We organized a two-day workshop for young people themed “Deepening Our Understanding of True Parents’ Theology” from September 21 to 22, 2024, at the Armonía y Paz farm in Monseñor Noel, Piedra Blanca, Dominican Republic.
There were 23 participants, and together with 12 staff members, a total of 35 people gathered to study the values and status of True Parents within Heaven’s Providence.
The Collegiate Association for the Research of Principles (CARP) in the Dominican Republic hosted this workshop. The program commenced with introductory remarks by CARP’s leader, Ms. Shaniella Petra de Hernandez, followed by motivational and inspirational words from Rev. Leonidas Belliard, the sub-regional President of Heavenly Central America.
Following this, Mr. Bernardo Cruz, the national president of the Holy Community in the Dominican Republic, presented the ideal of creation, emphasizing the values and the status of True Parents. He also delivered a lecture on the destruction of the ideal of creation, which led to the emergence of false parents, and gave the third lecture on the mission, vision, and status of True Parents.
Mr. Cesar Regalado, Secretary General of UPF Dominican Republic and the head of education for FFWPU in the Dominican Republic, spoke about God’s providential work in seeking the True Parents.
The studies were concluded with the final lecture, “The Advent and Life of True Parents.” Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in reflection and devotion at the holy ground, visibly inspired by the experience in every moment of the Workshop.
