Report During Special Vigil Devotion at Cheon Shim Won on April 24, 2026

Respected and beloved leaders of Cheon Il Guk, and dear Blessed Members! How are you? I am Kenta Kishi from the Mission Department of the World Missions Headquarters. It is an honor to greet you.
To all the members gathered here at the Cheon Shim Won headquarters and those across the globe offering Cheonseong (devotion) through all-night vigils with single-minded devotion to Heavenly Parent, I offer my deepest respect and gratitude.
Last month, the World Missions Headquarters reported an amazing testimony of missionary victory through Cheon Shim Won devotion on the front lines. Following that outpouring of grace, I would like to share another vivid report of victory achieved through Cheon Shim Won devotion in the mission field.
A Decision of Faith in Bolivia
Today, I would like to introduce the testimony of brother Papa Moussa Ndoye from Bolivia, in the Heavenly Central and South America continent —where youth witnessing is currently most active. He achieved a spiritual victory by offering his most precious gift to Heaven.
Brother Moussa is a precious son who was witnessed to in Senegal in 2021 and received the Blessing in 2022. He is currently living in Bolivia with his wife.
In 2025, Brother Moussa was in Brazil to participate in the HJ Academy, a leadership training program for public officials in Heavenly Central and South America. At that time, his wife was seven months pregnant with a precious new life. However, in the middle of his training, he received urgent news that his wife was in critical condition.
Due to severe hemorrhaging, the lives of both the mother and the child were in grave danger. The local medical staff in Bolivia delivered a harsh prognosis to Brother Moussa:
“The child’s chance of survival is less than 5%. Please prepare yourself for the worst.”
Choosing Heaven Over Human Emotion
His leaders advised him to return to Bolivia immediately. However, in that desperate moment, Brother Moussa did not make a humanistic choice. Instead of rushing to the hospital, he ran to the Cheon Shim Won, where Heavenly Parent dwells.
He wept and cried out, prostrating himself on the floor of the Cheon Shim Won: “Heavenly Parent! True Parents! Please, I beg you, save my child!” In the midst of his tearful prayers, he heard the voice of Heaven:
“Will you give up on Heaven’s children for the sake of your own child?”
It was a moment where he had to decide if he could love Heaven’s children—his witnessing prospects—more than his own flesh and blood. With tears of blood, he responded:
“Heavenly Parent! I will not give up on the mission You have given me. I entrust my child to You!”
That very night, while Brother Moussa was laying everything down and immersing himself in Cheonseong at the Cheon Shim Won, an emergency surgery was being prepared at the hospital in Bolivia. However, just moments before the operation, something unexpected happened: the power went out throughout the entire hospital. While the doctors were panicking and at a loss for what to do, Brother Moussa continued to pray fervently at the Cheon Shim Won. At that moment, the Spiritual World began to move.
In the midst of that darkness where surgery was impossible, the child—who had been given less than a 5% chance of survival—was miraculously born through natural childbirth! The baby was so perfectly healthy that even an incubator was not required. When Brother Moussa went beyond his own limits and offered a life-and-death prayer at the Cheon Shim Won, Heaven responded to that devotion.
A Miracle Leading to a Witnessing Victory
Brother Moussa did not keep this miracle as a personal blessing alone. He became certain: “If Cheon Shim Won devotion could save my child, it can surely save dying souls as well.” He immediately embarked on a 120-day witnessing course. For the sake of witnessing, he offered a daily condition of 400 bows and Ho-myeong (calling out names) prayer more than 10,000 times a day at the Cheon Shim Won.
He moved forward with the absolute conviction that the spirit world must work if one offers sincere devotion. As a result, unbelievable witnessing results followed. During those 120 days, Brother Moussa personally witnessed to 12 people, and the team he led achieved a great victory by witnessing to a total of 52 young people!
He confessed:
“The miracle was not simply in the numbers. The greatest miracle for me was the love of Heavenly Parent, who trusted in a lacking person like me until the end and responded to my devotion.”

Transforming Destiny through Absolute Devotion
Even after the witnessing victory, Brother Moussa’s devotion did not stop. He resolved to offer a 21-day fast as a living offering, once again placing himself on the altar. He said he did this because he wanted to understand the Shim-jeong (heart) of Heavenly Parent more deeply. At the end of the extreme physical pain of those 21 days, he gained the following realization:
“The Cheon Shim Won is not merely a place to pray. It is a place where Heaven takes responsibility, a place where destiny is transformed, and a place where the impossible is made possible.”
Conclusion
Beloved Blessed Members! The spirit world never yields to vague hopes or expectations. Only when we show a life-and-death determination to offer our most precious things as a sacrifice—just as Brother Moussa did—will the spirit world move and Heaven prepare a miracle.
When our earnest appeals, offered daily for True Mother’s victorious return, become life-and-death cries that move Heaven, the spirit world will resonate. Then, the works of Heavenly Parent will manifest on this earth, and I am confident that we will surely overcome any providential obstacle!
I will conclude my report by praying that the infinite grace of Heaven be with all the members who have participated in the Cheon Shim Won all-night vigil to build this tower of devotion.
