We have agonized a three-day Divine Principle from July 28 to 30, at the headquarters of the Nicaraguan Family Federation, for the 2nd generation and some first-generation adolescents. We had 18 participants.
Our education program this time included lectures on Divine Principle, pure love, tradition, and life of faith which was given by High Noon. We also have the time to discuss the Vision of True Mother for Youth. There were dynamics, games, cultural activities, a walk, a bonfire where those present shared stories about their lives, and a plastic arts workshop, where they were asked to express their feelings and reflections through a drawing.
During this education program, participants studied the importance of praying and heartestic connecting with Heavenly Parents and True Parents in the Cheonshim Won prayer hall. Even though they had a full schedule every day, the day always closed with sincere devotion and prayer for 40 minutes. Guided by older participants. We all prayed for the health and protection of True Mother, for the young community and members in general, and for the nation, that Nicaragua becomes a nation where Heavenly Parents can live calmly and in peace with their children.
Fernando Andres Barrantes, second gen, who is President of YSP Costa Rica and Vice President of FFWPU Costa Rica, was with us as a special lecturer and gave several talks, especially about the True Mother’s Vision for the Youth, helping our young people understand who they are and what they should be focusing on in their lives.
Throughout the workshop, all the participants enjoyed a joyful atmosphere of love and expressed their hearts of gratitude, pledging to be like pure water as True Mother wishes. They are all looking for the next workshop soon.
