Hyo Jeong Special Family Worship Service was held in our Peace Embassy in Kathmandu on January 13, 2024, with the theme “Inheriting the True Mother’s Love with the Heart of HyoJeong”. 180 people including FFWPU’s leaders, CheongBo families, Blessed families, second generations, Peace Ambassadors, VIPs, and members participated in the HJ Special Family Workshop. This Family worship service is the first and starting event of the year 2024 in Nepal, and it was opened to everyone to all people from different religions faiths and cultural backgrounds.
FFWPU Nepal National Leader, Rev. Prakash Babu Thapa was the keynote speaker and he spoke about our faith in Heavenly Parent and True Parents. He also presented an overall report about our activities in 2023 and the Strategic vision in 2024.
Hon. Ek Nath Dhakal, Chairman UPF Asia Pacific gave a special message about human spiritual values and social duties towards the nation. Similarly, Dr. K.B Rokaya (President of the National Council of Christian churches of Nepal) gave a message of Peace. Dr. K.B Rokaya is also president of the Nepal Intellectual Forum and Former Commissioner of the National Human Rights Commission of Nepal. He clarified that True Parents were sent by God and they contributed for the sake of humankind. He emphasized human ideas cannot solve the world’s problems, only God’s ideal can solve all problems. Rev. Santosh Kumar Paudel (Area Director of FFWPU South Asia) ended the formal worship service with his vote of thanks.
There were entertainment programs of song and dance by second generations and a lunch party at the end of the Family Worship service. Blessed Parents and Blessed children, couples, leaders, and members enjoyed the service, and it was open to all types of background people to attend the worship service which was a wider concept. The message of the worship was to Inherit True Mother’s Love and that we are one family under Heavenly Parent, and we are the community believing our God is Heavenly Parent.
HJ Special Family Worship Service opened the year 2024 with a fighting spirit and determination to fulfill Vision 2025 and 2027 by being aligned with True Mother. This Family Worship Service will be continued in the coming days and will support to expansion of the Heavenly Parent Holy Community in Nepal.
