On November 18, 2024, the Cambodia TIMD (Tong-Il Moo-Do) Federation successfully organized an engaging demonstration at TG International School in Tuol Kouk, Phnom Penh, with the goal of establishing a TIMD Club at the school in the future. The event was led by Mr. Ear Thou, Vice President; Master June Valenzuela, International Instructor; and Mr. Pheav Hang, Deputy Secretary General. A total of 85 participants attended, including 15 teachers and 70 students.
During the program, Mr. Pheav Hang delivered an insightful presentation on the history and mission of Tong-Il Moo-Do, highlighting key TIMD activities worldwide and the remarkable achievements of Cambodia’s TIMD chapter. Participants also took part in a session on Character Education, focused on the Principle of True Love.
The program emphasized the three core purposes of TIMD:
- Developing a mature character
- Building happy and ideal families
- Contributing positively to society
The event culminated in an impressive showcase by 19 talented athletes from three different clubs, who demonstrated their skills and artistry to the audience. The performances left a lasting impression, inspiring many attendees—particularly students—to express their eagerness to join TIMD training programs in the near future. Students recognized that TIMD could help them achieve better health, unity, and harmony in their lives.
