With the determination to align the Philippines’ visions and goals to the deepest desire of our True Mother for Vision 2025, through our HJ Action 4040 until May 2024, the FFWPU Philippines held the 2024 Strategic Meeting at the FFWPU Philippine HQ last January 12-13,2024 and online. A total of 45 leaders and staff joined the 2-day gathering.
The 2-Day meeting focused on the Philippines’ Initial Goals and Vision for 2024 to support our Beloved True Mother’s Vision 2025, especially for the grand entrance ceremony of CWG and Cheon Il Sanctum. Leaders discussed how the Philippines can substantially contribute to Church Growth by realizing 5 Big Major Churches with at least a minimum of 200 Regular members, from this time until April. (1) Metro Manila Church, (2) Antipolo Church, (3) Cauayan Church, (4) Legazpi Church, and (5) Cebu Church. And then after April, from May to September, to expand it to 12 Churches and eventually make all 17 Major Churches Big Church with a minimum of 200 Regular members by the end of this year 2024.
The 5 Major National Departments established, namely: Church Growth Department, Youth Department, Blessed Family Department, Data Management Department, and General Affairs Department, provided valuable insights and strategies on how churches can achieve better results by studying each area’s situation. This meeting was graced with the presence of Dr. Julius Malicdem, Subregional Director of FFWPU Southeast Asia, Rev. Ronnie Sodusta, President of IAYSP Asia Pacific, Rev. Leo Angelo Halog, President of FFWPU Philippines, National Department Leaders, Area Leaders, and local church leaders.

Below are some points discussed during the meeting:
- All Providential Organizations and Departments will work together with FFWPU Philippines to be able to fulfill the goal
- The 5 Major Departments will be focusing in supporting the 5 Major Churches/Areas
- Setting up a working structure in 5 Areas with assigned people
- Pastoring and raising Registered and Associate members to become Regular members
- Regular weekend seminar with the active involvement of All Blessed Families in witnessing
- Raise Young Leaders and Pastors
- Appointment of CSW Envoy/ CSW Special Itinerant Worker to 5 Areas to help the Area leaders educate and encourage Blessed Families to participate in CSW Devotion
Based on this initial discussion, leaders will proceed to craft a more detailed action plan per Church, especially the 5 Major churches/Areas and have regular meetings and monitoring to be able to see progress in fulfilling our goals and vision in line with our HJ Action 4040 and Vision 2025.
