The Advanced Blessing Workshop Level 2 (25+) was successfully held on 27–28 June 2026 at the Peace Embassy, Malaysia Headquarters, bringing together 45 participants, including Blessing and Matching candidates, leaders, matching supporters, and parents.
the theme was Healing the Past, Embracing Hope, and Preparing for a New Beginning with Heavenly Parent.
Objective:
- To provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to find healing from past experiences.
- To help participants deepen their relationship with Heavenly Parent and True Parents through reflection and education.
- To strengthen emotional, spiritual, and practical preparation for the Holy Blessing.
- To encourage participants to move forward with renewed hope, trust, and confidence without feeling pressured toward the Blessing.
Unlike a conventional Blessing preparation workshop, this program was specially designed for participants who had experienced disappointment, broken Blessing and matching, prolonged singleness, or uncertainty in their personal journey. Recognizing that many participants carried emotional wounds and unanswered questions, the workshop focused first on healing and restoration, rather than encouraging them to pursue another matching or Blessing immediately.
The workshop opened with welcoming remarks by Rev. Cheng Hai, who invited everyone to approach the two-day program with openness and trust, allowing Heavenly Parent to guide their journey toward healing and a new beginning.
The educational sessions were led by Mrs. Yeoh Koay Phing, who presented:
- Healing the Past, Embracing Hope
- Singleness for Life: Is This God’s Plan?
- Where Trust Begins: The Power of Communication
Through these lectures, participants were encouraged to acknowledge their past without being defined by it, rediscover hope, rebuild trust, and strengthen healthy communication. Rather than focusing on regret, the sessions emphasized that healing is an essential part of preparing one’s heart and that Heavenly Parent continues to work through every stage of life’s journey.
Rev. Lam Cheng Hai presented “Hunting for ‘The One’: Different Paths to a Heavenly Match,” introducing practical pathways toward matching, including the Intergeneration Blessing, while emphasizing that the goal is not simply to find a spouse but to become spiritually and emotionally prepared to receive God’s Blessing when the time is right.
The workshop was further enriched through heartfelt testimonies from Sis. Chew Chai Wei and Bro. You Zhui Ming, who honestly shared their own journeys through challenges, waiting, and ultimately experiencing God’s guidance. Their testimonies gave participants renewed confidence that setbacks do not define one’s future and that Heavenly Parent’s grace continues to unfold in unexpected ways.
A highlight of the workshop was the Panel Sharing, featuring Rev. Simon Pang, Mrs. Yeoh Koay Phing, and Rev. Lam Cheng Hai. Throughout both days, participants openly shared personal concerns, emotional healing, communication, and future relationships. The panel offered compassionate guidance, practical wisdom, and reassurance, helping participants view their experiences not as failures, but as opportunities for growth and restoration.
One of the most meaningful moments was the Healing Prayer, where participants gathered in small groups to entrust their past, present, and future to Heavenly Parent. For many, it became a deeply moving opportunity to let go of lingering hurts, receive comfort, and begin embracing hope once again.
The workshop concluded with closing remarks by Rev. Simon Pang, who encouraged everyone to continue walking their journey with faith. He shared his hope that, with continued guidance and preparation, many more candidates will be ready to receive the Blessing next year.
The workshop successfully fulfilled its purpose of creating a safe and compassionate environment where participants could find healing, restore hope, and begin looking toward the future with renewed confidence. Many shared that, for the first time in a long while, they felt understood, encouraged, and reminded that their past does not determine their future. Rather than leaving with pressure to make immediate decisions, participants departed with greater peace, a deeper relationship with Heavenly Parent, and the assurance that healing is the first step toward any new beginning.

Reflection
Chong Chung Fine (2nd Generation, 28 years old): I’m grateful to be a part of this workshop as I got to learn about God’s dream and hope is within us. I greatly appreciated Aunty Koay Phing’s lecture that deeply led me to resonance with Heavenly Parent and TP hope, especially emphasizing honesty because I also feel the same that if I cannot live my life in truthfulness but in worries, fears then I’m just no different with Adam & Eve situation.
As f teaches us to live a life of high noon without shadow and it is applied to our daily life all the time. If not, I would lose my peace, trust, happiness and more. In addition, I’m grateful to know that the other religion also teaches the same contents. It is just how we are really able to go through life and realize this in our lives. Also, thanks Uncle Cheng Hai to share about the intergern blessing and this is also one of the Holy Mother Han love towards each one of us especially for those who are truly concerned about their reality such as ages, health etc.
Ultimately, this workshop was a beautiful reminder to keep faith. No matter our circumstances, Heavenly Parent will work through us if we rely on the internal strength given by Heavenly Parent and TP. I see a bright future of hope and revival for myself and all the participants. Let us create an Heavenly Parent Holy Community where we can truly embrace, encourage, and move forward together. Thank you to the wonderful staff for making this experience possible! ~
Zheng Yan (1st Generation, 31 years old): Through the very detailed guideline about the communication process from Sis Koay Phing, I was really persuaded that BFD is a great support for us in the journey of blessing. I felt genuine credibility in the sharing. At the same time, I can see Heavenly Parent is a great partner not only in our own life of faith but also the path of preparing for matching and blessing. I was inspired by the saying that true love begins when we seek the happiness and growth of another person. And I think only with Heavenly Parent/True Parents and this faith we are able to achieve this ideal together. With effective communication centered on Heavenly Parent and True Parents and love, asking the right questions with the right attitude, we can understand each other and really grow together towards the same goal. Aju! ~Lim Zheng Yan (1st Generation, 31 years old)
Sumima Lam (2nd Gen – BFD Hong Kong): I really appreciate Auntie Koay Phing’s lecture about communication. I think this could be a guideline for all candidates to learn and practice before their matching process. Very practical and important. Many cases broke not because of different characters, lifestyle or faith usually it’s because of communication skills. I believe this could help many candidates. Especially for brothers in Hong Kong, many of them are very shy and don’t know how to talk with sisters.
The Healing prayer is very powerful and emotional. We do it here in the Hong Kong centre with two sisters. We all feel the connection and love through this prayer. I am grateful for this opportunity to get closer with the sisters and listen to their concerns. When they start sharing their thoughts, I believe it’s the first step for them to get healed. I would like to keep this healing prayer as a regular activity with the girls here in Hong Kong ~

That sounds really thoughtful – it’s great to see a program addressing those deeper issues before jumping into new matches.
