 마련되어야 합니다. 볼리비아에서 일어난 감동의 역사 또한 아름다운 ‘가족의 환경’이 먼저 준비되어 있었기에 가능했습니다. 우리가 서 있는 자리와 주변을 정성으로 돌보고 가꾸는 일은, 잠시 멀어졌던 식구들이 다시 돌아오고 새로운 생명이 뿌리내릴 수 있는 심정적 보금자리를 이루는 거룩한 사명입니다.
이번 한 주, 우리가 함께 실천할 작은 결단을 제안드립니다.
첫째, ‘심정적 환경’을 가꾸는 일입니다. 우리 주변에서 한동안 발걸음이 뜸해진 형제자매 한 분을 깊이 떠올려 보시기 바랍니다. 그분이 언제든 돌아와 쉴 수 있도록, 우리의 마음을 먼저 따뜻한 사랑으로 채우는 기도를 정성껏 올립시다.
둘째, ‘온기’를전하는일입니다. 마음에 떠오른 그분께 SNS나 전화를 통해 진심 어린 안부를 전해 보십시오. “당신을 기억하고 기다리고 있습니다”라는 한마디는 굳게 닫힌 마음의 문을 여는 천일국의 열쇠가 될 것입니다.
셋째, ‘환대’를 준비하는 일입니다. 우리가 머무는 일터와 가정이 누구에게나 편안한 쉼이 되는 평화의 공간이 되도록, 작은 미소와 세심한 배려로 주변을 아름답게 가꾸어 나갑시다.
우리가 정성으로 준비한 이 따뜻한 환경 속에서, 하늘부모님께서 예비하신 귀한 인연들이 비로소 안착하게 될 것입니다.
사랑하는 식구 여러분,
이번 한 주도 참부모님의 사랑과 그 깊은 심정을 마음에 새기시고, 하늘과 함께하는 보람되고 힘찬 나날이 되시기를 바랍니다. 하늘부모님의 은혜와 평안이 언제나 함께하시기를 기도드립니다. 감사합니다.

世界宣教本部長 週間メッセージ 13, 天一国安着時代、伝道の新しいパラダイム, 2026年4月10日
尊敬し、愛する全世界の統一家、祝福家庭の食口の皆様、
信仰の祖国である韓国は、いつの間にか春の真っ只中（まっただなか）に入り、万物が蘇生する生命の気配に満ちあふれています。
私たちが目にするあの美しい花や青い（緑の）新芽は、単に時間が流れて咲いたものではありません。冷たい冬の大地の沈黙を破り、硬い殻を突き破る「産みの苦しみ」とも言える誕生の痛みを乗り越えて、ようやくこの世にその光を現したのです。
今、私たちの前に置かれた環境が、たとえ冬の終わりのように厳しく重いものであっても、これはより大きな勝利と栄光の春を迎えるための聖なる過程であると信じています。酷な（厳しい）試練の中でも、人類救済に向けた真の父母様の愛は留まることなく、新しい生命の芽を吹かせ、私たちの人生の中に新しく役事しておられます。今週一週間も、その崇高な愛と恩恵が皆様のご家庭と職場の上に深く臨みますことを、心よりお祈り申し上げます。
1. 先週のメッセージの要約
先週は、南米のアルゼンチン、ブラジル、ウルグアイ、パラグアイの4か国が、アダム・エバ・カイン・アベルの原型的秩序を反映した摂理的国家として、天一国創建に向けた重要な道しるべ（里程標）となっていることをお伝えしました。
これらの国々には、真の父母様の献身と歴史が込められた多様な公的基盤が蓄積されており、これは南米摂理の伝統と未来のビジョンを同時に示す貴重な資産です。したがって、こうした基盤を体系的に継承し、発展させていくことが今後の重要な課題であることを強調いたしました。
2. 青年伝道で復興するボリビア
今週は、神中南米大陸巡回報告の最後となる3回目として、青年伝道の新たな希望を見せているボリビア訪問についてお話ししたいと思います。
ボリビア家庭連合の宣教の歴史は、日本宣教師たちの献身の上に築かれてきました。2016年には、日本の国家メシアを含む指導者たちが不当な収監によって困難を経験しましたが、2018年に無罪で釈放される過程を通じて、試練の中でも信仰の正統性を守り抜いた経緯があります。
このような過程を経て、最近では天一国伝道システム、大陸本部伝道チームの派遣、そして天心苑の精誠が結びつくことで、伝道における新たな転換点が用意されました。
その結果、ボリビアは2025年基準で伝道人数において神アフリカのDRコンゴに次ぐ世界第2位、成人在籍数に対する伝道率は20%を超えるという、目覚ましい成果を成し遂げました。
誠実な国民性と宣教師たちが築いてきた伝統的な教育基盤の上で、ボリビアは1980年代の統一運動の純粋な情熱と雰囲気を大切に保ちながら、青年伝道と訓練、 献身の流れが今も活発に続いています。
特に、日本人を夫に持つヒルダ教区長を中心に、主要な公職者の多くが20〜30代で構成されており、食口全体の約60%が40歳未満の1世青年で占められていることから、将来の成長可能性が非常に大きい国として評価されています。
3. 人そのものが福音となる伝道の道
天一国理想村を目指す私たちの道のりにおいて、伝道は決して大げさなスローガンにとどまるものではありません。むしろ、私を最もよく知る家族や隣人の前で、自らのアイデンティティを人生を通して証明して見せること、すなわち「身近な人々の心を得ること」から、その出発がなされます。
これは、自分が属する共同体に対する確信と感動が前提になくては、決して可能ではない道であるからです。今回のボリビア訪問で目にした貴い光景は、伝道の本質とは何であるかを、深い体が震えるような感動とともに悟らせてくれました。
厳格な教育者の家庭の長女が先に入教した後、彼女の生活（生き方）から自然とあふれ出た変化と香りに感動した8人兄弟姉妹が、次々と天の父母様の懐へと帰ってくるという、恩恵深い役事が起きたのです。
これは緻密な戦略や技術的な方法が作り出した結果ではなく、見慣れぬ宗教的境界を越えて彼らの心を動かした、ボリビア教会の食口たちの「温かい家族共同体文化」に端を発した結実でした。特に、安定した教職の道を捨てて、天の前に公職の使命を選択した三女の決断は、深い響き（感動）を伝えてくれています。
相手を心から貴く思い、最後まで抱きかかえる真の愛の実践こそが、八輪の花が次々と咲き誇る必然的な実りへとつながったことを示しているからです。この感動的な場面は、真のお母様が強調される「天一国安着時代」における伝道の実体を如実に証ししています。
プログラムではなく「生活（生き方）」で、理論ではなく「心情」で伝えられる伝道こそが、世の中を動かす最も本質的で強力な力であることを、ボリビアの八人兄弟姉妹は私たちに雄弁に語りかけています。
二千年前、復活されたイエス様が弟子たちに「全世界に出て行って、すべての造られたものに福音を宣べ伝えよ。」（マルコによる福音書16章15節）と命じられたみ言のように、今日、真のお母様もどのような環境の中にあっても教育と伝道の使命を繰り返し強調してこられました。
しかし、そのみ言の深い本質は、方法や外形的な成果にあるのではなく、真の愛を生活（生き方）を通して体現する「人」自体にあるということを、改めて悟らされます。結局、天の真実なる福音は、祝福家庭の一人ひとりの生活（生き方）と愛を通して、最も明白かつ生き生きと現され、伝えられるものなのです。
4. 今週の実践：一人に天の温かい心を伝える
愛する祝福家庭の食口の皆様、
生命が芽吹くためには、まずその命がとどまることのできる温かなぬくもりが用意されなければなりません。ボリビアで起きた感動の歴史もまた、美しい「家族の環境」がまず準備されていたからこそ可能だったのです。
私たちが立っている場所と周辺を精誠（誠意）を尽くして面倒を見て整えることは、しばらく遠ざかっていた食口たちが再び戻り、新しい生命が根を下ろすことのできる心情的な安らぎの場を築くという、聖なる使命です。
今週一週間、私たちが共に実践すべき小さな決断を提案いたします。
第一に、「心情的環境」を整えることです。
私たちの周辺で、しばらく足遠くなっている兄弟姉妹の一人を深く思い浮かべてみてください。その方がいつでも戻ってきて休めるよう、私たちの心をまず温かな愛で満たす祈りを、精誠を込めて捧げましょう。
第二に、「ぬくもり」を伝えることです。
心に浮かんだその方に、SNSや電話を通じて、心からの安否を尋ねて（近況を伺って）みてください。「あなたのことをいつも思い出しながら、待っていますね。」という一言は、固く閉ざされた心の門を開く天一国の鍵となる事でしょう。
第三に、「おもてなし」を準備することです。
私たちがとどまる職場や家庭が、誰にとっても安らかな休息となる平和の空間となるよう、小さな微笑みと細やかな配慮で、周辺を美しく整えていきましょう。私たちが精誠を込めて準備したこの温かな環境の中で、天の父母様が準備された貴い縁（運命のつながり）が、いよいよ安着することになるでしょう。
愛する食口の皆様、
今週一週間も、真の父母様の愛とその深い心情を心に刻まれて、天と共に歩む、やりがいある力強い日々をお過ごしになることをお祈りいたします。
天の父母様の恩恵と平安が、常に共にありますようお祈りいたします。
