Spiritual Revival Event
With the participation of 50 members from the Dominican Republic, the spiritual revival event by the grace of CheonShim Won was held on Friday, April 5, 2024. The event was led and conducted by the President of the Cheonbo Branch of Latin America, presided over by Rev Seong Nam King. The event began with the ambiance set by CheonShim Won songs, followed by a prayer offered by César Regalado, the Secretary-General of UPF in the Dominican Republic. The master of ceremonies was the official lecturer of the Cheonbo Branch of Latin America, Mr. David Pereira. Words of welcome were given by the President of FFWPU Dominican Republic, Rev Bernardo Cruz Peralta.
The main lecture was given by Rev Seong Nam King, who inspired the members with the content of his speech. All attendees and leaders understood the importance of devotion and were instructed on how to resonate to attract the presence of God and the True Parents. At the end, Rev Seon Nan King presented us with the purple clothing of CheonShim Won. The event concluded with a vigil involving all the participants.
Hyojeong Cheonbo Special Workshop
“With the participation of 130 members, the spiritual liberation and blessing workshop took place in the Dominican Republic on April 7, 2024. The workshop began with the opening prayer led by the leaders of the holy community of the Dominican Republic and the Chanyan team, the second-generation youth, the President of the Cheonbo Branch of Latin America, Rev. Seo Nam King, and the branch staff at CheonShim Won.
Next, the opening ceremony took place with the ambiance set by holy songs and CheonShim Won songs. Rev. Pascuales Lai led the ceremony. Following this, the welcoming remarks were given by the national president, Rev. Bernardo Cruz Peralta, who thanked the True Parents for the grace of the blessing and spiritual liberation. He urged the blessed members and families to give their best to receive the grace of the great works. Then, the main speech was delivered by the President of the Cheonbo Branch, Rev. Seo Nam King, who shared the spiritual providence and the great work of the True Mother to save all humanity both in the physical and spiritual worlds.
Next was the ceremony of offering wish letters led by the national president, Rev. Bernardo Cruz Peralta, concluding with a 30-minute Chanyan session.
Then, we continued with the Ancestral Liberation ceremony, which included several sections of prayer and holy songs, followed by a 45-minute Chanyan section where members worked diligently to achieve the complete liberation of ancestors. Many brothers and sisters reported having spiritual experiences with their ancestors. Finally, the Ancestral Blessing ceremony was conducted, with the national leader couple Bernardo Cruz Peralta and Roxana Carbajal as officiants, accompanied by the President of the Cheonbo Branch of Latin America, Rev. Seo Nam King. The ceremony began with a powerful prayer by the pastor of the church in Santiago, Mr. Félix Antonio García, followed by the entrance of the officiants, lighting of candles, speech by the President of the Cheonbo Branch, Rev. Seo Nam King, then the ceremony of the holy wine, ceremony of water, blessing vows, officiants’ prayer, proclamation of the ancestral blessing, flower offerings, and congratulatory songs.
This special Cheonbo workshop was a great blessing for our holy community.”
