The HPHC Africa in the past two (2) weeks was busy and blessed to receive Shin Top Gun Missionaries sent by our beloved True Mother.
On Sunday, March 3, 2024, the Africa Regional Cheon Eui Won Co-chair, Rev. Bakary Camara graced the welcoming ceremony of the Heavenly Top Gun during a special Worship Service held at HJ Cheonbo Training Centre in Barlastone Park, Lusaka. The Ceremony was held in the presence of the Regional Vice President, Mrs. Mica Amanlaman, the Sub Regional South President, Rev. Moruti Ledwaba and one of the first Top Gun Missionaries to be sent to Zambia, Rev. Rudolf Faerber, Cheon Il Guk leaders, blessed families.
The ceremony gathered more than 250 participants on site and more than 50 connections on the Zoom platform within the sub-south region and beyond. During the worship service, different speeches were conveyed to the participants, and different dancers showcased their talent to appreciate True Mother by sending to Africa these precious youths in Africa, particularly in the Sub Region South. The Regional Vice President in her opening remarks stated the importance of this youth program, Heavenly Top Gun being initiated by True Mother herself to raise true and exemplary Cheon Il Guk patriots.
In the remarks given by Rev. Moruti Ledwaba, he emphasized the importance of Heavenly Top Gun and Cheon Il Guk Citizens Academy being currently held in the Sub Regional level programs as the best way to train our youth to become the beacon of Heaven Parent Culture and Tradition.
In his testimony delivered by Rev. Faerber, he narrated his first experience in Zambia as a missionary where culture and tradition are new situations to be adapted to. He further encouraged Shin Top Gun Youth Missionaries and youths to be the hope of True Parents.
Rev. Bakary Camara delivered an inspired sermon that encouraged youths present to take up the destiny of our movement and the World.
On the following Sunday, March 10, 2024, at the same venue, this time the Africa Regional President Rev. Jean-Pierre Kadima traveled from Kinshasa, DR Congo to witness the historical welcoming ceremony of Heavenly Top Gun at the Regional level. More than 300 participants on-site and 630 connections online on the Zoom platform joined the official welcoming of Shin Top Gun as well as the opening ceremony of the 2nd batch of the Hyojeong Rang recruits for three years of training youth leadership program.
The ceremony was held at HJ Cheonbo Training Centre in Lusaka.
The Sub Region South and Zambia is the host nation of such Regional youth training. In their remarks by the vice Regional President, Mrs. Mica through a PowerPoint presentation explained the different youth programs undertaken in Africa and around the world to Foster the future leadership of our movement. The Regional President, Rev. Kadima in his touching sermon, calls for unity, and appeals to all blessed families to support this youth training program as a way to build the future of Africa as True Mother being the direct Overseer of these youth programs with passion.
The ceremony was concluded with the HJ Rang recruits taking up the pledge to play their positive role and be obedient during the training program.
