A Historic Visit and Spiritual Alignment

The official visit of Rev. Ken Doo to Tirana from May 25–27, 2026, served as a profound source of spiritual alignment and encouragement for the regional leadership. For Manjola and Gabor Vasmatics, National Presidents of FFWPU Albania, the timing of the visit held immense historical weight, coinciding exactly with True Mother’s historic visit to Albania 26 years prior.

Despite initial organizational concerns regarding member attendance on weekdays, the community gathered joyfully, with many families traveling from distant cities. Rev. Doo utilized every moment—from formal meetings to casual car rides—to convey True Mother’s parental heart, effectively transforming the leadership’s worries into a renewed determination to achieve a great breakthrough in Shin (Heavenly) Albania.

Pastoral Healing and Regional Unity Across the Balkans

The gathering also provided deep personal healing, strategic inspiration, and pastoral direction for visiting Balkan leaders:

  • Romania: Miki Predescu, National Leader of Romania, shared a deeply moving reflection on the emotional weight of True Family’s history. He noted how Rev. Doo’s testimonies illustrated True Mother’s universal love for all humanity as her own children. Prompted by practical guidance during the break sessions, Predescu resolved to channel these insights into fostering an honest, open, and heart-centered community in Romania, anchoring his focus on family and community growth.
  • Croatia: Ji Suk Bae, National Leader of Croatia, emphasized how the honest sharing of common dilemmas helped clarify a cooperative path forward for the region. He expressed great admiration for the functionality and impact of the Peace Embassy in Tirana as a model for outreach.

Conclusion

The Balkan leaders concluded the three-day visit with a unified determination to comfort True Mother’s heart. They left Tirana with a shared commitment to proactive social engagement, a renewed sense of pride in their identities as Blessed Families, and a clear strategic vision for building a substantial Cheon Il Guk across their respective nations.
