Beloved and respected blessed families and members of the Unification community around the world:
I sincerely pray that throughout this coming week, the abundant love and blessings of our Heavenly Parent and True Parents may be with your families and your mission areas. This week, I am sending you my greetings from Argentina.
1. Summary of Last Week’s Message
Last week, I shared with you about the scenes of hope that I witnessed during my tour of Heavenly Africa. Seeing young members of our second generation newly appointed as leaders, and witnessing young people growing responsibly at the center of their faith communities, I could clearly see the bright future of the African continent.
Most especially I emphasized that blessed families and young people who possess pure faith and passionate hearts are the genuine “heavenly diamonds” of that land. My message reaffirmed that when we view one another as treasures of heaven, encourage each other, and grow together, our families and communities will naturally transform into mission areas filled with hope.
2. Direction and Strategy of the Mission Nations
At this time, it is crucial that we do not allow this vision of hope to remain merely a declaration or resolution. A new pastoral culture must take root within the church so that it can be realized in our lives and communities.
This week, in line with the World Mission Headquarters’ strategy to realize this vision, I would like to share with you the purpose and grace of the “Practical Ministry Education” program that is currently underway.
Up until the time of the firm settlement of the Cheon Il Guk era, our mission work focused on proclaiming the advent of the Returning Messiah and conveying True Parents’ teachings. However, now that we have entered the era of the substantial Cheon Il Guk, we have gone beyond the stage of simply conveying those teachings—we must embody them, bearing witness to the world through our exemplary lives as blessed families.
The way to respond to these demands of this era is precisely “hyojeong ministry.” When we cultivate a heart of filial devotion (hyojeong) toward True Parents together within our communities, and establish a culture of living for the sake of others in our daily lives, the light of Heavenly Parent’s salvation will naturally spread throughout the world. This can be considered the core direction of our mission in this era.
To realize this vision, young leaders who will guide the younger generation are emerging around the world, and the World Mission Headquarters is providing a “Practical Ministry Education” program to support them in developing professional pastoral abilities. Through this, they will grow into true leaders who serve their mission areas and lead the revival of their communities.
3. Purpose and Content of the Practical Ministry Education Program
Last year, we began the pastoral education program with four main themes. This year, we have expanded the program’s participants and scope to develop it into an in-depth training program designed to cultivate a wider range of practical pastoral competency.
For this program, we have selected eight core areas most urgently needed in pastoral ministry, including financial education, worship, counseling, witnessing, spiritual training, youth education, and the Blessing. Two focused lectures will be given on each topic.
In preparing instructors for this program, we have invited leaders whose meaningful results in the field have been rigorously verified by their continental headquarters, along with professors with extensive educational experience and experts from providential organizations. This is not merely theoretical education, but an opportunity to share living pastoral skills that can be immediately applied in the field.
4. The Results and Outlook So Far
In March, the first sessions were conducted on the theme of “Tithing and Financial Education.” District Pastor Kwon Soon-gu of the Hyojeong Special District in Korea, and Pastor Hebangja Kisile of the Chicago Family Church in the United States, delivered valuable lectures.
District Pastor Kwon emphasized that offering a full tithe is not simply a financial act, but the surest channel of faith through which we can experience Heavenly protection and miracles. Through an example, he shared how a community that practiced sincere tithing for about seven months was transformed.
Pastor Hebangja Kisile also presented a perspective that church finances should not be seen merely as “resources to manage,” but as “tools to realize a vision.” Based on real-life accounts, he demonstrated how transparently sharing financial operations with the community and allowing all members to become partners in fulfilling the vision dynamically transforms a church.
In line with these changes in the field, the World Mission Headquarters is also placing a top operational priority on the transparent management of our members’ precious offerings, so that not even a shred of suspicion remains. Beyond simple management, we promise to strictly supervise mission policies across the Mission Headquarters, continental headquarters and national headquarters, establishing a firm public order so that devotional offerings are used solely for public purposes.
Reflecting this commitment to responsible and effective ministry, more than 300 public leaders from around the world are participating in this training program each week, giving very positive responses. The World Mission Headquarters hopes that through this education, a healthy pastoral culture will take root within global communities, and that our family members will be able to enjoy life in the kingdom of heaven on earth even more abundantly.
5. This Week’s Practice: Communicate with Your Pastor
Beloved brothers and sisters,
Through this week’s message, we shared with you the direction and significance of the Practical Ministry Education recently launched by the World Mission Headquarters. This is also a small beginning in realizing, in actual ministry settings, the direction for the providence True Mother has presented us.
Following the Cheon Won Gung Cheon Il Sanctum Entrance Ceremony, we proclaimed the opening of the “era in which we attend Heavenly Parent substantially.” Now is the time for the content of that proclamation to be manifested in our lives and in our communities.
Therefore, I would like to suggest one small practice for this week. How about inviting your local pastor to your home, or to a comfortable place where you can have a heartfelt conversation? If meeting in person is difficult, I want to encourage you to at least have a warm conversation over the phone. I hope this might be a precious time to share your hearts with each other. You could discuss what kind of pastoral culture we can build together in our community, and what small actions we, as members, could do for the sake of our church.
As these small acts of sharing and reflection accumulate, our faith will no longer remain only in the Word, but will become a faith evidenced by our lives. And I believe that our lives will come together one by one to brightly open the era of Cheon Il Guk in which we attend Heavenly Parent in substantial ways.
I pray that the grace and peace of Heavenly Parent will be with you all throughout this coming week.

이번 한 주도 하늘부모님과 참부모님의 크신 축복과 사랑이 여러분의 가정과 선교 현장 위에 충만히 임하시기를 진심으로 기원드립니다. 이번 주는 아르헨티나에서 여러분께 인사를 올립니다.
1. 지난주 주간 메시지 요약
지난주 저는 신아프리카 순회를 통해 목도한 희망의 장면들을 식구 여러분과 나누었습니다. 젊은 축복 2세 지도자들이 새롭게 세워지고, 청년들이 신앙 공동체의 중심에서 책임 있게 성장하고 있는 모습 속에서 저는 이 대륙의 밝은 미래를 분명히 확인할 수 있었습니다.
특히 순수한 믿음과 뜨거운 열정을 간직한 축복가정과 청년들이야말로 이 땅이 품고 있는 진정한 ‘하늘의 다이아몬드’임을 강조했습니다. 우리가 서로를 그러한 보석의 눈으로 바라보고 격려하며 함께 성장시킬 때, 우리의 가정과 공동체는 자연스럽게 희망의 선교 현장으로 변화해 갈 것임을 다시 한 번 확인하는 시간이었습니다.
2. 선교국의 방향과 전략
이제 우리는 이러한 희망의 비전을 단순한 선언이나 결의에 머물게 해서는 안 됩니다. 그것이 우리의 실제 삶과 공동체 속에서 구현될 수 있도록, 교회 안에는 새로운 목회 문화가 자리 잡아야 합니다.
이번 주에는 이를 실현하기 위한 세계선교본부의 전략과 함께, 현재 진행되고 있는 ‘실천목회 심화교육’의 취지와 은혜를 식구 여러분과 나누고자 합니다.
천일국 시대가 안착기에 접어들기 전까지 우리의 선교는 재림메시아의 강림을 선포하고 말씀을 전하는 데 중심을 두어 왔습니다. 그러나 이제 실체 천일국 시대를 맞이한 우리는 말씀을 전하는 차원을 넘어, 스스로 말씀의 실체가 되어 축복가정의 모범적 삶을 세상에 증거해야 하는 단계에 이르렀습니다.
이러한 시대적 요청에 부응하는 길이 바로 ‘효정목회’입니다. 참부모님을 향한 효정의 심정을 공동체 안에서 함께 키우고, 서로를 위하고 사랑하는 삶을 일상에 정착시킬 때, 하늘부모님의 구원의 빛은 자연스럽게 세상에 확산될 것입니다. 이는 곧 이 시대 선교의 핵심 방향이라 할 수 있습니다.
이 비전을 실현하기 위해 세계 곳곳에서는 미래 세대를 이끌 젊은 지도자들이 새롭게 부상하고 있으며, 세계선교본부는 이들이 전문적인 목회 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 ‘실천목회 교육’을 지원하고 있습니다. 이를 통해 현장을 섬기고 공동체의 부흥을 이끄는 참된 지도자로 성장해 나갈 것입니다.
3. 실천목회 교육의 목적과 내용
지난해 목회자 교육은 네 가지 주제를 중심으로 시작되었습니다. 그러나 올해는 참석 대상과 범위를 더욱 확대하여, 보다 실제적인 목회 역량을 기르는 심화 교육으로 발전시켰습니다.
이번 교육에서는 목회 현장에서 가장 절실히 요구되는 재정교육, 예배, 상담, 전도, 영성훈련, 청년교육, 축복 등 여덟 가지 핵심 분야를 선정하고, 각 주제마다 두 강좌씩 집중적으로 진행하고 있습니다.
특히 이번 강의를 위해 각 대륙본부의 엄격한 검증을 거쳐 실제 현장에서 의미 있는 성과를 이루어 낸 지도자들과, 오랜 교육 경험을 가진 교수진 및 섭리기관 전문가들을 강사진으로 초빙했습니다. 이는 단순한 이론 교육이 아니라, 현장에서 즉시 활용할 수 있는 살아 있는 목회 역량을 나누기 위함입니다.
4. 현재까지의 성과와 전망
3월에는 그 첫 강좌로 ‘십일조와 재정교육’을 주제로 교육이 진행되었습니다. 신한국 효정특별교구의 권순구 교구장과 미국 시카고 교회의 해방자 키실레 교회장이 귀한 강의를 맡아 주셨습니다.
권순구 교구장은 온전한 십일조가 단순한 재정 행위가 아니라 하늘의 보호와 기적을 체험하는 가장 확실한 신앙의 통로임을 강조하며, 약 7개월간 정성껏 십일조를 실천한 공동체가 어떻게 변화하고 살아나는지를 실제 사례를 통해 전해 주었습니다.
또한 해방자 키실레 교회장은 교회 재정을 단순히 ‘관리해야 할 자원’이 아니라 ‘비전을 실현하는 도구’로 바라보는 관점을 제시했습니다. 재정 운영을 공동체와 투명하게 공유하고 식구 모두가 비전을 함께 이루는 동반자가 될 때 교회가 얼마나 역동적으로 변화하는지를 실제 경험을 통해 보여 주었습니다.
이러한 현장의 변화에 발맞추어, 세계선교본부 또한 식구님들의 소중한 헌금을 한 치의 의혹 없이 투명하게 관리하는 것을 운영의 최우선 가치로 삼고 있습니다. 단순한 관리를 넘어 선교본부와 각 대륙, 협회가 선교 정책을 철저히 준수하도록 감독함으로써, 정성이 깃든 헌금이 오직 공적인 목적에만 쓰이는 엄격한 공적 질서를 확립해 나갈 것을 약속드립니다.
이러한 변화의 의지가 담긴 현재 이 교육에는 매주 300명이 넘는 전 세계 공직자들이 참여하며 매우 긍정적인 반응을 보이고 있습니다. 세계선교본부는 이러한 교육을 통해 건강한 목회 문화가 전 세계 공동체 안에 자리 잡고, 식구 여러분이 더욱 풍성한 지상천국의 삶을 누릴 수 있기를 기대하고 있습니다.
5. 이번 주의 실천: 목회자와 대화하기
사랑하는 식구 여러분,
이번 주간 메시지를 통해 세계선교본부가 새롭게 시작한 ‘실천목회 교육’의 방향과 의미를 여러분과 함께 나누었습니다. 이는 참어머님께서 제시하신 섭리적 방향을 실제 목회 현장에서 어떻게 구현해 갈 것인가에 대한 작은 시작이기도 합니다.
천원궁 천일성전 입궁식 이후 우리는 ‘하늘부모님을 실체로 모시는 시대’의 개막을 선포했습니다. 이제 그 선언이 우리의 삶과 공동체 속에서 실제로 드러나야 할 때입니다.
그래서 이번 주, 식구 여러분께 한 가지 작은 실천을 제안드리고자 합니다. 소속 교회의 목회자를 여러분의 가정이나 편안히 대화할 수 있는 자리에 초대해 보시는 것은 어떠실지요. 여건상 직접 만남이 어려우시다면, 전화로라도 따뜻한 대화의 시간을 가져보시기를 권해드립니다. 이를 통해 공동체 안에서 어떠한 목회 문화를 함께 세워갈 수 있을지, 또 식구로서 교회를 위해 실천할 수 있는 작은 일은 무엇인지 서로의 심정을 나누는 귀한 시간이 되시기를 바랍니다.
이러한 작은 나눔과 성찰이 쌓일 때 우리의 신앙은 단순한 말씀이 아니라 삶으로 증거되는 신앙이 될 것입니다. 그리고 그 삶 하나하나가 모여 하늘부모님을 실체로 모시는 천일국 시대를 더욱 밝게 열어 갈 것이라 믿습니다.
사랑하는 식구 여러분의 한 주간 위에 하늘부모님의 은혜와 평안이 늘 함께하시기를 기도드립니다.

世界宣教本部長 週間メッセージ 10, 実践牧会 (Practical Ministry) の文化が定着する共同体, 2026年3月20日
尊敬し、愛する全世界の統一家、祝福家庭、食口の皆様、
今週一週間も、天の父母様と真の父母様の大いなる祝福と愛が、皆様のご家庭と宣教の現場の上に満ちあふれますことを、心よりお祈り申し上げます。
今週はアルゼンチンから皆様にご挨拶申し上げます。
1. 先週の週間メッセージ要約
先週、私は神アフリカ巡回を通して直接見て感じた希望の光景（場面）を、食口の皆様と分かち合いました。
若い祝福二世の指導者たちが新たに立てられ、青年たちが信仰共同体の中心において 責任を担いながら成長している姿の中に、私はこの大陸の明るい未来をはっきりと 確認することができました。
特に純粋な信仰と熱い情熱を持つ祝福家庭と青年たちこそが、この地が抱いている真なる「天のダイヤモンド」であることを強調いたしました。
私たちが互いをそのような宝石のようなまなざしで見つめ、励まし合いながら共に成長させていく時、私たちの家庭と共同体は自然と希望の宣教現場へと変化していくことを、もう一度確認する時間となりました。
2. 宣教局の方向と戦略
私たちは今、このような希望のビジョンを単なる宣言や決意にとどめておいてはなりません。
それが私たちの実際の生活と共同体の中で具現化されるよう、教会の中に新たな牧会文化が定着しなければなりません。
今週はこれを実現するための世界宣教本部の戦略とともに 現在進行している「実践牧会の深化教育」の趣旨と恩恵を食口の皆様と分かち合いたいと思います。
天一国時代が安着期に入る前まで、私たちの宣教は再臨メシヤの降臨を宣布し、み言を伝えることに中心を置いてきました。
しかし、今や実体天一国時代を迎えた私たちは、み言を伝える段階を超え、自らがみ言の実体となり、祝福家庭の模範的な生活を世の中に証ししなければならない段階に至りました。
このような時代的要請に応える道が、まさに「孝情牧会」です。 真の父母様へ向かう孝情の心情を共同体の中で共に育み、互いに為に生き、愛し合う生活を日常に定着させるとき、
天の父母様の救いの光は自然と世の中に拡散していくでしょう。これはまさに、この時代の宣教の核心的方向であると言うことができます。
このビジョンを実現するため、世界各地では未来世代を導く若い指導者たちが新たに台頭しており、世界宣教本部は彼らが専門的な牧会力量（能力）を備えることができるよう、「実践牧会の教育」を支援しています。
これを通して、現場に仕え共同体の復興を導く真の指導者へと成長していくことでしょう。
3. 実践牧会教育の目的と内容
昨年の牧会者教育は、四つのテーマを中心として開始されました。しかし今年は、参加対象と範囲をさらに拡大し、より実践的な牧会力量（能力）を養う深化教育へと発展させました。
今回の教育では、牧会の現場において最も切実に求められている財政教育、礼拝、相談、伝道、霊性訓練、青年教育、祝福など、八つの核心分野を選定し、各テーマごとに二講座ずつ集中的に進行しています。
特に今回の講義のために、各大陸本部の厳格な検証を経て実際の現場で意味のある成果を収めた指導者たちや 長年の教育経験を持つ教授陣、及び摂理機関の専門家たちを講師としてお招きしました。
これは単なる理論教育ではなく、現場で直ちに活用できる生きた牧会力量（能力）を分かち合うためです。
4. これまでの成果と展望
3月には、その最初の講義として「十分の一献金と財政教育」をテーマに教育が行われました。クォン・スング教区長（神韓国孝情特別教区）と、ヘバンジャ・キシレ教会長（アメリカ・シカゴ教会）が貴重な講義を担当して下さいました。
クォン・スング教区長は、完全な十分の一献金は単なる財政的な行為ではなく、天の保護と奇跡を体験する最も確実な信仰の通路であることを強調し、約7か月間、精誠をもって十分の一献金を実践した共同体がどのように変化し、蘇ったのかを実際の事例を通して伝えてくださいました。
また、ヘバンジャ・キシレ教会長は教会の財政を単に「管理すべき資源」としてではなく「ビジョンを実現するためのツール（道具）」として捉える観点を提示しました。
財政運営を共同体と透明に共有し、食口全員がビジョンを共に成し遂げる同伴者となる時、教会がいかに躍動的に変化するかを実体験を通して見せて下さいました。
このような現場の変化に歩調を合わせ世界宣教本部もまた、食口の皆様の尊い献金を一点の疑念もなく透明に管理することを運営の最優先価値としています。
単なる管理を越え宣教本部と各大陸、協会が宣教政策を徹底して遵守するよう監督することで、精誠のこもった献金がただ公的な目的にのみ使われる厳格な公的秩序を確立していくことをお約束いたします。
このような変化への意志が込められた現在のこの教育には、毎週300名を超える全世界の公職者が参加し、非常に肯定的な反応を見せています。
世界宣教本部は、このような教育を通して健全な牧会文化が全世界の共同体の中に定着し、食口の皆様がより豊かな地上天国の生活を享受されることを期待しております。
5. 今週の実践：牧会者と対話する
愛する食口の皆様、
今週の週間メッセージを通して、世界宣教本部が新たに開始した「実践的牧会教育」の方向性とその意義を、皆様と共に分かち合いました。
これは真のお母様が示された摂理的方向性を、実際の牧会現場において、いかに具現化していくかに対しての小さな出発でもあります。
天苑宮天一聖殿入宮式以降、私たちは「天の父母様に実体で侍る時代」の開幕を宣布いたしました。今や、その宣言が私たちの生活と共同体の中で）実際に現れるべき時です。
そこで今週、食口の皆様に一つの小さな実践をご提案いたします。所属教会の牧会者を皆様のご家庭、あるいはゆっくりとリラックスして対話ができる場へお招きしてみてはいかがでしょうか。
ご事情により直接お会いすることが難しい場合は、お電話ででも、温かい対話の時間を持たれることをお勧めいたします。
これを通して、共同体の中でどのような牧会文化を共に築いていくことができるのか、また食口として教会のために実践できる小さな事は何かについて、互いの心情を分かち合う貴重な時間となることを願っております。
このようなささやかな分かち合いと省察が積み重ねられる時、私たちの信仰は単なるみ言にとどまらず、生活を通して証しされる信仰となることでしょう。
そして、その生活の一つ一つが集まり、天の父母様をに実体で侍る天一国時代をさらに明るく切り開いていくものと信じております。
愛する食口の皆様の一週間に、天の父母様の恩恵と平安が常に共にありますようお祈り申し上げます。ありがとうございました。
