IAYSP Cambodia in partnership with FFWPU Cambodia successfully conducted the Mother of Peace Food Project with the theme “Food is Love” The program, which was held on December 24, 2023, at Kantha Bopha Children’s Hospital, Phnom Penh, Cambodia brought together young people and university students from IAYSP Cambodia members and volunteers.
It was a wonderful morning because early at 3:30 am our IAYSP Cambodia members and volunteers willingly and excitedly prepared and cooked the food for the Mother of Peace Food Project activity. This month is Christmas month and month of love and a month of giving, that’s why we want to put into action this food project activity.
IAYSP Cambodia does this project annually with the connection to the Christmas celebration. Through this activity we give love and we make other people happy through our simple act of giving and love, especially to those children in the hospital. Over 100 food packs were distributed to the Children and people in the Kantha Bopha Children’s Hospital.
We finished the Mother of Peace Food Project activity happily and are determined to do more in the future, especially next year 2024. We are very inspired because we will conclude the year with a happy and inspired heart to do more and contribute more to the betterment of our society through our simple actions and volunteer activities. We know that our beloved True Mother is really happy seeing this kind of activity because she is our model for why we are doing this activity. After all, True Mother is our beloved Mother and Mother of the world.
Also, the IAYSP Cambodia and its volunteers are excited about the next activity, especially for the young people. We want to say thank you to all the donors and sponsors who gave their support internally and financially to become successful in this Mother of Peace Food Project.
