YSP Dominican Republic
The IAYSP and CARP of the Dominican Republic held a 2-day Divine Principle, on November 5 -6, 2022, with the participation of 60 young people, including the Second Generations.
This seminar was special with members of CARP and IAYSP. All the lectures on the Divine Principle were given in a practical way so that the youth could understand how to bring the principle into their daily life. The lectures were given by the national leader, Mr. Bernardo Cruz, the president of the IAYSP in the Dominican Republic, Mr. Carlos Hernandez, and the secretary general of the UPF, Mr. Cesar Regalado.
During this seminar there were two groups, one for members with a total of 23 participants and another for new guests with 37 participants.
Those who were already members expressed in their impression that they felt that they renewed their faith and learned how to apply the divine principle in their daily life. Through the conferences they felt the heart of God and True Parents.
The new guests were impacted by the content of the Divine Principle and were interested in becoming members of CARP and continue to learn more deeply the Divine Principle.
There were inter-team games, sports and quality time spent among brothers and sisters. During the conferences there were question and answer sections, group meetings, conference discussions, sacred songs and a prayer. The young people who participated in the seminar were very enthusiastic about the content, which made the question and answer session very interesting. In addition, there was a very satisfying atmosphere and they felt very grateful to be able to participate.
