Day 1: Inspiring Youth and Nurturing Character

The weekend commenced with an intensive Youth Workshop focused on personal development and civic responsibility. Young attendees dove into character education, exploring the core principles of becoming ideal individuals rooted in absolute true love. The sessions helped participants discover their original purpose and identity as the sons and daughters of Heavenly Parent, inspiring them to live for the sake of others.

Day 2 (Morning): Mother of Peace Food Service Project

Demonstrating their commitment to service, the pure-hearted youth gathered early the next morning at 3:30 AM to prepare over 200 warm breakfast boxes. They delivered these meals to patients and families at the Kantha Bopha Children’s Hospital as part of the Mother of Peace Food Service Project.

By sharing food and genuine affection with sick children, the youth extended True Mother’s maternal embrace to those most in need. Inspiring the volunteers, Dr. Tang Kimsruy noted:

“You are not just delivering food; you are delivering love and hope to these children and their parents.”

Day 2 (Afternoon): Global Parents’ Day Celebration

The weekend culminated in a vibrant Family Peace and Global Parents’ Day Celebration. During the event, distinguished guests shared profound insights on the family unit:

  • Dr. Chhort Bunthang affirmed that a strong, loving family is the essential foundation for a healthy and prosperous society.
  • Mr. Chamroeun Sophal and Mrs. Ursula McLackland delivered uplifting messages that illuminated the heavenly vision of creating one global family under God.

In his closing remarks, FFWPU Cambodia President Dr. Tang Kimsruy urged every participant to inherit True Parents’ tradition, encouraging them to embody the roles of true parents, true teachers, and true owners in their daily lives.
