The Family Federation for World Peace and Unification Region South successfully held a 3-day National Leaders Workshop from June 23-26, 2025, at the HJ Peace Center in Mozambique. This workshop followed the 40-day Spiritual Workshop and brought together 14 national leaders from Zimbabwe, Namibia, Lesotho, Zambia, Botswana, Eswatini, South Africa, Malawi, and Mozambique, the host nation.

- The workshop was organized by the Region South and attended by national leaders, among them newly appointed and Region South Headquarters staff, with South Africa and Malawi participating online.
- Rev. Moruti Ledwaba, Vice Continental Director, delivered opening remarks emphasizing unity.
- Rev. Mica Amanlaman Camara, South Regional Director, guided the workshop with heartfelt presentations centered on Cham Mu Won.
Workshop Sessions
- Lectures on mission strategy centered on Cheon Mu Won and inspiring leadership insights from Rev. Bakary Camara.
- Group discussions on strategies for regional growth, membership development, and data management.
- Spiritual insights through Chanyang Sessions and Cheonshimwon Vigil Prayers.
Resolutions and Testimonies
Leaders resolved to become true leaders of Cheon Il Guk, working together in unity with True Parents to:
- Drive church growth in the region
- Meet regularly
- Establish a regional condition through prayer
Participants shared heartfelt testimonies, including:
- Rev. Mpho Mothapo, the National Leader of Lesotho: “The workshop was beyond expectations.”
- Rev. Andrico Tshaba, the National Leader of Zambia: “As a representative of True Parents, I need to take my mission seriously… develop the ability to learn and listen, stand as a parent of the nation with humility, and seek Heavenly Parent’s guidance.”
The Regional South National Leaders Workshop has positively impacted the participants, who left with a determination to infuse new life into their respective nations.
