A three-day Divine Principle Workshop was held by the FFWPU youth members and the Youth Education Team, along with Japanese missionaries, for university students at New Hope Academy. The academy was recently expanded with the support of True Mother.
The workshop, themed “Raising Future Leaders and Human Resources for the Solomon Islands through the Divine Principle and Activities,” took place from July 3 to July 6, 2025, in Honiara, Solomon Islands. A total of 25 participants, including both high school and university students who had previously attended a one-day workshop, joined the event.
Reflection
Participants were deeply moved by the Divine Principle content and expressed a strong interest in continuing their learning journey. One female attendee shared, “I had felt limited in my faith life until now, but this workshop has opened up my world, making it brighter.” Another male participant remarked, “Meeting this organization through the workshop feels like the start of a new life. I want to receive the Blessing in the future.”
The Japanese missionaries were particularly inspired, especially when Christian guests began recognizing the True Parents through the Principle of the Second Coming. The experience reinforced their commitment to contributing further to the Solomon Islands and supporting the church’s growth.
