Heavenly Asia Pacific: Hyeojeong CheonBo Special Event

The Family Federation for World Peace and Unification Philippines hosted the 6th Heavenly Asia Pacific Hyojeong CheonBo Special Philippines Event on November 25-26, 2023, at the Marand Beach Resort in Bauang, La Union, as well as online. The event gathered a total of 311 participants both onsite and online.

This two-day event highlighted the CheonBo Family Education, Ancestors Liberation and Ancestors Blessing Ceremony, the Turn-Over and Appointment Ceremony for the New Regional Leader of Region 1, a Cultural showcasing of many talents displayed by our precious second-generation and tong-il-moo-do, as well as the Cheon Shim Won Night Prayer Vigil and listen to inspiring testimonies from the selected individuals.

This special event was graced by the presence of Dr. Kim In Cheon, President of HJ CheonBo Asia Pacific Branch & Secretary General of HJ CheonBo Korea; Rev. Edgar Tanate, Lecturer, HJ CheonBo-Asia Pacific Branch; Rev. Leo Angelo T. Halog, President of FFWPU Philippines; Rev. Rene Lansangan, Area Director – FFWPU Northern Luzon; Rev. Froilan Matbagan Jr., Former Region 1 Leader now the Area Director – FFWPU Southern Luzon; Blessie Belle T. Ramos, Newly appointed Regional Leader; Hon. Eulogio Clarence Martin P. De Guzman III, Mayor of Bauang La Union; and, Hon. Felix Sanchez, Councilor of Bauang La Union.

The program began on the first day with the Chanyang Yeoksa Session. Members in attendance were able to chase away evil spirits from their bodies by clapping and tapping, as well as receiving specific guidance from leaders. Rev. Rene Lansangan and Hon. Eulogio Clarence De Guzman delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the need of unwavering faith in God and love towards one another, which is what we require in the midst of the world’s instability. Following that, Dr. Kim In Cheon gave his opening remarks, expressing his profound gratitude to all members in La Union for making the HJ CheonBo Event possible and emphasizing the significance of this golden era centering on our beloved True Parents. Finally, Rev. Leo Angelo T. Halog gave his closing message to conclude the first half of the opening program.

In the afternoon, the second part of the Chanyang Yeoksa Session began, setting the atmosphere for the afternoon event. Rev. Edgar Tanate spoke about the significance of this Hyeojeong CheonBo Special Event, which was followed by HJ Testimonies from the region’s selected local members. The event concluded with a very powerful 2-hour cultural event full of various performances offered by our second generations and TIMD-Bauang, which ended with a vibrant mode and a fulfilling spirit for the first day. On the evening of the first day, members gathered at the La Union Center for the CheonShimWon Night Vigil Prayer.

Singing holy songs and watching a video about the Grace of 800th CSW Vigil launched the Day 2 program. The event continued with prayers and messages. In his sermon on “Grace and Sincere Devotion of Cheon Shim Won,” Rev. Kim In Cheon pushed everyone present to have the deepest desire and resolve to bring more blessings to True Mother. After witnessing a special performance by a second generation from Laoag City, the Dedication of HJ Offering Prayers was preceded followed by the Ancestor Liberation Ceremony.

Some members offered songs for Heavenly Parent, True Parents, and guests during lunch. A Pangasinan member, Mr. Jesus Juliano, delivered his composed and written song for True Parents, which truly inspired everyone. The Ancestors Blessing Ceremony served as the concluding part of the 2-Day event.

Blessed families and members had the opportunity to experience Heavenly Parent’s and  True Parents’ love and grace. They were more determined than ever to show genuine devotion, support, and reassurance to our beloved True Mother at Cheon Shim Won.

MUHAMMAD WASEEM – 2022 HJ Cosmic Blessing –  Pakistan

I feel through the Chanyang Yeoksa Session, Heavenly Parent and True Parents are guiding us. Reading and listening to the lecture of this program about God is the same in Islam. We must love each other and stay away from vices. We can do the right thing. We must pray in the Islamic way and True Parents way. I want to share this with my family, friends. I never miss conditions, donation and attend True Parents in order to do witnessing. In doing this, I believe our Heavenly Parent and True Parents will be proud of us. If  they are happy,  I am so happy too. Thank you. Aju. Amen. Subhan Allah.

BILL DACANAY – 2023 HJ Cosmic Blessing – La Union, Philippines

Since I was in my college years, I actually witnessed my parents doing their ancestors’ liberation. At first, I didn’t know the significance of doing it but I feel in my heart that this is something that we will treasure and will become proud of in the future. Despite our financial limitations, it is hard for my parents to liberate and bless all of our ancestors. I can see the dedication of my parents about their eagerness to this matter. There is a time when we talk with my father on how to liberate and bless all our ancestors. After talking with my father, I realized that we will also take responsibility for our ancestor’s liberation. Also, that time, I pledged that we will help our parents to fulfill this goal.

During the HJ Cheonbo Event in Philippine Headquarters last May 27-28,2023,  I did for the first time and took in-charge of the ancestors’ liberation representing my parents. I used the excess money during our Blessing Ceremony with my hardworking devoted Thai spouse last May 7,2023. That time, I am very happy to liberate our ancestors with my desire and eagerness. I cannot explain the feeling I experienced through this ancestor’s liberation. I did not regret doing my ancestors liberation because this is the desire of my parents and I will continuously support no matter what. 

Likewise, I experienced offering a wish paper in the Cheonshim Won having this spiritual closeness to our Heavenly Parent and True Parents. Truly when you wish it will become fulfilled if you make strong determination and offer conditions and devotions. One of my wishes is that we may have a bountiful harvest in our eggplant to have our financial support which is our main source of income and to use it in advancing the providence and also to use it in our ancestor’s liberation and blessing. Through this I could really see hope and faith that truly Heavenly Parent and True Parents are with us and when we are one with our True Mother, great miracles will happen. Aju!
