In the vibrant spirit of the Khmer New Year 2026, FFWPU Cambodia gathered its blessed children—ages 6 to 15—for an inspiring two-day program titled: “Raising Heaven’s Children: Second-Generation Spiritual Growth Workshop.” Held in Phnom Penh, the weekend was a beautiful tapestry of prayer, laughter, personal growth, and grace.

Discovering Divine Identity

Dr. Tang Kimsruy, National Leader of FFWPU Cambodia, opened the workshop by speaking directly to the children’s hearts about their true identity. He shared a powerful affirmation that became the heartbeat of the program:

“I am God’s child. God loves me. I pray and do good. I love my family and friends. I grow better every day.”

Unity Through Joy and Community

The afternoon transitioned into a celebration of unity. Through an outdoor swimming session and various team-building activities, the children explored their potential both as individuals and as a cohesive team.

That evening, the atmosphere shifted to one of community as the children joined blessed families and members at the headquarters church for a special Khmer New Year dinner. It was a poignant moment of intergenerational connection, bridging the past and the future through shared celebration.

A Call to Purpose

The spiritual core of the workshop focused on sincere prayer and worship. Rev. Chamroeun Sophal, UPF Indochina Regional Director, delivered a heartfelt message titled “My Life Goal as a Blessed Child,” issuing a call to responsibility, hope, and divine purpose.

The children spent time reflecting together on the importance of family love and the value of caring for others. The program concluded with a moving sharing session, where young participants expressed their thoughts in tender, sincere voices.

A Beautiful Future

By the time families reunited over lunch on the final day, a quiet but certain transformation had taken place. These young hearts had been seen, affirmed, and reminded of their sacred value.

To our True Mother, and to our brothers and sisters around the world: the next generation in Cambodia is growing beautifully, rooted in faith and ready to lead with love.
