On July 15-16, 2023, The Family Federation for World Peace and Unification-Philippines in collaboration with HJ Cheonbo Philippines convened a 2-Day HJ CheonBo Special Philippines Event in Cauayan City, Isabela for the very first time. This spiritual gathering bearing the theme “Purify and Heal: Mind, Body and Soul,” was remarkable to note as it brought resounding success and positive impact to 329 individuals- 203 onsite and 126 online participants, composed of Blessed Families and members. It served as a powerful testament to the strength of the community’s spirit coming together in times of adversity.
Prior to the event, an 8-Day Morning Devotion was initiated by Rev. Edgar Tanate, Lecturer, HJ CheonBo-Asia Pacific Branch, focusing on the importance of CheonBo Works and the power of Cheon Shim Won to all members in Isabela and online. This served as an internal condition for the success of the HJ CheonBo Asia Pacific Special Philippines Event.
The first day of the event focused on the CheonBo Family Education Program. Attendees received a profound explanation on the importance of clapping and tapping during the orientation of the Chanyang Yeoksa Session followed by a video presentation entitled “The Grace of Cheon Shim Won 700th Vigil.” Afterward, Rev. Duntexter Truya, Regional Director of FFWPU Region 2, and Hon. Jong Gapasin, City Councilor of Cauayan City, representing Hon. Caesar S. Dy Jr., City Mayor of Cauayan City, Isabela, warmly welcomed all participants to their region. Members had the opportunity to listen to the messages given by Dr. Kim In Cheon, President, HJ CheonBo Asia Pacific Branch & Secretary General of HJ CheonBo Korea, and from Rev. Leo Angelo T. Halog, President of FFWPU-Philippines.
Dr. Kim expressed his gratitude to all members for making the HJ CheonBo Event possible in Isabela. He emphasized that if everyone will unite with our True Parents, miracles will surely happen. He stressed that we need to rid ourselves of selfish thoughts and be completely reborn beginning this HJ CheonBo Event and through Cheon Shim Won devotion.
The afternoon session of the first day consisted of a Chanyang Yeoksa session and three (3) HJ Cheon Bo Special Lectures: 1) Special Lecture on Cheon Shim Won by Rev. Edgar Tanate, the Special Lecturer of HJ Cheonbo Asia Pacific; 2) The Importance of CheonBo Works for the Fulfillment of Heaven’s Will and 3) CheonShimWon Night Prayer Devotion by Rev. Leo Angelo T. Halog, President, FFWPU-Philippines. They graced the gathering with their enlightening sermons, guidance, and wisdom that resonated deeply with the audience.
On the evening of the first day, a local Cheon Shim Won Night Prayer Vigil was conducted at the FFWPU Isabela Chapel with Leaders, Blessed Families, Brothers, and Sisters. Testimonies from members with their unique and miraculous experiences about Ancestors Liberation and Blessing and offering of wish papers were heard. Leaders also gave guidance about the value of Cheon Shim Won and the offering of devotion. It was a night filled with spiritual power and inspiration upon receiving the grace of Cheon Shim Won.
The 2023 Asia Pacific Cheonbo Special Workshop was held on the second day with participants gathered at the chapel. A video presentation entitled “I Thought That Was How Mother Was” by Rev. Lee Gi Seong was shown sharing his encounter with True Mother and her heart. Following that, Rev. In Cheon Kim presented Isabela Church with a Projector Screen Set as a lovely gift, making our blessed families extra happier. He then delivered an uplifting Opening Remarks.
Afterward, the Dedication of the HJ Offering Papers was conducted, led by Dr. Leo Angelo Halog. This was followed by a Chanyang Yeoksa session, in conjunction with the Ancestor Liberation Ceremony, and the Ancestor Blessing was carried out in the afternoon. A total of 48 participants applied for the Ancestor Liberation and Blessing. Selected members were given the opportunity to share their life stories about the amazing miracles brought by the HJ Cheonbo Great Works testifying the reality of the spirit world and how their absolute good ancestors guided and protected them all throughout their lives.
The 2-Day Hyojeong Cheonbo Asia Pacific Special Philippines Event concluded with a transformative and uplifting experience for all who attended. Everyone expressed their gratitude to our Beloved True Mother for bringing the Grace of CheonBo Works to the Isabela Region and offered their determination to attend the Cheon Shim Won Prayer Devotion and CheonBo Events in the future.
