A National Unified Sunday Service was held at the FFWPU Metro Manila Family Church in Quezon City on a beautiful Sunday morning on March 3, 2024. A total of 809 members attended onsite and online. March 3 became an extraordinary day for FFWPU Members as everyone received a lot of love and guidance from Pres. Masaichi Hori, Regional President of FFWPU Asia Pacific. The program includes appointing the New President of the Blessed Children Department-Philippines and the Welcoming of Shin Top Gun Missionaries to the Philippines.
As President Masaichi Hori entered the chapel, the program then commenced followed by an opening prayer and performances to set the tone of the service.
President Masaichi Hori delivered his message sharing his 14-day experience in Cheongpyeong, South Korea during the Celebration of True Parents’ birthday. He also emphasized the importance of our parent-child relationship with Heavenly Parent and True Parents embodying a selfless and filial character. President Hori reiterated that the reason behind Korea’s success right now is because of True Parents’ efforts and sacrifices. As sons and daughters of Heavenly Parent and True Parents, we must be able to recognize our position and be courageous enough to proclaim the spirit and truth, especially in this era centering on our beloved True Mother.
Aside from that, President Masaichi Hori also highlighted the significance of Cheon Il Sanctum. He discussed the new perspective of providential history based on what True Mother is trying to show us. He also shared his reflection on True Parents’ theological teachings that he sent to True Mother. He said that True Mother gave us 3 gifts. First, True Mother gave us the Cheonshim Won. Cheonshim Won is the genuine Pentecost of this era. Second is True Parents’ theology, and finally, the Heavenly Top Gun, the 3rd Great Gift from True Mother. Heavenly Top Gun is not just for missionaries but should also be the course for all youth members.
As the sermon ended, the next part of the program followed which was the appointment ceremony for Mr. Hiroto Guingayan as the new President of the Blessed Children Department-Philippines. It then proceeded with the Welcoming of the Shin Top Gun Missionaries to the Philippines. On March 1, 2024, 3 Shin Top Gun Missionaries from Korea safely arrived in the Philippines namely: Soyoung Hwang (Korean), Dong-Ok Kim (Korean), and Saki Sasazaki (Japanese). During the welcoming ceremony, the missionaries shared their hearts of determination to support Philippine providence and expressed their gratitude for the warm welcome. They showcased a song performance to everyone who attended.
The program ended with a group photo and loud cheers of Eog Mansei embarking on a significant journey of service to the young missionaries who will become the future leaders of the Unification movement in the next generations to come. We are immensely grateful to our Beloved True Mother for continuously supporting the Philippine providence and for sending the Shin Top Gun Missionaries to the Philippines.
