Beloved Heavenly Parents and True Parents
I sincerely thank you for allowing me the precious two days at this HJ Cheonwon Complex, the original Garden of Eden, to learn once again about the value of True Parents.
Our youth pastors had the opportunity to become closer to True Parents in heart, learning about the theology of the True Parents and the Only Begotten Daughter, and participating in the 900th Cheon Shim Won vigil prayer.
While listening to these presentations, I remembered my original resolve. As I was about to graduate from high school, soon after True Father’s Ascension, the most painful thing was that I had so few personal memories of True Father. In the past, I felt guilty for having more than others, but then came faith and public service through which I started to send my strength to True Mother who had been left alone.
I always remember True Mother, who has been with the members of the younger generation every step of the way since 2013, as the mother of all humanity and the mother of the 2nd and 3rd generations of our blessed families. Through True Mother’s words, I met our Heavenly Parent, and through True Mother, I learned what it means to love True Father and what I must do to fulfill that dream myself.
Therefore, the younger generation members are the ones who are closer in heart to True Mother, who have received her love and who therefore have more profound memories of her. Unfortunately, this young generation is more used to meeting True Father through video.
Even so, I love True Father and True Mother so much. To me, they are both precious beings whom I never want to forget. This led me to realize the importance of this educational session.
The world is askew, with conflicted, antagonistic separation between men and women, conservatives and liberals, the older and younger generations. Yet through the Principle, we know this perspective is wrong, because we know the law of giving and receiving and that God is our Parent.
Through the research, Mother brought us to understand the long-hidden Heavenly Mother, learn about the only begotten Daughter who came in order that True Parents could emerge, and about the mission of our True Father the Messiah at the Second Coming who came to this earth as the substantial True Parent and worked hard though great suffering, leaving a tremendous foundation behind for us. She made us aware of how our Heavenly Parent exists [Father, Mother], and allowed us to see the world from the perspective of the original creation.
We say sorry to you, True Mother, for not fully understanding you over the past 60 years and even causing you pain, and we are so grateful that you patiently believe in us and never give up on us. I will never forget the grace you bestowed, embracing your children who were not taking responsibility and giving us another chance to fulfill our mission.
I am very excited and looking forward to what True Parents will say in the future. In this golden age when True Parents are on earth, we can go beyond mere expressions of feelings and actually experience the dream that the Heavenly Parent and True Parents desire to see, actualize it, and show it to the people so that they can be aware of it. Then we can feel pride and rejoice together, become pure grains, and spread hope to the world.
