On September 28, 2024, in Nairobi, Kenya, some elder sisters of the Family Federation for World Peace and Unification Kenya held a one-day program for the Kenyan Second Generation. The purpose was to embrace them and create an environment where the children could open their hearts to receive the heart of love from our True Mother, as they prepare for the forthcoming blessing in 2025. It was an ideal occasion to get to know the children well and listen to them, providing thoughtful guidance.
The event was graced by the FFWPU National President, Rev. Emmanuel Tanui, who encouraged the youth to embrace and act upon the words of our True Mother. Additionally, the Special Youth Envoy of East and South Africa, Phillip Karamagi, inspired them by conveying our True Mother’s heart and love for them.
The mothers organizing the event, led by Mrs. Albina Tanui, also provided guidance to the youth. All the speeches were focused on embracing them and reminding them of our True Mother’s concern and desire for them to prepare for the blessing next year in Korea.
They shared the Hoon Dok Hae from our True Mother’s Anthology about the importance of words.
A positive environment was created as the Second Generation asked questions, which were answered thoroughly. They also reflected positively and felt the mothers’ concern for them, especially given True Mother’s focus on raising young people in all nations.
The participants deeply appreciated the program and requested it be held monthly so that more Second Generation individuals, who could not attend this session, might benefit in the future.
