The YSP Brazil, together with the Hyo Jeong Special Team, from September 2 to 9, through the establishment of an MOU with the Regional Electoral Court of the State of Amapá, with the support of the State Department of Education and the City Hall of Tartarugalzinho, carried out an 8-day period of Social Activities in the Amazon Region.
This was a very enriching period for both the young people from the YSP and the young people from the communities they visited. Through this first MOU established with a government agency by the YSP, many opportunities were opened for the development of other activities such as Character Education and national influence projects.
In addition, through the opportunities to carry out social activities with the community and indigenous people, giving Character Education talks, cleaning and painting public places, caring for animals, giving presentations, and sharing experiences with young people in the area, each young person has been able to experience the established True Parents’ tradition of living for the good of others, overcoming difficulties and investing with God’s heart to help every person around them.
The young people of the HJST who had the opportunity to take part in these activities together reported feeling a great work of God so that everything could work out during this period, feeling True Parents’ hearts of despair and love for all of humanity.
