The HJ Heaven and Earth Cheon Bo Training Center Heavenly Asia Pacific Branch in partnership with Family Federation for World Peace and Unification – Philippines organized a 2-Day HJ Cheon Bo Special Philippines Event last October 14-15, 2023, at Asia Pacific Peace Education Center (APPEC), Montesunting, Carmen, Bohol. This event has garnered a total of 501 participants (264 – onsite participants and 237 – online participants).
On the first day, the program commenced with an orientation on Chanyang Yeoksa sessions. The participants were given a profound explanation on the importance of tapping and clapping. After that, Mr. Cesar Juanillo, Regional Director, FFWPU – Region 7 and Atty. Eliezer Cagol Jr., the representative of the mayor of Carmen gave their opening remarks. Atty. Cagol expressed his gratitude to the organization for hosting the program in Carmen. He also said that this spiritual event is essential to today’s world situation. He mentioned the current war in Ukraine and Russia as well as Israel and Palestine and that he hoped that this event would awaken everyone to live peacefully. He said that this activity hopefully puts more meaning into our lives. To love each other and to live a life of spiritual awakening, development, and rebirth.
Dr. In Cheon Kim, President of HJ CheonBo Asia Pacific Branch and Secretary General of HJ CheonBo Korea gave his message. He emphasized the value of the CheonBo Great Works. To conclude the morning session, Rev. Leo Angelo Halog, President of FFWPU Philippines gave his closing message. He encouraged everyone to work hard during the Chanyang Sessions. By clapping and tapping our bodies strongly, the evil spirits will be removed.
The afternoon session started with another Chanyang Yeoksa Session. Followed by a special lecture from Dr. In Cheon Kimon on how human beings should live their life and the significance of reflecting on our own actions. After that, Rev. Cesar Juanillo and Mrs. Rina Fernandez shared their testimonies.
The next part of the program is the Bohol Cultural Show. This segment of the program was the first time in a Cheon Bo Event. Bohol members showed the beauty of Bohol through songs and dances. A special song presentation from Mrs. Ye Eun Min from South Korea was also enjoyed by everyone. The segment closed with a closing remark from Rev. Leo Angelo Halog. He highlighted in his message the heart of Hyo Jeong (Filial Love) and that our sincerity and talents should be used in the heart of Hyo Jeong.
During the 2nd day, Dr. In Cheon Kim gave his opening lecture on witnessing, gratitude and having goals and determination. Next, Rev. Leo Angelo Halog gave his special message. He said that the Cheon Bo event is not just an event but it is a blessing from our True Parents. Our physical bodies should be cleansed and be used for God’s providence. Afterwards, the Dedication of HJ Offering Papers was conducted followed by Chanyang Yeoksa Session, together with the Ancestor Liberation Ceremony and the ancestors’ blessing.
This event was a very historical event in Bohol since this is the first time it was held in the province. The attendees felt the love from our Heavenly Parent and True Parents during the activity. Being able to remove evil spirits in the body, to gain education about Cheon Bo Great works, and to liberate and bless our ancestors is such an amazing grace given to the province of Bohol.
