On October 28-29, 2023, a nationwide CheonBo event was held in Italy in the province of Bergamo. We had 120 people who participated in person and an equal number of people participated online via Zoom.
The event began with a welcoming message from EUME Southern Sub-Region President Giuseppe Calì and a greeting from the president of the European branch of CheonBo Rev In Pyo Moon.
The program continued with a family festival, with the guidance of MCs Sonjin D’Adda and Debora Migliore. There were ice-breaking quiz games and a lottery with prizes. In the artistic area, two songs were offered by Adosco Comito.
Afterward, Renato and Vita Vallone gave a testimony sharing their experience with the liberation and blessing of their ancestors up to the 430th generation and how it’s helping them in their witnessing activities.
Next, there was an inspirational talk by National President Gukson Capone, who talked about what it means to be a child of “HyoJeong” filial piety, that is, a person who understands the heart of the parent and takes initiative to comfort them. Also mentioned were premonitory dreams that prepared him together with his wife in the process before becoming vice-presidents of Southern Europe and then National Leaders in 2022.
In the session dedicated to education, CheonBo branch lectures Rev Tibor Krebsz spoke about the importance of removing central evil spirits and that each of us has 3,000 evil spirits in us that prevent our minds and bodies from acting in harmony.
After a 30-minute Chang Yang Yoksa session where the Chang Yang Team gave their best contribution, prayers were offered at Cheon Shim Won.
The evening began with a prayer vigil and online connection for all brothers and sisters from Europe. The message was given by Rev Calì, who spoke about recent Providence, how the conflicts we are experiencing are a reminder for children to recognize their True Parent and set conditions for peace and cooperation. Rev In Pyo Moon mentioned that through the grace of Cheong Shim Won Vigil prayers many miracles are happening.
Two very touching testimonies were offered, one from Brunihilde D’Alberti who told the story of her matching and True Father’s heart; then from Valeria Ferrari who shared her experience in CheonPyeong during the pilgrimage this summer.
Sunday saw a succession of 3 ceremonies after the changyang session, namely the Ancestor Liberation Ceremony, the HyoJeong offering ceremony and finally the Ancestor Blessing Ceremony. These were truly touching moments, a greater realization that the spiritual world is supporting us and a new beginning for the Italian nation.
Many thanks to the CheonBo staff, the Changyang team, the cooks in the kitchen, the audio-visual technician group, all the MCs, the translators, the pastors who coordinated the activities, those who took care of transportation, everyone who participated with roles in the ceremonies, and every person who offered a contribution to make the event a success.
When there is unity centered on Heavenly Parent and True Parents even the most difficult things can be accomplished.
