The Chambumo-ron seminar for clergy was held on October 23-25, 2024, at the CPMI in Accra, Ghana, with the participation of 11 clergymen and women. The event focused on the theme “The Last Days and the Mission of Christianity.”

Participants engaged in meaningful discussions on topics such as the Principle of Creation, the Essence of God, the Essence of True Parents, and the Essence of Jesus. Noteworthy insights emerged, with ministers expressing astonishment at revelations regarding Jesus’ marital status and the concept of God’s begotten daughter as central to salvation.

These new understandings had a profound impact on the participants throughout the seminar, highlighting the importance of continued exploration and dialogue within the clergy community.

Following the seminar, Bishop Annoh, representing the Association of Ghana Instituted Churches, proposed the establishment of the Ghana Clergy Leadership Conference. He stated that this initiative would address current challenges within Christianity, particularly in Africa, where True Mother has made significant efforts to bring blessings.

One participant, who arrived two days early and received preliminary lectures at his hotel, praised the Chambumo-ron as a potential solution to the prevalent confusion within the clergy, where disputes have become common.

The seminar, initially scheduled for seven days, was completed in three days due to the participants’ engagement and readiness to tackle complex theological discussions. Looking ahead, there is a collective aspiration to conduct regular three-day workshops to further explore critical issues and advance national goals, especially in preparation for upcoming events like the blessing ceremony.

By fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration among pastors, we can enhance unity, understanding, and purpose in fulfilling our objectives.
