“Unlock Leadership Within You” is the theme of the 4-Day Youth Leadership Seminar in Cambodia held on November 25-28, 2023 at FFWPU Cambodia Headquarters, Phnom Penh, Cambodia organized by IAYSP and FFWPU-Cambodia. This event brought over 15 youth participants to a major university in Phnom Penh.
Throughout the seminar, participants embarked on a voyage of self-discovery, exploring their leadership styles, honing their communication skills, and cultivating empathy and compassion. They delved into the intricacies of teamwork, conflict resolution, and effective decision-making, equipping themselves with the tools necessary to navigate the complexities of leadership.
The seminar culminated with a dynamic presentation showcase, where participants proudly presented their action plans, showcasing their newfound leadership skills and commitment to creating a brighter future. Their enthusiasm and passion were contagious, leaving us with immense hope for the transformative power of the next generation of leaders. The seminar’s lecture focuses on the major content of the Divine Principle, the Meaning of Blessing, Fundraising, and lastly food giving project.
