Event Summary
On March 21, as part of his South American tour, Rev. Seong Doo, International President of the World Mission Headquarters, arrived in Bolivia with his delegation. They were greeted with a warm reception by a vibrant group of second-generation members.
The “Pure Water Festival” drew 130 young participants to the venue. While organizers had hoped for a larger nationwide gathering to welcome the International President with the heart of welcoming True Mother, attendance was limited to regional representatives due to municipal elections scheduled for the following day. Despite these travel restrictions, the hall was filled with energetic youth from Santa Cruz, alongside national pastors and CARP leaders.
National President Hilda Claros opened the event by expressing the deep gratitude of the Bolivian membership. She emphasized that Rev. Doo’s visit—representing True Mother—serves as a powerful call for the nation to unite with the providence.

The two-hour program was enriched by a diverse array of songs, dances, and community activities. During the keynote address, Rev. Doo shared an inspiring account of seeing three rainbows during his flight to Bolivia. He used the analogy of water to explain the essence of Hanul Pumonim (Heavenly Parent); just as water is composed of two elements, God embodies both masculine and feminine essences. He emphasized that through True Mother, the feminine essence of God has been fully revealed. He challenged the youth to see themselves as “pure, crystal-clear water,” encouraged to shine within society and share God’s love.
The festival concluded with a “dance of determination” performed by second-generation youth and Shin Top Gun missionaries. Set to the song “Kijok Sori” by Hyo Jin Nim, the performance moved the audience deeply. The youth of Bolivia departed with a renewed resolve to bring joy to True Mother’s heart through witnessing and expanding the foundation of True Parents in their nation.
