Hosted by FFWPU Australia
From July 7 to 13, 2025, FFWPU Australia held a Youth & Children’s Winter Workshop at our Melbourne center, under the theme “Heavenly Parents’ Dream.” The purpose of this workshop was to help each participant deeply reflect on their unique role and value from the perspective of Heavenly Parents. A total of 40 young members took part.
In recent years, our youth and children’s workshops have been held simultaneously—giving the children a stronger sense of belonging, and empowering youth to feel ownership as elder brothers and sisters.
🧠 Youth Program Highlights
- Engaged in insightful lectures, including on purity and the significance of Holy Mother Han as the Only Begotten Daughter
- Participated in team-building activities and bonding sessions
- Enjoyed a fishing outing hosted by the local chapter of the World Sports Fishing Federation
- Formed lasting friendships and experienced spiritual growth through moments of faith and fellowship
🎯 Children’s Program Highlights
- Began a few days after the youth, with engaging activities like archery, arts and crafts, nerf gun challenges, and Korean language lessons
- Held meaningful discussions on purity and the importance of protecting their bodies
- Fostered a safe, loving space where even young children could open up and receive support from caring older brothers and sisters
🙏 Spiritual Conclusion
The workshop concluded with a moving Cheonshimwon prayer vigil led by members of UPA and Korean missionaries. Inspired by their experiences, several young participants resolved to make a pilgrimage to Cheongpyeong later this year.
