On October 6, 2024, the CARP Healing Café hosted an engaging home group session at the FFWPU Philippines National Headquarters, bringing together 20 young participants from the Guadalajara Heavenly Tribal Messiah. This gathering aimed to strengthen community bonds and facilitate meaningful discussions among the youth.

The day began with Mr. Erik Celnikasi leading the Sunday Service, where he introduced True Parents’ Theology, as outlined in a recent IHQ memo. Instead of delivering a traditional lecture, Erik highlighted the significance of the names Heavenly Parent and the role of True Mother as the Only Begotten Daughter. This approach set a positive tone for the upcoming discussions in the home group, encouraging participants to reflect on the key messages presented.

During the CARP Healing Café session, participants were posed a thought-provoking question: “Who do you like better, mommy or daddy? And why?” This challenging philosophical inquiry prompted them to explore their feelings and perceptions regarding parental figures. The discussion revealed that most participants preferred having both parents, leading to a deeper understanding that God embodies both fatherly and motherly aspects. This connection to Erik’s earlier message reinforced the importance of recognizing God’s dual nature.

The CARP Healing Café session concluded on a positive note, leaving the young participants with a deeper appreciation for the parental nature of God and fostering a stronger sense of unity within the group. The discussions and reflections laid a meaningful foundation for future gatherings, further strengthening their faith and understanding of True Parents’ teachings.
