Compilation of Reports for True Mother from FFWPU Heavenly Korea, dated October 29 – November 12, 2024
Witnessing Activities for Vision 2025 Victory
As the Entrance Ceremony for the Cheon Il Sanctum in Cheon Won Gung nears, True Mother stated, “We must diligently engage in witnessing so that no one is left unaware of the providence, thinking of Heavenly Parent who embraces humanity solely with love. You must know that historical heroism is awarded based on how much effort you put into seeking out one life, even to the point of forgetting to eat.” The FFWPU Heavenly Korea and churches are uniting with True Mother’s heart, putting their utmost efforts into witnessing to increase the number of Cheon Il Guk citizens who truly serve Heavenly Parent.
As of November 6, 2024, churches across Heavenly Korea had witnessed 188 people (based on membership registration, Divine Principle education, worship, and offering), and 1,048 newcomers had completed Divine Principle education.
Here is a report of recent witnessing activities:
The Pyeongtaek Church formed a witnessing team on the foundation of Cheonshimwon vigil prayer and is conducting outreach around Pyeongtaek Station, sharing the Autobiography of True Parents and The Vision for a Unified Korea with the public. In this effort, a new member raised in a Christian household was witnessed. Disillusioned by faith focused solely on Christian doctrine, he was moved by the Autobiography and The Vision for a Unified Korea, leading to his connection with the church. He received Divine Principle education centered on True Parents’ Theology, Chambumoron, where he found great grace, particularly in learning about Jesus’ life and path. Upon realizing that Jesus’ crucifixion was not inevitable, he shed many tears. Church Leader shared activities related to the 2003 campaign to remove the cross and the enthronement of Jesus as King, led by True Parents. This deeply impressed him, and he began attending services regularly, moved by the warm love of the church community. He treasures True Mother’s words and often speaks about the limitations of Christianity and the need for reform. The witnessing of new member is expected to open the door wider for witnessing Christians.
In Bucheon Church, a woman who had been a devout member of the Methodist Church for over 40 years joined Cheonshimwon vigil prayer and attended Bucheon Church services. She first visited the HJ Cheonwon Complex through a Unification Preparatory National Committee workshop and was deeply moved by True Parents’ providence and the status of the Family Federation. She was disappointed by the traditional church’s neglect of social salvation and its focus on materialistic faith. She decided to renew her faith in the Family Federation’s community, which serves True Parents as parents and recognizes all as brothers and sisters.
The FFWPU Heavenly Korea plans to conduct activities such as the KCLC Unification Prayer Meeting, religious cultural festivals, and year-end meetings in collaboration with the Korea Religions Association to fulfill the mission of Christian restoration. It is resolved to offer the great fruits of Christian restoration through these activities and the dedication and practice of churches nationwide.
Gangnam Church has continuously hosted peace unification forums. The latest forum was led by the director of the Lifelong Education Institute and attended by 250 leaders, including former Seoul National University of Education President, former LA Consul General, former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Culture, and Chairperson Park Geun-ryeong (daughter of former President Park Chung-hee). To connect this external activity to witnessing, Gangnam Church holds a VIP Divine Principle Seminar every Sunday morning, where 40 new members are currently studying True Parents’ Theology, Chambumoron, the Divine Principle, and the Bible through a 16-week course.
Dongchangwon Church conducts witnessing activities centered on education related to The Great Epic of the Chosen Korean People. The church leader, aligned with True Mother’s words and the association’s policies, provided education on The Great Epic of the Chosen Korean People over three weeks to the members of Dongchangwon Church and then conveyed to prospective members the history of how Heavenly Parent has raised the Korean people, testifying that only True Parents can solve the world’s pressing issues. One deaconess, who had previously kept her distance from the Unification Church, expressed her gratitude after attending a lecture on The Great Epic of the Chosen Korean People, calling it “truly excellent and impressive.” A former principal also remarked, “Dr. Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak Ja Han are the ones who can open the door to North-South reunification.”
True Mother! More and more blessed families and members are awakening to their mission in witnessing and making their resolutions to move forward. The times have changed. When we set our will to witness and advance, we can feel the presence of the spirit world accompanying us. We believe that on the day of the Entrance Ceremony for the Cheon Il Sanctum in Cheon Won Gung, there will be an endless procession of Cheon Il Guk citizens coming to HJ Cheonwon.
Activities for Unmarried Blessing Victory for Vision 2025
Ahead of the first Blessing Ceremony in the era of Heavenly Parent’s direct dominion in April 2025, the FFWPU Heavenly Korea has set a goal of offering 600 unmarried couples (1,200 individuals) for the Blessing. FFWPU is dedicating efforts to communicate closely with pastors, public figures, heads of family ministries, and youth leaders across the nation. This includes education for blessing candidates and parents, matching workshops and discussions, meetings and exchanges for blessed children, support for blessing education at local churches, and education at Cheongpyeong’s general and spiritual 40-day workshops.
The Suwon Church hosted a Blessing Orientation and Parent Education session on November 3, attended by 45 parents. The regional leader emphasized that when blessed families build happy households, their children naturally aspire to receive the Blessing. The Gyeonggi South region is running special devotions for unmarried Blessing victory and is conducting programs such as ‘Our Beginning’, which prepares participants for the Blessing, and ‘Couple Workshops’, which support newly blessed couples.
The Chungbuk Region held a Divine Principle education session for Blessing candidates from October 26 to 27, attended by 15 participants. The education covered from the Principle of Creation to the providence of restoration, emphasizing the value of the Blessing from the perspective of True Parents’ teachings. One first-generation youth new member shared, “I was moved by the new truth conveyed by the instructor. It helped me realize the precious value of the Blessing that embodies the ideal of creation.”
Future Generations’ Activities for Vision 2025 Victory
True Mother, the dedication, passion, and devotion of the future generations in the realm of witnessing predict a bright future for Heavenly Korea. Here is a report of their hopeful activities on the frontline of the providence:
The Cheonwon Special District’s youth are knocking on the doors of Christian churches weekly, testifying that “the Only Begotten Daughter, True Mother,” has come to this earth. They have visited 120 out of 171 churches in Gapyeong County.
The Dobong Church conducted online lectures on True Parents theology, Chambumoron, for youth. In preparing and offering these lectures with prayer and devotion, they deepened their understanding and connection to True Parents’ heart and situation. Youth who attended the lectures expressed that the new teachings were a refreshing surprise.
The Gyeonggi South Region held a youth and university student worship service on October 26, attended by around 60 participants. The service began with powerful praise by the Ansan Peacemakers, followed by inspiring sermons and an introduction to programs for promoting Blessing. After the service, participants enjoyed time together through activities like unification volleyball and social gatherings at a café. The youth shared moments of concern, hope, and joy, feeling the warmth of a loving community. Attendees expressed gratitude, saying, “I felt hope in this joyful youth community where everyone feels like brothers and sisters, and I offer thanks and glory to Heaven.”
In Busan Church, a young member and his spiritual parent, who once left the church but returned through the unwavering devotion of members, are dedicated to outreach at Dong-A University. He recommitted to faith through True Parents’ life course education, participating in the winter Hyojeong special workshop and the 40-day general training, and is now attending the 40-day spiritual training. He has resolved to become a pastor and is preparing for Sun Moon UPA. His return to faith led to restoration of his spritual child, and together, they have been working for nearly a year on outreach and revive inactive members. Thank to these two young member, Busan Church is gradually transforming, with a middle school student being witnessed and becoming active as a Junior Hope Top Gun. He carries True Parents’ photos with him and aspires to the Blessing, aligning with the values of the True Family.
Recently met a young member, through the Hope Workshop during the school break, learned about True Parents’ life and said, “Dr. Sun Myung Moon and Dr. Hak Ja Han have developed Heaven’s providence with blood, sweat, and tears. The providence is the path of blessing, and they invite us to join them on this journey. They are truly the True Parents of humanity.”
In the second half of this year, the Busan Youth Center has been focusing its activities on the revival of inactive youth members. Student representatives have been appointed at four key universities in the Busan area, and visits are being made to reach out to inactive youth. It is inspiring to see the gradual increase in the number of university students who share the vision of bringing back inactive members and are actively participating in these activities.
The Gangwon Youth Center, based on the spiritual foundation of Cheonshimwon vigil prayer, has been engaging in street witnessing led by Sun Moon UPA students who came for their witnessing training. As a result, they have secured three witnessing candidates. These candidates are maintaining their connection with the Gangwon Youth Center and are attending the youth worship services
