By YTL Asia Pacific
The Youth Leadership Training (YLT) Asia Pacific has been actively engaged in missions across the Asia Pacific region. We began our journey in the Kingdom of Wonder, Cambodia, on October 14, 2024, and continued until November 25. This time, our focus was on frontline missions, particularly fundraising efforts to support the establishment of Cheon Won Gung, dedicated to our beloved True Mother.
Everyone has shown great determination and is doing their best in fundraising efforts, applying the principle of living for the sake of others, while deeply understanding the hearts of Heavenly Parents and True Parents. The YLT Asia Pacific is not solely focused on fundraising; we also conducted food drive projects in Cambodia and collaborated with HTG missionaries and IAYSP Cambodia for witnessing activities. Despite being from different youth groups, we are unified in our commitment to our beloved Heavenly Parents and True Parents.
Reflections
Ms. Nichole Mondejar, YLT missionary from the Philippines (serving in Hong Kong):
“Despite the challenges I faced, I continue to meet people with good hearts. I realize that even those who test my patience and provoke my anger are sent by Heavenly Parent, encouraging me to develop a bigger heart and embrace them as my own family. I am incredibly grateful for this past week; it has taught me that, even amidst difficulties and pain, victory is always possible.”
Ms. Janya Autsanichai, YLT missionary from Thailand (serving in Hong Kong):
“I frequently express gratitude for the love of Heavenly Parents and True Parents in my life. I understand that as a representative of God, I must bless everyone with my love and prayers. I strive to connect with everyone I meet, checking on their well-being. Although I sometimes struggle with English, my heart overflows with unspoken words. When I see others crying, I want to reassure them that their tears are not a source of shame, but rather a release of emotions. Witnessing their experiences has deepened my connection with God and my understanding of True Mother’s heart, as well as the sadness of my True Parents. This journey is not a challenge to give up but a divine lesson in strength and growth. Thank you to the people of Hong Kong for their support.”

Mr. Joshua Shim Phil, YLT missionary from the Philippines (serving in Hong Kong):
“I pray for Heavenly Parents, True Parents, and my Absolute Ancestors in the Spirit World to grant me strength and support as I strive to regain my determination. I am also grateful to my leaders for consistently checking on me and my sisters, inquiring about our well-being, and encouraging us not to give up. Despite the numerous challenges I faced this week, I remain steadfast in my dream to assist and support Heavenly Parents and True Parents, always centering my determination on the principle to never give up.”
Our mission will persist regardless of the challenges we encounter. Thank you, our beloved Heavenly Parent and True Parents, for everything. We will continue to do our utmost and strive for more. Thank you so much, our beloved True Mother; we will invest further into this mission to make you happy and proud. This also sets the foundation for our upcoming trip to Korea to meet our beloved Wang Omma in April 2025.
