WCLC Zambia, in collaboration with UPF Zambia, hosted a one-day orientation seminar on November 16, 2024, at Ndozo Lodge in Lusaka. The event was attended by 28 Christian leaders from various denominations.

The seminar’s objective was to equip WCLC leadership executives and core members with the essential knowledge, skills, and attitudes to effectively fulfill their roles within their respective churches and communities and to prepare for the launch of WCLC in Zambia.

Bakary Camara, overseer of the Interreligious Association for Peace and Development Africa, discussed the founding of WCLC and its association with the Universal Peace Federation, emphasizing the role of Christian leaders in promoting peace.
