True Mother Emphasized the Importance of the ChamBumo-Ron

True Parents’ Message

* On the 13th day of the 6th month in the 12th year of Cheon Il Guk (July 18, 2024), at 9:30 in the morning, a celebration for the “18th Anniversary of the Entrance into Cheon Jeong Gung and Coronation, and Welcoming Assembly for the Victorious Homecoming of Our True Mother, the Substantial Holy Spirit and Only Begotten Daughter” was held in the chapel on the second floor of Cheon Jeong Gung. Some 530 people attended the event, including Cheon Il Guk leaders, heads of providential organizations, Heavenly Korea church leaders, and city and provincial branch leaders of UPF and WFWP. The event was live-streamed online, connecting members around the world. The message that True Mother gave on this day has been transcribed and compiled by Cheon Mu Won.

What era are you living in now? You are living in the era of Cheon Il Guk, aren’t you? What kind of era is the Cheon Il Guk era? It is the time when the Creator Heavenly Parent’s dream and wishes are realized on earth with the True Parents.

However, the Family Federation’s scope at the present time has not been sufficient to achieve national restoration. I am deeply sorry, especially when attending Heavenly Parent. I recently traveled to South America. I did so because I felt so very sorry in my heart before Heaven for failing to restore Christianity during the 70-year history of the Unification Church – especially in the work as True Parents to create the environment for people to attend Heavenly Parent in substantial ways on earth. For the sake of True Parents, Heaven invested everything it could. I am deeply pained that the Unification Church could not have begun from the point of having won over Christianity.

Why must we listen to the Christian world saying we are heretics? It is a great pity, but if from the beginning we could have explained the essence of Jesus Christ, who promised to come again, the Christian sphere would not have been able to call the Unification Church heretical.

What was Jesus’ desire? Why did he say he would come again? He said he would return to conduct the Wedding Feast of the Lamb, which means to become the True Parent. The True Parents. It took God 4,000 years, working through the chosen people of Israel, to save fallen humanity. Four thousand years. So it was said that at the time when a national foundation could be formed, Mary conceived [Jesus] through the Holy Spirit, isn’t that right? Thus, God brought Jesus Christ, his only begotten Son, to be born. Mary could not fulfill her responsibility, however.

Neither could the family of Zechariah, the religious leaders, nor the people of Israel.

When we look at the principles of creation, we see that Heaven created all things throughout heaven and earth in the divine image. Finally, God created a man and a woman who could become the first ancestors of humanity, and gave them time, a period of time in which to grow. God waited for them to perfect themselves through their own effort. Our ancestors did not achieve perfect maturity but fell while on that path. Six thousand years have passed since then. The providence of Heaven must see things through to completion. Heavenly Parent is an eternal being whose beginning and end are the same.

However, the issue is that the True Parent must be born under conditions free from the Fall. Therefore, 2,000 years ago, God sent his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ’s desire on his return was to conduct the Wedding Feast of the Lamb. In that case, God must send the only begotten Daughter whom he brings to birth and who is unrelated to the Fall. She must be born on a Christian foundation. Thus, in 1943, the only begotten Daughter was born.

Then, the one who must fulfill the responsibility of the returning Messiah needs to prepare to meet the only begotten Daughter. This means preparing the Christian environment. However, this could not be accomplished. Although the only begotten Daughter was born in 1943, at the end of World War II in 1945, Korea was divided by the allied forces into North and South, communism and democracy. In this context, Heaven had to provide time for the only begotten Daughter, whom he had brought to birth after 6,000 years, to grow and mature. A six- or eight-year-old cannot undertake providential responsibilities. At least until the age when she could make decisions and commitments, Heaven had to provide protection. The background to this is that World War II ended in 1945, and the Korean War broke out in 1950.

At that time, North Korea was close to the Soviet Union. With the cooperation of the Soviet Union, its communist regime was fully established. Preparations were being made to invade the South, but at that time South Korea was not prepared to counter a North Korean invasion. It was in these circumstances that the Korean War broke out. How was it that Heaven could mobilize 16 UN member states?

Because of whom? Because of the only begotten Daughter. This nation and its people must be aware of this. They must know the truth.

The only begotten Daughter who can bring God’s providence to completion was born to this people. This means the chosen people of God have a responsibility. A responsibility! Two thousand years ago, the people of Israel could not fulfill their responsibility. As a result, they lived as a people without a nation, wandering for two thousand years. Present-day Israel does not understand why such things occurred. Being at the center of the providence inevitably comes with responsibility. The inability to fulfill that responsibility leads to indemnity.

As the only begotten Daughter and True Mother, I have to see the providence fulfilled. Here in Korea we will complete the Cheon Il Sanctum in Cheon Won Gung, where people can attend Heavenly Parent, and hold the Entrance Ceremony next year. These are my main concerns. This nation must become Heavenly Parent’s nation. What will happen if we are unable to fulfill that responsibility?

Heaven wants to give us great blessings, but you are not ready to receive them. From that viewpoint, this nation, the homeland of Heaven’s providence, must become a nation that can attend the Heavenly Parent. However, the Family Federation, which knows God’s providence and will, is too weak. Therefore, I have repeatedly asked you to restore the Christian realm. What is there to be afraid of? Christianity does not know the essence of Jesus. The essence of Jesus! Jesus’ desire was to become the True Parent who could embrace fallen humanity.

In the past we carried out the South America providence. South America is Catholic and North America is Protestant. However, the somewhat awkward political situation at that time meant that unity could not be achieved. True Parents demonstrated God’s providence through the South America providence. They taught in the United States for some forty years to unite the Americas and so that North America could fulfill its responsibility as the eldest-son nation that must move forward as the center of the global providence. True Parents taught the people of the United States with the purpose of restoring the Christian realm and embracing the world. This time, I visited Jardim, South America, to bring to fruition the work that had already been initiated and the dream that had not been realized back then.

Since Heaven is working so hard, this effort should not be in vain. You blessed families who follow True Parents must become one with me in your thoughts and actions. Is this clear to you? I sincerely pray that all blessed families and all members in Korea will be able to report accomplishments to Heavenly Parent that show they are not just proclaiming that they have achieved everything, but that they have done so in substance!

In the Cheon Il Guk era, we have the ChamBumo-Ron[1]. According to the Principle of Creation, God is the Creator, our Heavenly Parent. Heavenly Parent created all things in heaven and on earth in the divine image. From the mineral world to the plant world and the animal world, there is male and female. Finally, Heavenly Parent created a man and a woman who were to become our first ancestors.

Uniquely with human beings, God made it so that we would grow and achieve perfection through our own effort. This is the Principle of Creation. Is this clear to you?

Thus, the Creator’s desire and the desire of all people is to meet the True Parents. So in the era of Cheon Il Guk, you should study ChamBumo-Ron. Can you understand? So UPA students on overseas missions simply need to give presentations on ChamBumo-Ron. The Principle of Creation is fully included in that content. Can you understand?
