FFWPU Asia Pacific 2
The Blessed Family Department of Asia Pacific 2 held the first Parents Matching Convocation in collaboration with the Blessed Family Department of Japan on 19th of November 2022.
The main objective for this online gathering was for parents all over Asia Pacific 2 and Japan to find prospective matches for their children.
A total of 80 participants Via Zoom (63 parents and 17 blessed family department staffs and matching supporters from 7 nations: Philippines, Phil-Jap, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, and Japan).
The participants were welcomed by Mr. & Mrs. Kuninobu Sugiura and Jahyeon Manabat Sugiura, the emcees of the program.
The Asia Pacific 2 Blessed Children Department Mr. Lam Chang Hai gave the Opening Prayer followed by the Opening Remarks from both Asia Pacific 2 Blessed Family Department Director, Mrs. Dulce Buyayo, and the Blessed Family Department Director of Japan International, Mr. Satoshi Iida.
Afterwards, the emcees gave a quick overview about the previously married couple guidelines and proceeded with the main part of the program. Presenting the Male candidates.
The morning session was comprised of the emcees presenting the 21 Male candidates, introducing their profiles and presenting their videos including more information about them and their families.
After the lunch break, the afternoon session continued with presenting the 44 Female candidates, their profiles and videos.
The program ended with a special Closing Remarks from the blessed family department Asia Pacific 2 Education Head, Mrs. Yeoh Koay Phing. Followed by the Eog Mansei Cheers from Mr. Roger Chia and Closing Prayer from the blessed family department Director of Tawan, Mrs. Chan Hsiu Juei.
After further announcements, the parents had the opportunity to have further discussions by country in breakout rooms, in preparation to further network with parents on the connecting event, Asia Pacific 2 – Japan Parents Networking on the 26th of November 2022.
