Date: November 18–19, 2025 Location: Cape Town International Convention Centre Theme: Religious Freedom, Spirituality, and Unity
The Family Federation for World Peace & Unification (FFWPU) was honored to participate in the CESNUR Conference held in Cape Town. Represented by the National Leader of South Africa, Rev. Emeraude Heaven Ndonga, the event was an enlightening gathering dedicated to promoting religious freedom, spirituality, and unity between new religious movements and the wider community.
Scholars from across the globe gathered to create an atmosphere of learning and solidarity. We extend our gratitude to Rev. Bakary Camara, whose facilitation ensured the official participation of FFWPU in this prestigious event.

Advocacy for Holy Mother Han
The conference sessions provided a crucial platform for advocacy, allowing communities facing religious liberty challenges to engage with international scholars and activists.
Special thanks are due to Imboni Dr. Samuel Radebe (Founder of African Hidden Voices), Prof. Massimo Introvigne (CESNUR), and Mr. Peter Zoehrer (FOREF Europe). They delivered powerful presentations regarding the unjust incarceration of Holy Mother Han (True Mother). They exposed the reality of her detention—held without trial for over a month at the age of 82, despite serious medical conditions—describing it as a politically motivated attack on democracy and religious freedom.

Strategic Meetings & Outcomes
Rev. Ndonga, accompanied by Secretary General Miss Nomathemba Eun Hye Soki Kunene and Rev. Mukalakamba, held several significant meetings to advance the movement’s goals:
- Meeting with Dr. Ján Figeľ (FOREF Europe): Rev. Ndonga met with Dr. Figeľ, former Deputy Prime Minister of Slovakia and current President of FOREF Europe. They discussed the necessity of leaders uniting to confront political injustices. Rev. Ndonga highlighted the need for national restoration rooted in ethical, God-centered leadership. Both agreed that genuine peace requires spiritual values and collaborative action.
- Meeting with CESNUR Leadership: In a post-conference discussion with Mr. Massimo Introvigne and the CESNUR leadership, the delegation emphasized the urgent need to raise global awareness regarding the injustices directed toward True Mother.
- Meeting with Mr. Peter Zoehrer (Media & Restoration): A fruitful discussion was held with Mr. Zoehrer regarding a collaborative vision for national restoration starting in South Africa. Recognizing South Africa’s strong spiritual foundation and partners like Imboni Dr. Radebe, they stressed the indispensable role of media. Mr. Zoehrer affirmed the principle that “something that is never published is never done.”
- Appreciation for The Revelation Spiritual Home: Lastly, the National Leader met with Ms. Thembi, a senior leader of The Revelation Spiritual Home of Imboni Dr. Samuel Radebe, to commend her outstanding organization of the conference and to thank Dr. Radebe for his continued dedication to interfaith harmony and peacebuilding.
